Comida é boa. Em geral, serviço ruim, mordomo virtual inexistente, atividades combinadas com a família, sem entretenimento para adultos. Não desperdice seu dinheiro com o clube Diamind ou quaisquer outros incentivos. Pessoal da sala de jantar serviço rude e mínimo. Apenas um restaurante, frutos do mar perto de Hideaway ou a chamada piscina para adultos, tinha boa comida e serviço. Pegou $ 150 por gorjetas. Trouxe de volta $ 100. 😔. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.

Food is good. Overall bad service, virtual butler non-existant, activities mixed in with family, no adult entertainment. Don't waste ur money with Diamind club or any other incentives. Dining room staff rude and minimal service. Only one restaurant, seafood nearHideaway or so called adult pool, had good food and service. Took $150for tips. Brought back $100. 😔. I will never stay here again.

Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso no Royalton Hideaway !! A equipe de Alex e Noe e Edwin e muitos mais foi excelente! Eu me senti tão mimada que era uma loucura. Os restaurantes que gostamos foram a churrascaria de frutos do mar e a churrascaria. O buffet estava cheio de tantas opções e a comida era tão 😋 saborosa. Espero poder experimentar este resort novamente! Nós amamos deitar nas espreguiçadeiras na praia sob as palmeiras e guarda-sóis… era como se estivéssemos em uma praia particular! Tão relaxante!

We had an amazing time at the Royalton Hideaway!! The staff from Alex and Noe and Edwin and many more was superb! I felt so spoiled it was crazy. The restaurants that we enjoyed were the seafood grill and the steak house. The buffet was full of so many choices and the food was so 😋 tasty. I hope I can experience this resort again! We loved laying on the loungers on the beach under the palm trees and umbrellas…it was like we were on a private beach! So relaxing!

No geral, eu gostei da minha estadia aqui. O check-in foi fácil e pudemos fazer o check-in no horário. O pessoal foi muito educado e atencioso! A ++ para eles! As bebidas eram ótimas !! E as piscinas / entretenimento foi excelente !!O quarto não era tão positivo. Foi apenas ok. Nossa vista da sacada era um pântano que cheirava assim que abrimos a porta deslizante. Nenhum ponto para as cadeiras na varanda. Não há literalmente nada para se desfrutar nisso. A sala em si cheirava a cimento.A comida era decente, nada ótimo, mas não terrível. Nós comemos principalmente no restaurante com buffet, pois os outros restaurantes estavam fechados em horários diferentes.Em suma, eu ficaria aqui novamente, embora com um quarto melhor!

Eu gostaria de poder dar a este lugar zero estrelas, no entanto, esta classificação não tem nada a ver com a equipe, eles foram muito simpáticos e acolhedores como poderiam ser. Na noite anterior à nossa chegada, nosso grupo ligou para o resort para garantir que todos os quartos estivessem no mesmo andar e pagassem ADICIONAL pela vista de frente para o mar. O check-in demorou cerca de 4 horas e nós pagamos por uma vista frontal do oceano apenas para olhar para um pântano. Quando um dos meus amigos que reservou toda a nossa viagem tentou falar com o gerente Jacklyn, ela respondeu: "Eu não estou falando com você." O serviço de quarto era uma piada - demorou cerca de 40 minutos para fazer um pedido pelo telefone e, além disso, a comida nunca foi entregue e nós literalmente passamos fome o resto da noite. Nossa última esperança era pedir Pizza Hut, já que os restaurantes deste resort fecham às 10, mas ninguém queria fazer entregas nesta parte de Cancún. Minha esposa e eu amamos este lugar. Já estivemos em 4 ocasiões diferentes. Cada vez que voltamos, gostamos de algo novo que realmente não tínhamos feito antes.Nós sempre vamos Diamond club e eu recomendo a vista para o mar com quartos com jacuzzi no terraço.O que mais gostamos é que sabemos o que esperar, e essa experiência é sempre incrível. Excelente comida, bebidas, funcionários e cenário. Eu não poderia pedir muito mais pelo dinheiro.

