“Sleeping is a basic need and this hotel cannot provide that. The room was over 30 degrees celcius as there was no air-con. The problem was a know issue but hotel still sold the room and had not done much to solve the issue. Whether it was greed or incompetence from the management but they should not sell these rooms if they can't provide humane sleeping conditions.Also, the staff made you as a guest to work to solve their issue. E. G. "come to lobby to get some ice". They should do the service not the guest!Over 120 € from not been able to sleep at all is way too much.”

“Llegamos con gusto, nos fuimos con un regusto no agradable. El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, una gran ventaja si no hay coche. Nos alojamos en una habitación con jacuzzi y sauna. El jacuzzi funciona en un 10%, de hecho es solo una bañera, con un burbujeo miserable, lamentablemente no hemos visto un jacuzzi tan malo. En la habitación, todos los muebles son semi-antiguos, oscuros y lúgubres, gastados en algunos lugares. Gira cómodamente el televisor. No hay zapatillas en la habitación, no hay té negro habitual, solo frutas. La sauna es muy pequeña y cuando se calienta, como un horno, inmediatamente quieres salir. Alguien mordido en la cama por la noche)) Desafortunadamente, el servicio de atención al cliente no consideró necesario, aportar, y dejarnos como miembros del club Scandic, al menos con algo satisfecho, habiéndonos hecho al menos un pequeño obsequio, porque pagamos 160 euros la noche y recibió servicios de tan baja calidad en el trabajo del jacuzzi, y en ausencia del aire acondicionado declarado en el sitio, y en el hecho de que en la cama, alguien fue picado por pequeños insectos. Pero la cama en sí es muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciona solo + 24 y no menos. El desayuno estuvo bueno y el restaurante tiene un interior agradable, el chef hace la comida ligeramente salada, gracias a él.”
