“Minha esposa e eu nos divertimos muito aqui, fugindo do frio do Texas. Muito perto da bela praia (2-3 minutos a pé) e a equipe sempre nos cumprimentou e nos fez sentir bem-vindos. Os quartos eram luxuosos e grandes, e tinham varandas onde eu podia ouvir o mar. Estar na Ocean Drive e perto de todos os melhores restaurantes torna esta localização imbatível. Pelo preço, achei um ótimo negócio.”

“As a Titanium Elite I naturally love Marriott but my experience at the Marriott Stanton, South Beach left my family underwhelmed. Not awful but when paying $7,000+ for two rooms for five nights, I expected far more from the facilities and services. Some examples: the refrigerator was frozen over (although quickly replaced by a very nice engineer) but wondering why someone didn’t check it before check in. The air conditioner in our “renovated” rooms kept the room fairly cool but couldn’t manage the humidity. You could feel the moisture on your skin and clothes didn’t dry. It was impossible to get one of the few seats at the swimming pool and we gave up trying. Hotels we viewed from our window had chairs in more abundance. The service experience was mixed but not up to par. I called the Manager’s office and they promised me a return my call but predictably never did. I wanted to surprise my kids with flowers in their room, but the staff wouldn’t put the flowers in their room and insisted on leaving it at the front desk. Then when my kids tried to get the flowers from the front desk the person in charge of storage wasn’t available. End of surprise. I can go on but won’t. The Stanton had super premium pricing for a far less than premium experience. Most staff members were very nice and tried hard. My point is just that when you are paying astronomical pricing you expect more- and hotels nearby seem like a lot better bet when we return to Miami Beach next year.”
