Los tippee son una idea divertida pero no tan especiales como esperaba. Terminamos arrastrando la mesa al centro de la carpa para que ambos pudiéramos sentarnos y comer. La comida está bien, buena mezcla de diferentes sabores. Los dips son realmente deliciosos y probablemente lo que más me gustó. Los cócteles no están mal, pero por el precio puedes conseguir cócteles mucho mejores en otros bares a la vuelta de la esquina. El personal es muy amable, aunque a veces un poco desatento o no disponible.

O tippee é uma ideia divertida, mas não tão especial quanto eu esperava. Acabamos arrastando a mesa para o meio da barraca para que pudéssemos sentar e comer. A comida é boa, boa mistura de sabores diferentes. Os mergulhos são realmente deliciosos e provavelmente o que eu mais gostei. Os coquetéis não são ruins, mas pelo preço você pode obter coquetéis muito melhores em outros bares ao virar da esquina. A equipe é muito simpática, embora às vezes um pouco desatento ou indisponível.

The tippee are a fun idea but not as special as I expected. We ended up dragging the table to the middle of the tent so we could both sit and eat. Food is okay, good mix of different flavours. The dips are really delicious and probably what I liked to most. The cocktails are not bad but for the price you can get way better cocktails at other bars just around the corner. The staff is very friendly although sometimes a bit inattentive or unavailable.

Nice, clean n spacious hotel room with view. All beverages n snacks in the room was complimentary. They even allow hotel guests to enjoy complimentary beverages n light snacks at their cafe during the stay. Friendly hotel staff too. Had dinner at 5 on 25, its new cantonese restaurant n the food was delicious too. We had enjoyed our staycation there!=)

Totalmente uma experiência incrível!! O hotel e as comodidades eram de primeira qualidade. E fomos atendidos por uma equipe incrível. Quero destacar especialmente Adrian de quando estávamos fazendo o check-in e Scott responsável pela área da piscina.Meu parceiro e eu fomos a primeira vez em Andaz e ele nos serviu com exceção. Ele também se esforçou para dar um quarto com vista excepcional, apesar de não pedir. Ficamos muito impressionados.Scott também foi uma equipe muito envolvente e se esforçou para nos ajudar a tirar fotos sem nem perguntar. Parece que a equipe aqui pode ler a mente das pessoas hahaha.Realmente teve uma estadia maravilhosa. Belo hotel e equipe incrível para uma experiência incrível. Deve ir!!

Passei 2 noites no Andaz e a experiência foi incrível. O quarto era enorme e confortável, com uma vista excelente. Boa seleção de canais na TV também. Café-da-manhã foi maravilhoso, uma boa seleção. Gostei da piscina também.A academia era um pouco pequena, mas o resto se o hotel mais do que compensava 😊

Mi hotel favorito, piso alto, hermosa vista, diseño de habitación increíble, excelente comida. Prueba sus patatas crujientes de mármol. Sin embargo, no tienen bañera en su habitación normal y la experiencia de registro es un poco larga. En general, "Es un gran lugar para quedarse.

Me encanta su desayuno para untar. Aunque el buffet ya no está disponible. Crearon un desayuno buffet ala carrito. Amándolo en pedazos. Embutidos, pan, postres y bebidas no alcohólicas de libre circulación. Me gustaría quedarme allí y simplemente desayunar. El servicio es bueno. Tripulación muy atenta y accesible.

Totalmente una experiencia increíble!! El hotel y las comodidades eran de primera categoría. Y hemos sido atendidos por un personal increíble. Quiero destacar especialmente a Adrian de cuando nos registramos y a Scott a cargo del área de la piscina.Mi pareja y yo estuvimos por primera vez en Andaz y nos atendió con excepción. También hizo un esfuerzo adicional para dar una habitación con una vista excepcional a pesar de no pedirla. Nos quedamos muy impresionados.Scott también fue un personal muy atractivo e hizo un esfuerzo adicional al ayudarnos a tomar fotos sin siquiera preguntar. Parece que el personal aquí podría leer la mente de la gente jajaja.Realmente tuve una estancia maravillosa. Hermoso hotel y personal increíble para una experiencia increíble. ¡¡Debe ir!!

Pasé 2 noches en Andaz y la experiencia fue increíble. La habitación era enorme y cómoda con una gran vista. Buena selección de canales en la televisión. El desayuno era maravilloso, con una selección bastante buena. Disfruté de la piscina también.Sin embargo, el gimnasio era un poco pequeño, pero el resto si el hotel lo compensaba con creces.

