Rooms spacious and clean, breakfast good, hotel spotless, pool area beautiful, receptionist at hotel Lourdes lovely girl,marbella is a taxi ride away and puerto Buenos taxi as well, you can walk to both but it was 34 degrees not great walking weather.....hotel is in a really quiet area, no balcony chairs, Loved this hotel and staff, if it could just have it closer to marbella or puerto Buenos....

Easy to find, quiet, clean, excellent customer service. Parking is 15 euro a day but to me it was worth it. Bed was really comfortable. Shower pressure was great. There is a small bar and restaurant on the bottom level.

There was a party off us at this hotel on checkout day they over charged 4 of us I can understand one but 4 very strange 3 of my friends didn't notice!!! It was only when we where having lunch one of us said then they checked there receipt! They went back in to reception and they refunded it right away ! Lucky as we where getting picked up at 15.45 very disappointing 🙄☹️

Hotel super cerca del Starlite (que es el motivo por el que viajamos a Marbella) con buenas habitaciones y servicio. El restaurante no lo probamos, sin embargo sí tuvimos el placer de comer en las mesas de la piscina bajo las sombrillas. La camarera muy amable y la comida y las copas extraordinarios. Perfecto para ir si quieres combinar unos días de playa con unos conciertos en el Starlite.

Un hotel con una buena ubicación,está muy limpio, la atención es correcta y el desayuno muy bueno, pero lo más importante que es la habitación es lo que menos valoro, la habitación está deteriorada y el mobiliario se ve anticuado.

Quarto bom, moderno e limpo. Na golden mile entre marbella e port banús. 15 / 20 minutos da praia (depende do acesso escolhido).Refeições são de fraca qualidade, carne sem sabor parece que a chef não prova o que serve. Apenas as saladas são boas.Pessoal parece não ter sido treinado para interagir com os clientes, os mais educados e cordiais foram o pessoal da limpeza.Tem estacionamento a 15 euros por dia, mas pode estacionar nas redondezas (de borla).

Fue llegar y sentirnos como en casa. Destacar la limpieza, que para nosotros es súper importante cuando nos movemos por ahí. La cama era súper cómoda y la atención y tranquilidad de la zona fue óptima. Se encuentra a 30 minutos caminando del centro histórico y 20 del Puente Romano, en donde encontrarás sitios para comer/cenar como Nobu, Bibo o Leña, entre otros.

Bien, habitación grande y bien presentada en la zona de algunos de los mejores hoteles de Marbella. Especial mención al desayuno, muy bueno. Hay parking de pago opcional, o se puede dejar en la calle que hay sitio.A mejorar: el gym podría estar más completo (una barra para dominadas mínima). Por otro lado, nunca entenderé por qué en España no hay una botella de agua gratis como en todo el resto de hoteles de países del mundo.

La atención por parte del personal, ha sido muy profesional y amables en todo momento. La habitación estaba muy bien, la cama era grande y cómoda, y las almohadas también. Sólo utilizamos el desayuno, y puedo decir que era muy completo y muy rico, los zumos son naturales y eso siempre es de agradecer. Un gran punto a favor es el amplio margen de horario para el desayuno, algo muy de agradecer. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

El hotel está bien, quizás la habitaciones un poco anticuadas, pero está todo muy limpio y cuidado, el problema vino con el personal de recepción, que creen que solo van a hospedarse gente con alto estatus y no les gusta ver por el hotel trabajadores con uniforme. Tuve un problema con ellos por el tema de la cena en el restaurante del hotel. El personal del restaurante muy amable y atento.

Aunque tal vez un poco caro para lo que ofrece, es un hotel muy cómodo para dejar el equipaje e irte a disfrutar, con una habitación del tamaño exacto para lo quenecesitas, una cama grande y un cuarto de baño. Las cinco estrellas no se las ganas porque el aparcamiento tienes que pagarlo(15€).

Its second time we are visiting NH Marbella, I thonk they cant keep quality, it feels they regressed after covid.Breackfast was terrible, very cheap and i was fed up with eating toast and butter and eggs and becon. Dinner preperade with low quality products...They even removed complimentary mintwaters at the reception, and complimentary water in the rooms.Hope they will changeStaf, location was nice and i slept good :) 3 stars for that.

Nice experience NH hotel Marbella is located near a center and has good presentation. The room are big, we had three beds room). Clean and normal rates. The service has been good, the hotel has restaurant and swimming pool. The breakfast was very well.

Location was nice. But It was like worst staying ever. Check in was like I bothered receptionist. During the night the room 107 were shouting laughing and talking so loud that we could not even sleep. It happens at 4 AM. I called to the reception 5 times they were knocking to their room just once and calling also just once so they were not helpful at all. What was the worst experience in my life was that my personal item was stolen from my room. I left my expensive belt in my room (yes was my bad because I didn't even expect that this can be happening), and when I came back to my room I could not find my belt. Only one person was there and it was housekeeping. I asked hotel if they can check who entered to my room during the day and 5 min. after I left my room housekeeping entered to my room so there was only someone from housekeeping nobody else. They were acting like nothing happened. They do not even apologize for what happened. They just did NOTHING. I could not even speak with manager because she was talking with me via receptionist. It is unprofessional and so bad behavior from all people from reception. I was so dissppointed. NEVER AGAIN NEVER. The review I made it's because of bad behavior of manager of the hotel and because what happened to me and they DID NOT even say anything not even apology... NEVER AGAIN :(

Very nice and clean hotel close to the beach with a pool area in a little garden. Not expensive at all,close to lots of useful shops and to the city center ,rich breakfast with sealed items which guarantee higher safety standards Staff is really nice and helpful Rooms could be better because both the furniture and the view are not exceptional,but the bathroom is modern and comfy