Excelentes habitaciones, la comida muy rica. Las únicas bebidas que encontré buenas en todo el hotel fueron las del Sr Arturo y el Sr Servando, si llegan a ir busquelos en algunos de los bares.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in on time. The staff was very polite and accommodating! A++ to them! The drinks were great!! And the pools/entertainment was excellent!!Not so positive was the room. It was just ok. Our balcony view was a swamp that smelled as soon as we opened the sliding door. No point to the chairs on the balcony. It is literally nothing to enjoy about it.The room itself smelled like cement.The food was decent, nothing great but not terrible either. We primarily ate at the buffet restaurant as the other restaurants were closed at different times.All in all, I would stay here again, albeit with a better room!

My wife and I love this place. We have been on 4 different occasions. Every time we go back we enjoy something new that we hadn’t really done before. We always go Diamond club and I recommend the ocean view with terrace jacuzzi rooms. What we enjoy most is that we know what to expect, and that experience is consistently amazing. Great food, drinks, staffs and scenery. I couldn’t ask for much more for the money.

If you are thinking about staying here please read this review. I wish I could give this place zero stars, however this rating has nothing to do with the staff they were very friendly and as accommodating as they could be. The night before we arrived our group called the resort to make sure all of the rooms were set up on the same floor and paid ADDITIONAL for an oceanfront view. Check in took about 4 hours and we paid for an ocean front view only to look at a swamp. When one of my friends who booked our entire trip tried to talk to the manager Jacklyn she replied “I’m not talking to you.” Room service was a joke it took about 40 minutes to place an order on the phone and on top of that food was never delivered and we literally starved the rest of the night. Our last hope was ordering Pizza Hut since the restaurants at this resort close at 10 but no one wanted to deliver to this part of Cancun. Please do not waste your time or money here stay at another resort. Aaron the bell boy was awesome and so was the bartender whose name I actually forgot

Eu acho que uma classificação mais justa seria um hotel de 3 estrelas realmente bom ou um hotel de 4 estrelas sub par. 5 estrelas é um pouco exagerado.Os quartos não vinham com panos de lavar, uma toalha de tapete de banho .. Temos um ferro, mas não temos tábua de passar e uma mesa, mas nenhuma cadeira para sentar na mesa lol como o quê?E esta é a PIOR VISÃO que já tive - estamos literalmente olhando para o que parece ser um canteiro de obras abandonado. Se quiséssemos algo que não fosse feio, teríamos que pagar mais de $ 300 pelo mesmo quarto, sem ter que olhar para a construção ..A comida tem estado bem até agora. Novamente, definitivamente não é 5 estrelas, mas imagine se o Embassy Suites lhe desse almoço e jantar de cortesia, além do café da manhã.Ainda não há percevejos - ELOGIO. Duvido que algum dia voltaremos. Só não a vibração para o preço. Vá para o Atelier.* Vou atualizar minha revisão se alguma coisa ficar melhor!

A única coisa negativa que tenho a dizer sobre a nossa viagem foi o processo de check-in. Não foi fácil, no entanto, havia 10 de nós para acomodar. Depois de mais ou menos uma hora de ida e volta, fomos colocados em nossos quartos com camas de casal. Fora isso, a experiência foi INCRÍVEL. A equipe é incrível (Diego, Andres e Joe eram nossos favoritos). Toda a comida estava deliciosa, e fazer reservas para o nosso grupo de 10 foi muito fácil - optamos por ir ao Atendimento ao Cliente para fazer reservas. Voltarei, tivemos uma EXPLOSÃO!

The only negative thing I have to say about our trip was the check in process. It wasn't smooth, however, there were 10 of us to accommodate. After an hour or so of going back and forth we were put in our rooms with double beds. Other than that, the experience was AMAZING. The staff is unbelievable (Diego, Andres, and Joe were our favorites). All of the food was delicious, and making reservations for our group of 10 was very easy- we chose to go to Guest Services to make reservations. I will be returning, we had a BLAST!

I think a more fair rating would be a really nice 3-star hotel or a sub par 4-star hotel. 5-star is a bit of an exaggeration.Rooms didn’t come with wash cloths, a bath mat towel.. We have an iron but no ironing board and a desk but no chair to sit at the desk lol like what?And this is the WORST VIEW I’ve ever had - we are literally staring at what looks like an abandoned construction site. If we wanted something that wasn’t ugly we would have to pay $300+ for the same exact room just not having to stare out at construction..Food has been okay so far. Again, definitely not 5-star but imagine if Embassy Suites gave you complimentary lunch and dinner in addition to breakfast.No bed bugs yet - PRAISE. I doubt we’ll ever be back though. Just not the vibe for the price. Go to Atelier.*Will update my review if anything gets better!