Love their breakfast spread. Although buffet is no longer available. They created ala cart buffet breakfast.Loving it to bits. Free flow cold cuts, bread, desserts and non alcoholic beverages. I would want to stay there and just have their breakfast.Service is good. Very attentive and approachable crew.

My favourite hotel, high floor, beautiful view, amazing room design, great food. Do try their Crispy Marble Potatoes. However, they don’t have bathtub on their normal room and check in experience is a bit long. Overall, “It’s a great place to stay.

Totally an amazing experience!! The Hotel and Amenities were top notch. And we have been served by amazing staff. Wanna specially highlight Adrian from when we were checking in and Scott in charge of the pool area. My partner and I were the first time in Andaz and he served us with exception. He also went the extra mile to give is a room with exceptional view despite not asking for it. We were very impressed. Scott was also a very engaging staff and went the extra mile by helping us take photos without even asking. Seems like the staff here could read peoples mind hahaha. Really had a wonderful stay. Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Staff for an awesome experience. Must go!!

I spent 2 nights at Andaz and the experience was amazing. The room was huge and comfortable with a great view. Good selection of channels on the TV too. Breakfast was wonderful, quite a good selection. Enjoyed the pool as well. Gym was a bit small though, but the rest if the hotel more than made up for it 😊

Me encanta la decoración de todo el hotel. Sentí que cada pieza de decoración está cuidadosamente diseñada y con un gusto contemporáneo. Hotel nuevo y todo parecía nuevo y fresco. Todo el personal es excepcional y el servicio al cliente es excelente. Todas las llamadas de limpieza y servicio de habitaciones se atienden a tiempo, lo que encuentro en la tarifa en estos días. El único inconveniente probablemente sea que no haya estacionamiento gratuito. Buena ubicación con muchas cosas para comer y jugar.

Ame a decoração do hotel inteiro. Sentimos que cada peça de decoração é pensada de forma pensada e com um gosto contemporâneo. Novo hotel e tudo parecia novo e fresco. Todos os funcionários são excepcionais e o atendimento ao cliente é excelente. Todas as chamadas de limpeza e serviço de quarto são atendidas em tempo hábil, o que eu acho na taxa hoje em dia. A única desvantagem é provavelmente nenhum estacionamento de cortesia. Boa localização, com muitas coisas para comer e brincar.

Estou muito satisfeito com minhas últimas 3 estadas no Andaz. O pessoal de serviço é sempre muito cortês e costuma dar o seu melhor para satisfazer as necessidades de todos os hóspedes. Eu amo a modernidade e a limpeza do quarto. O processo de check-in e check-out também é perfeito e descomplicado. Mesmo que possa haver longas filas às vezes durante os períodos de check-in, Andaz escalonou os tempos para garantir distância segura suficiente e que não haja superlotação. Afirmativo.

Love the entire hotel's decor. Felt that every piece of decor are thoughtfully designed and a contemporary taste. New hotel and everything felt new and fresh. All the staff are exceptional and customer service is excellent. Any housekeeping and room service calls are attended to timely which i find in rate these days. The only downside is probably no complimentary parking. Good location with plenty of things to eat and play around.

I am very satisfied with my last 3 stays at Andaz. The service staff is always very courteous and they usually try their best to fulfill the needs of all their guests. I love the modernity and cleanliness of the room. Check in and check out process is also seamless and hassle-free. Even though there might be long queues at times during check-in periods, Andaz has staggered the timings to ensure sufficient safe-distancing and that there isn’t overcrowding. Thumbs up.

Uma estadia repetida no Andaz, mas na minha opinião, os padrões realmente caíram.O check-in foi tranquilo porque chegamos às 18h e não havia multidão. O check-out no dia seguinte foi o oposto, fomos informados para fazer fila com o resto das pessoas fazendo o check-in (cerca de 20 grupos) e ver a longa fila nos desencorajou, então usamos a caixa expressa.O café da manhã era mediano, embora a seleção de itens fosse ampla. Tivemos as especialidades ocidentais, mas os ovos mexidos poderiam ser feitos melhor.A vista do quarto era ótima. Também gostamos do gesto meigo do cartão personalizado assinado pelos funcionários e dos macarons entregues no quarto.Sentimos saudades dos tempos anteriores no Andaz, onde havia drinks à vontade durante o happy hour no lounge. A seleção do frigobar também foi reduzida. Desta vez, não pudemos nem usar a piscina, pois "todos os slots estavam lotados". Foi uma chatice. Mesmo depois de ligar para a recepção que nos colocou na lista de espera, ninguém ligou para nos informar sobre isso.

