“The staff was mostly friendly, but I was very disappointed with my stay. Apparently, the heating and air system stopped working on multiple floors a day or two before we showed up for our reservation and the room that I had reserved and already paid for, in full, was unavailable. They put us in a new room, but I was never made aware of the issue! I never received a phone call or email that let me know about, or would prepare me for the room change!! I was very upset that they made this change without letting me know. If I had known, I would have changed my reservation to a different hotel. But once we arrived, it was too late to change hotels, because they told us it would take several days to get our money back if we decided to leave. I felt trapped. The only thing that they did to try and make the situation better, was offering to add points to my account for one free night, (that had to used at a different time) but I never even received those. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“This stay was very nice. The pool was being maintenanced or something while we were here so that was a bummer but the breakfast was incredible. I love how close it is to everything, there are many stores nearby to pickup whatever you need as well as many restaurants to choose from.
The water pressure has outdone most hotels I've been to. It was nice. The staff was super helpful and friendly.”