O check-in foi absolutamente atroz ... primeiro, demorou mais de uma hora. reservei um quarto duplo e foi-me dado um quarto com uma cama king size e disse que não havia mais quartos duplos disponíveis. Fomos então enviados para uma sala de frente para um canteiro de obras no primeiro andar. Isso era inaceitável, então nos disseram que podemos ser transferidos, mas tivemos que esperar até que outro quarto fosse limpo. Finalmente fomos transferidos 4 horas depois para um quarto com uma cama king size voltado para o oeste e o mato opressor que está tomando conta da área circundante do hotel. Tudo fecha às 15h, senão antes, e não foi possível fazer uma reserva para o jantar ou qualquer outra coisa para esse assunto. A praia neste resort é inexistente. Ninguém limpa a quantidade avassaladora de algas marinhas trazidas da praia, que por sua vez cria um cheiro forte de morte que circula por todo o resort. A água está literalmente marrom por causa das algas mortas que surgiram na costa. A comida era boa, a equipe é prestativa e o resort é limpo, além das algas marinhas. Sexta à noite eles fazem uma festa toda branca para todo o resort, completa com entretenimento. Se você quer melhores acomodações e uma bela praia, sugiro gastar seu dinheiro em outro lugar.

Check-in was absolutely atrocious… first off it took over an hour. i booked a double room and was given a room with one king bed and told there were no more doubles available. We were then sent over to a room facing a construction site on the first floor. This was unacceptable so we were then told we can be moved but had to wait till another room was cleaned. We were finally moved 4 hours later to a room with one king bed facing west and the overwhelming brush that is taking over the surrounding area of the hotel. Everything closes at 3pm if not earlier and we were unable to make a reservation for dinner or anything else for that matter. The beach on this resort is nonexistent. No one cleans up the overwhelming amount of washed up seaweed from the beach which in turn creates a retched smell of death that circulates throughout the resort. The water is literally brown from the dead seaweed washed up on shore. The food was good, the staff is helpful and the resort is clean aside from the seaweed. Friday night they do an all white party for the entire resort complete with entertainment. If you want better accommodations and a nice beach I suggest spending your money else where.

The seaweed was not a big issue for me, the beach is beautiful with hammocks and there was a wedding that took place.@ the pool they can diversify the music though and not only play house music or Hispanic; I asked the staff twice if they can switch up the music I was told yes and then I was given excuses. Not too many activities but I enjoyed the white party, the foam party; the family side has slides and such for kids.Bars are near the pools and throughout the propertily, the drinks are sub par not strong at all, and only a handful of the staff can make a good drink. We took a lot of shots and No one was drunk not even tipsy, however; bottles of the good stuff are available for purchase. The food at the restaurants were mouth watering and fresh; no dissapointments there;( Dorado Seafood Grill, Gourmet Marchè, Zen Tappenyaki) as well as well as the food from the trucks by the pools. And did I mention they have swim up bars.No bed bugs whatsoever everything was clean; our towels were refreshed and bed made everyday. Also there's a casino that stays open late although everything shuts down around 11. Overall great experience.Side tip: don't book airport shuttle with Linux they almost made us miss our flight.

Resort maravilhoso com serviço excepcional. Muitas atividades no resort. O restaurante Tex-mex não vale o seu tempo. O nosso quarto era bonito, mas a nossa vista era de um resort abandonado que foi uma desilusão. Na minha visita, a praia estava aberta, mas não vale a pena visitar por causa das algas que não é totalmente culpa dos resorts. Em dias, o cheiro das algas pode ser insuportável, cheirando a esgoto em todo o resort. Eles tinham equipes limpando todos os dias, mas se você não visse, não saberia que eles fizeram alguma coisa. Outras partes do México cobram uma taxa para limpá-la e têm equipes para coletá-la antes de chegar à costa, o que parece ser mais eficaz.

Wonderful resort with exceptional service.Plenty of activities on the resort. The Tex-mex restuarant isnt worth your time. Our room was beautiful but our view was of an abandoned resort which was a let down. On my visit the beach was open but not worth visiting because of the seaweed which isnt entirely the resorts fault. On days the smell from the seaweed can be unbearable, smelling like sewage throughout the entire resort. They had teams out every day cleaning it up but if you didnt see it you wouldnt know they did anything. Other parts of Mexico charge a tax to clean it and have crews on the water collecting it before it gets to shore which seemed to be more effective.

