“This hotel is only a Ritz Carlton in price …… the service is as poor as you can imagine …. Am just still in my 1st 24 h but is very clear what I will get in next few days . Made pre check in by the app as am frequent client in Ritz Carlton , but even like this spent 30 m to do check in at 3 different computers . After 12 h flight felt like to have a nice dinner at hotel ….. no restaurant is open in the hotel for dinner ….. 1st time I see in any 3 star hotel not even to say in a Ritz Carlton . Went room and was not properly prepared , bath amenities were enough for one shower … as I had one at arrival and one in morning , no shampoo was in room. So now breakfast,with very poor choice and cheap quality products …. When asked Benedict eggs ( that are available in any hotel in world) we’re not available as they have no kitchen for breakfast . If you think this is a bad start …. No ! Gets much worst ! I was 5 hours changing messages in app to book my dinner as was outside hotel …. Every time they told me concierge will contact me soon , which obvious never happened . Finally after 5 hours I got to the hotel where Noel the concierge which was extremely attentive ( the only good service in hotel ) booked me a restaurant , obvious the one I wanted 5 hours before has was not available anymore . Anxious for my day of tomorrow as still have 4 days to go in this “ fake” Ritz Carlton.”

“I don’t know where to begin. Just because it’s the Ritz it doesn’t mean you’re getting the best bang for your buck. The hotel is outdated, funky smells walking through the hallways to your room. We decided to stay here for 6 days for our honeymoon. I upgraded from a partial ocean view room to afull ocean view room. We checked in and immediately had to switch rooms within the first 30 minutes due to the cleanliness and the view facing the other side of the hotel. The next room was a larger version of what we just came from. We were still not happy due to the cleanliness. We switched to another room and “upgraded” to a 1100 sqft suite, for 2 people .. surrounded by palm trees and bushes on the first floor. We had to pull teeth to cancel the last 4/6 days and not get charged a cancellation fee (1 full night $900) this hotel isn’t up to par. Do your self a favor and look else where. There are so many other things I can complain about but I’m honestly tired. I’m serious when I say You will save a ton of money and time.”
