“Stopped at Socca Cafe for a quick breakfast and they totally exceeded our expectations! Breakfast sandwich and Ham and Cheese croissant were AMAZING! Awesome friendly staff and attentive Manager helped with info about the city and sight seeing tips. We will definitely be back!!”

“Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons where we spent three nights for a girl's staycation. BUT there were a few things that we found surprising for a luxury hotel. Probably the most concerning was when we checked out and reviewed the bill. There was almost $400 of extra charges that I did not recognize. The front desk staff was very nice and said they would look into the additional charges. After several phone calls to/from hotel after we left, it turns out the Spa had made a transaction error with our cards that we presented for payment and then just billed the massage to the room, but never called/informed us about it. It was a bit of a headache and I felt like the Spa staff could have handled this much better. It's too bad because the massage itself was AMAZING. We were also surprised the turn down service did not include actually turning down the beds, no amenities, instead it seemed like the just tidied up the room a bit. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Mara is the most beautiful restaurant I've ever seen! I am hoping that our experience was just related to the fact that this is a new hotel, still working out somethings.”

I was here for my 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. It’s luxury all the way from beginning to end here at the four seasons Minneapolis. The room was perfect and quiet. We had everything we needed and more. The Mara bar and Mara restaurant were top notch. I had friends come to celebrate at the bar one night and we were able to mingle in the hotel lobby by the fire places for several hours. The spa was fantastic. The treatments are pricey but what you would expect from a 5 star hotel spa. The pool, hot tub, and women’s locker rooms are amazing. The steam room, sauna and mini spa tub in the locker room are very nice. The hotel gym is well appointed with everything you could need to workout. I’m so impressed with this four seasons. My stay was mid December so the complaints from other guests about “kinks being worked out” were not an issue for me or my family. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with excellent, friendly, prompt service. Rivals the Peninsula hotel in Chicago which (we think) sets the standard for luxury hotels. Every detail and request was attended to and there was sparkling wine and chocolate waiting for us in the room upon check-in. Beautiful views of the city (from our stadium view one bedroom suite) and their restaurant Mara was delicious for dinner. Location is good and you can walk to a number of excellent restaurants. Overall loved our stay and we will be back.

Four Seasons Mpls is a true 5 star hotel experience. I believe the issues they had early on after opening have all been resolved. They seemed fully staffed in all areas, and the service was fantastic. The rooms are well equipped and offer great views, the swimming pool and terrace make you feel like you're at a resort, and the restaurant Mara was one of the best meals we've had in some time.