Overall experience was 4.5 out of 5. The property is (in 2021) only three years old and there is already some (not a lot) deferred maintenance. If you are going for the beach, this is not the place to go. The beach is covered with seaweed. They do have many swimming pools with some for adults only and all with plenty of activities. The all inclusive food and drink is better than expected. There are around ten restaurants on the property and all of them we ate at were good. The only exception was the seafood restaurant. I expected more being on the ocean. All the liquor was better than expected brands like Jack Daniel's, Belvedere Vodka, Crown Royal and such. 90% of the staff here will go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent experience. The other 10% are trying hard.

No geral, a nossa estadia foi incrível. O pessoal foi cortês. A comida estava boa. Eu sugeriria melhores opções para os pratos principais nos restaurantes de especialidades. Nossas fronhas estavam sujas quando chegamos aqui. A acessibilidade para cadeiras de rodas é muito boa aqui. A localização é excelente para famílias ou casais. As piscinas eram ótimas. Os quartos são grandes e a piscina foi incrível. O pessoal da excursão no local foi muito útil, e tivemos uma excelente experiência fora do hotel devido ao seu trabalho árduo. O serviço de quarto foi ótimo. A localização em relação ao aeroporto e às atividades fora do local também é ótima. O transporte e os serviços aos hóspedes são de primeira qualidade. Eu não posso enfatizar o suficiente o quão grande a equipe foi.Contras: fomos picados por percevejos e temos boas razões para acreditar que o hotel estava ciente do problema devido a uma interação com um membro da equipe. Tivemos picadas de insetos na maioria de nossas fotos. Posteriormente, tivemos que fazer um grande esforço quando voltamos para casa para garantir que não os trouxéssemos inadvertidamente em nossa casa. Além disso, enviei um e-mail detalhando nossas preocupações ao atendimento ao cliente quase assim que voltamos para casa. Eles responderam dentro de um dia, pedindo-me para confirmar o número dos nossos quartos (visto que tínhamos viajado com hóspedes e eles tiveram a mesma experiência). Respondi com as informações solicitadas e nunca mais ouvi falar deles, apesar de vários e-mails de acompanhamento. Havia manchas de sangue na cortina do banheiro. Havia toneladas de pequenas moscas na sala, que pareciam estar saindo das aberturas, já que raramente abríamos a porta dos fundos. Havia muitos pontos de "vazamento" no átrio principal onde eles colocavam banheiras para coletar a água quando chovia. Nós fomos em junho e havia grandes quantidades de algas podres ao longo da costa. Eles não fizeram nenhuma tentativa de limpá-lo. Fedia e trouxe insetos.Acredite ou não, todas essas coisas à parte, nós nos divertimos. A equipe, alimentos, bebidas, shows, piscinas etc. fizeram o suficiente para compensar o negativo. Estou muito decepcionado com a falta de preocupação do serviço ao cliente no que diz respeito à nossa experiência de percevejos.Atualização: Eles me mandaram um e-mail de volta (2,5 semanas depois) informando que definitivamente não são percevejos. Eles foram extremamente inflexíveis sobre isso. Eles me explicaram, como se eu fosse uma criança, que os insetos são comuns nesta parte do México. Chocante ... eu não fazia ideia 😐😑😐.Eu não sabia que insetos eram comuns dentro da sala. Ou que picadas de insetos apareçam depois de você ter dormido sob as cobertas a noite toda ... em um padrão de linha, ao longo de todo o lado do corpo em que você dormiu. Ou para aquelas mordidas vergarem, chorarem e depois se transformarem em feridas. Nem tínhamos ido à praia, nem saímos do hotel acordados até a manhã em que as picadas apareceram. Que, aliás, foi a primeira manhã depois que dormimos lá.Eles também me perguntaram se eu tenho provas ... depois de esperar semanas para responder. Qualquer prova médica foi curada. (Porque, felizmente, eles NÃO invadiram nossa casa). Só temos as fotos.Eles foram muito rudes sobre isso. Eu não acho que eles valorizam a repetição de negócios ou a satisfação do cliente. Basicamente, eles não se importam, então acho que fica por sua própria conta e risco.