Quite frankly, if this is a 4 Star hotel, I'd have given Andaz 3 star in this review. But as a 5 star hotel, I feel that the facilities, staff hospitality and food are very very poor.In terms of facilities, we were surprised that room has cleanliness issue. There were visible dust in on surfaces and my allergic rhinitis was continuously triggered just being in the Andaz room. Furthermore, we signed up for the Halloween package, but was rather horrified that the in room decorations were in a mess. For instance, the hanging ghost or bat on the curtain had already dropped on the floor and many examples like that.In terms of staff hospitality, I'd give the hotel 3 star. The staff were mechanically polite and that is about it. For a better experience, I can think of Conrad which we recently visited and the service was just impeccable and personal.Regarding the food, mains were limited to 1 serving per pax at breakfast. But quite frankly, I wouldn't want a second serving due to the overall taste. It was sweet of Andaz to serve the local sesame ball snack but that couldn't make up for the poor quality of the western breakfast served in the hotel. Perhaps, the Chinese breakfast would be a better choice, I wouldn't know. But given it's a 5 star hotel, much improvement is needed.Ultimately for the overall poor value and hygiene issues, I will give rate andaz 1 star and caution people who are sensitive to dust against visiting.

I have a friend who was an ex employee of this hotel and got mistreated by full time workers after being nothing but nice to them. I also was told that their full time employee was caught by part timers of him eating in the kitchen and after a complain was made by my friend she got shouted and chased out to leave after helping them without getting paid about 1hour(she voluntarily wanted to help as a friend had too much work ) but however i do not think that they should treat employees this way rudely. However the rooftop bar is amazing and people there give excellent service with respect!

A repeat stay at Andaz but in my opinion, the standards have really dropped.Check in was a breeze cos we arrived at 6pm and there wasn’t a crowd. Check out the next day was the opposite, we were told to queue with the rest of the people checking in (around 20 groups) and seeing the long queue put us off, so we used the express checkout box.The breakfast was average, though the selection of items was wide. We had the Western specialities but the scrambled eggs could be done better.The view from the room was great. We also enjoyed the sweet gesture of the personalized card signed by the staff and the macarons delivered to the room.We miss the previous times at Andaz, where there was free flow drinks during happy hour at the lounge. The minibar selection has also been reduced. This time round, we couldn’t even use the swimming pool as “all slots were fully booked”. It was a bummer. Even after calling front desk who put us on the waiting list, no one called to update us about it.

Não se esqueça de usar ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ ao reservar seu resort. Este site irá comparar inúmeros sites de hotéis e normalmente terá preços muito mais baratos do que outros! De nada :)! Este resort é um dos melhores da região. Venho aqui há anos. Se você escolher este lugar com certeza não se arrependerá.Ótimo hotel. Ótimas comodidades. Amei o quarto e banheiro espaçoso. Há um alto-falante bluetooth também no quarto. Staffs são úteis. Gostei muito de ficar lá

This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Great hotel. Great amenities. I went with pretty high expectations because of the raving reviews and while the overall experience was decent, there are a lot of things which could have been better. Checking in: It felt like the longest check in I have ever had. Staff was apologetic so I was pretty cool about it. Room: maybe it’s my luck or my super sensitive nose, the room smells mouldy. I saw white dots on the wooden bathroom walls and they look like mould. At this point, it has become difficult to feel like the room is clean. Halfway through the night my throat actually felt really sore. The bed was too hard for me but this is subjective so I won’t comment on that. Free minibar, no complaints there. I felt like I had to request for basic things which was not initially provided and it just quite troublesome. There’s no wine glass (but there’s bottle opener) and there is no hairbrush. Would have been great initiative if basic toiletries are provided. Room service is quick, that’s a plus point. Food: breakfast was really good. There’s a good variety and something for everyone. For in room dining, food was delivered warm which was great as well. The only issue I had is that I had a stomach ache after the staying at the hotel and I didn’t have any outside food during the stay. In fact I didn’t even have dinner after my late check out and in the same night, I had quite a few rounds of toilet runs. Staff: really friendly and attentive esp the guys who served us at mr stock. But sometimes I can’t tell if they are staff. Again it might just be me. Check out: this was the fastest check out. So fast in fact no one asked me how the stay was etc. Oh well.

Great value for the price! Not too expensive but service was still good and rooms clean and modern. The pool area was a little crowded but overall a nice experience. We came too early to check into our rooms but the concierge was nice enough to let us store luggage until we come back later and night. Overall great service 👍

Stayed a night for my wedding anniversary! Room was clean and nice though a bit small, but stylish and functional. Only wish that they did something as I indicated the occasion, but I understand it's non-obligatory, just would have made the experience nicer! Had an issue with the toilet lock but the guy who came to help resolve it was superbly kind and nice. Breakfast was good!
