Good Property Good Service Good Spread in Breakfast! Too close to T2 of Mumbai Airport which makes it difficult to get cabs. Rooms are spacious & well appointed. Faced a unique problem - was hearing voices from other room Very clearly! Overall recommended for being JW & top notch service!!

Verdaderamente uno de los mejores en la industria hotelera. La sección interactiva para niños en el paquete de acción en casa es increíble. Truly one of best in hospitality industries. The interactive section for kids in stayaction package is amazing. Good food and wide spread in JW CAFE both in dinner and breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Chef ROBERTO for his time and attention given to us in pizza making section for kids. A good vibes all around the property with positive staff throughout the stay.

Stay was good and the rooms were clean. Got a free upgrade to a higher floor and swimming pool view thanks to Bonvoy Gold Elite membership.I just hope the breakfast was better managed. We stayed over the weekend and the rush was so bad that they had to open breakfast at another restaurant. We were told that it will have the same spread, however, it was not even half of the actual spread.

The place deserves no less than 5 stars purely based on my experience and how it just felt like a royal place to be in.

Teve uma ótima estadia aqui Os funcionários são bastante úteis e profissionais. O café da manhã é muito bom e não enfrentou grandes problemas a qualquer momento.O portão dos fundos foi fechado devido a avidez e isso não está atualizado no Google Maps, então tome cuidado com isso ... Senão precisa andar um pouco para chegar à entrada atualmente.Definitivamente gostaria de ficar lá quando eu visitar a cidade novamente.

El desayuno es bastante bueno y no enfrentó problemas importantes en ningún momento.La puerta trasera se cerró debido a covid y eso no está actualizado en Google Maps, así que tenga cuidado con eso ... De lo contrario, debe caminar un poco para llegar a la entrada actualmente.Definitivamente me gustaría quedarme allí cuando visite la ciudad nuevamente.

Fuimos aquí por el buffet. Son 2 k por persona y la comida era increíble. ¡La experiencia fue maravillosa y el personal fue el más increíble visto en Mumbai! Muy cortés, acogedor y servicial. Hizo que nuestro viaje de una hora valiera la pena. Definitivamente recomiendo el buffet y hay muchas opciones vegetarianas para elegir, una variedad de cocina muy satisfactoria.

Had a great stay here. The staff are quite helpful and professional. The breakfast spread is quite good, and faced no major issues at any time.The back gate was closed due to covid and that isn't updated on Google Maps, so be careful about that... Else need to walk a bit to reach the entrance currently.Definitely would want to stay there when I visit the city again.

We went here for the buffet. Its 2k per person and the food was amazing. The experience was wonderful and the staff were the most amazing seen in any in Mumbai! Very courteous, welcoming and helpful!! Made our one hour trip worth it. Definitely recommend the buffet and there are lots of veg options to chose from, very satisfying range of cuisine.

One of the best hotel! I often stay in this hotel for business and every single one of the workers are caring, polite and friendly. Room is very luxurious and love the big bath tab. I had some personal issues and asked for help at the reception. Afreen a young beautiful lady helped me straight away !I really look forward to stay in this hotel again!

A good place to stay and experience the luxury. It’s situated in a very ideal location. The rooms are bigger as compared to the JW Juhu property. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food options are good and there is a mini mall located right next to hotel where you can find Starbucks and couple of pubs to hang around. All in all a good place if you are on a business trip.

Best Luxury Hotel in Mumbai . It's good for business travellers as its close to international airport. Also best for leisure holiday with family and loved one. We opted for pool view club room which has stunning view of swimming pool. Food was delicious. Also buffet lunch n dinner experience was quite good at JWCafe. Rooms are equipped with all the amenities like coffee table, study table, chairs. King size bed was too good. Loved that luxury soaps, bathroom was clean n big comes with huge bathtub and all the toiletries on place. Only the sliding door was little clumsy. Liked The view from the room. Staff is well trained courteous and always ready to help. Overall good stay.