The butler service was one of the highlights of my stay. The butlers were on point. Great pools, decent entertainment, and okay food. The drinks were weak but it's to be expected almost at an all inclusive. I'd definitely go back. Our suite was amazing.

So, I rarely give bad reviews but the lack of concern we experienced over a pretty awful situation from the Royalton customer service department was deserving.Pros: Food was great. The drinks were awesome. The staff was so very incredible. Truly great folks. The views were great. The shows were great. The activities are great. Wheelchair accessibility is really great here. The location is great for families or for couples. The pools were great. The rooms were large and the swim up pool was incredible. The excursion folks on site were very helpful, and we had an excellent experience outside of the hotel due to their hard work. Room service was great. Location in relation to the airport and activities off-site is great as well. Transportation and guest services is top notch. I can't stress enough how great the staff was.Cons: We got bit up by bed bugs and have good reason to believe that the hotel was aware of the issue due to an interaction with a member of the staff. We had bug bites in most of our photos. We subsequently had to go to great lengths once we returned home to ensure we didn't inadvertently bring them in our home. Furthermore, I sent an email detailing our concerns to customer service almost as soon as we returned home. They responded within a day asking me to confirm our room numbers (as we had traveled with guests, and they had the same experience). I responded with the requested information and never heard from them again, despite several follow up emails. There were blood stains on our curtain in the bathroom. There were tons of little flies in the room, that appeared to be coming out of the vents, as we rarely opened the back door. There were many 'leaking' spots in the main atrium where they would put tubs to catch the water when it rained. We went in June and there were huge amounts of rotting seaweed all along the shore. They made no attempts to clean it. It stunk and brought bugs.Believe it or not, all these things aside, we had a good time. The staff, food, drinks, shows, pools ect...did enough to offset the negative. Im just very disappointed with the lack of concern from customer service in regards to our bed bug experience.Update: They emailed me back (2.5 weeks later) informing me it's definitely not bed bugs. They were super adamant about that. They explained to me, as if I was a young child, that bugs are common in this part of Mexico. Shocking... I had no idea 😐😑😐.I didn't realize bugs were common inside the room. Or for bug bites to appear after you have been sleeping under covers all night....in a line pattern, all along the side of the body you slept on. Or for those bites to welt, weep, and then turn into a wound. We hadn't even been to the beach, or left the hotel up until the morning the bites appeared. Which, by the way, was the first morning after we slept there.They also asked me if I have proof....after waiting weeks to respond. Any medical proof has healed. (Because, luckily, they have NOT invaded our home). We only have the photos.They were pretty rude about it. I don't think that they value repeat business or customer satisfaction. Basically they don't care, so I guess stay at your own risk.

Overall our stay was amazing. The staff was courteous. The food was good. I would suggest better options for the main courses at the specialty restaurants. Our pillowcases were dirty when we got here. The entertainment was pretty good except the sax player who stood away the lit stage in the dark and stopped every few moments to answer his texts and take selfies. Everything was very clean and they had taken the necessary steps too make us feel safe post covid. I would definitely come back and bring the entire family

Os quartos e os serviços são incríveis, mas a praia é nojenta. Há um influxo de algas em decomposição cobrindo a praia e o oceano. O cheiro é horrível. Contanto que você fique na piscina, você será ouro. Definitivamente, não pague mais por um quarto com vista. Você não vai querer abrir sua porta.

The rooms and services are amazing, but the beach is disgusting. There is an influx of rotting seaweed covering the beach and into the ocean. The smell is awful. As long as you stay at the pool, you'll be golden. Definitely don't pay more for a room with a view. You won't want to open your door.

Estamos absolutamente amamos nossa estadia no Royalton. Os jardins eram limpos e todos foram gentis. Com base em outros comentários, estávamos um pouco desconfiados, mas não havia razão para estarmos. A linha costeira tem um pouco de algas marinhas, mas uma vez que você passeie, tudo bem. Devido a restrições ambiciosas, você tinha que fazer reservas para o jantar com antecedência, mas eu pessoalmente gostei de ter isso planejado. Os restaurantes tinham opções de jantar variadas, mas sempre com uma variedade que nos deixava felizes e fartos! Fizemos o Diamond Club e adoramos poder acessar os lounges do Diamond Club para lanches e preparar nossas próprias bebidas, mas os bartenders foram deliciosos em todo o terreno.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royalton. The grounds were clean and everyone was kind. Based on other reviews, we were a little wary, but there was no reason to be. The shoreline does have a bit of seaweed, but once you wade past that is totally fine. Due to covid restrictions, you had to make dinner reservations early, but I personally liked having that planned. The restaurants had various, set dinner options, but always with a variety that left us happy and full! We did the diamond club and we loved being able to access the diamond club lounges for snacks and the ability to make our own drinks, but the bartenders were delightful all around the grounds.

Whoa! I had the best time ever here! Got this place for a great price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm so thankful I stayed at my favorite place much cheaper than what I generally pay. Everything is wonderful here. Nice rooms courteous staff. And one hell of a damn good view

I absolutely love this resort! It was so clean. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Especially Diego!!! He helped us tremendously! He gets 10 stars by himself and I am not just saying that. It was my husbands 50th birthday and we had the diamond packages all inclusive that came with your own personal butler which was Diego! I would call him more of a helpful friend. If you visit all the staff is wonderful but it you do get Diego that is a bonus! I cant wait to return. Thank you Royalton for such an amazing time! And thank you Diego for taking good care of Myself and Mr. West!

Resort is beautiful, stayed at the hideaway. Rooms were very nice, pool was nice, good poolside entertainment/ music. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive (other than the Italian).. the drinks... honestly they were horrid. Worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. Their house alcohol taste like it was made out back with pond water, so be sure to call your liquor (and watch the pour).. but even then something is a bit off. If the drinks were even remotely okay, I would recommend this resort. But if alcohol is something you care about, I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be returning. Overall a nice place though.

Hideaway at Royalton was an incredible resort. Amazing food - best we've ever had at any resort. Rooms are beautiful. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Big, but not too big.....But that isn't what made our stay the best. We had a group of 19 people, and it was the service that blew us away. A HUGE shout out to HENRY at the adult pool bar who simply was our favorite human in the resort - he worked SO hard and his service was impeccable. Another shout out to Esteban - he reserved our favorite spot at the pool for us every day, served us drinks each morning and also delivered us burgers and nachos at the pool. Thanks for an awesome trip - we will never forget it!

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were fantastic. We had swimouts but could not really enjoy them. They are shaded which caused the water to be cold. This forced us to spend majority of our time in the big pool which was warm, defeating the point of us spending extra money. The food was decent, nothing to brag about. The staff was very polite , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa and my favorite thing was the hydro massage. I was very disappointed about the beach. The water was filled with seaweed which left the water dark and cloudy.

The most beautiful spa I've ever seen. The massage therapists there are really outstanding - not what I expected at a resort. Also of note: I was a massage therapist for 8 years, so when I say they're good, I super mean it.

Fantastic experience all round, service was great, food was amazing, and the place was very clean and modern. Only thing i was weary of, was when pulling up to the facility, the grand entrance was not so grand compared to other places, but once inside you quickly find out that they spent their resources on making the interior and rear of the resort second to none. Was fantastic and highly recommend.

THE HOTEL STAFF BROKE INTO OUR SUITCASES AND STOLE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Throughout our trip to Mexico we locked our important things in our luggage since we heard that the staff has a master code for the safe in some hotels. on our first evening at the hotel, after returning from dinner we saw that the zipper of our two luggage was completely torn so we went straight to reception to complain, received us the worst guest service I ever met in his name was Orlando and everything he did is to accuse us of lying (even before he was in the room!) And show us a page we signed in the checkin saying that the hotel is not responsible for things that are outside the safe. We then went to a room with Orlando And the Security guys, we found that the money was stolen, we filmed the suitcases in the room until Orlando forced us to turn off the camera (??!). After completing all the forms at the hotel's request and open a complain in the police station the hotel staff informed us that they investigated the employee who was in the room (according to the door knob records) and he claims we were in the room while he cleaned the hot tub and we gave him money as a tip, that was their unbelievable answer. Of course we asked to look at the cameras because we were in the restaurant at the time but the hotel claimed that only the police could look at the cameras. And guess what, we called the police and didn't let them in the gate (since the hotel is a private area), Royalton did a great job of exhausting us and we might not get our money back, but we'll make sure this story is everywhere. When we asked to leave the hotel early they said they will not charge the penalty fee only if we sign a document saying we are not allowed to disclose the incident in the media. You really don’t want to go through what happened to us, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
