Amazing hotel! Would recommend to everyone. Service is amazing. Hotel is still in the works but it is the best hotel I’ve stayed in and a very nice looking hotel. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Room service staff would always ask if we need anything and promptly give us anything we need. The location is very close, literally a 5 minute walk and they also offer shuttle buses which come every 5 minutes to drop and pick up near the masjid. Would stay here again.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. Hotel is very neat and clean.The atmosphere is very good. Very helpful staff from top to bottom. Cleaning staff came to clean every day. The hotel is only 5 min away from Haram by walking. Breakfast was included for us. It was a buffet and one of the best breakfast buffet so far we had. Thank you for everything and in Sha Allah we will come back.

My first time experience in this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful taking all our bags to the room. We got booked in nice and easily. Our rooms were big given the right amount of space for a normal family. Nice and clean beds and bathrooms. Such an amazing view from the window. Housekeeping was amazing and kept on top of cleaning. The breakfast of this hotel was extremely delicious given a wide variety of stuff to eat and drink. All waiters were nice and managers were friendly and respectful. Transport to the hotel was decent. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this great hotel and I will definitely come back to this amazing hotel again. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was a great stay for 4 days and the rooms which we got was amazing and too huge. Housekeeping was done without any call. Breakfast buffet was so yummy. One more thing the support we received to upgrade to standard room from Mrs.Merida at the reception during check in was never forgettable.She supported as a family member from Day-1 till check out and we were so lucky. Shuttle service was too good and you can expect every 2 minutes. Never ever miss to have the delicious cookies which are so 😋

Spacious rooms, we got a free room upgrade which was a nice gesture. The reception and restaurant manager - Mr. Taher was very courteous and took extra care so that we were served well. Special mention to the shuttle service, there was a shuttle every minute that we didn't even have to wait to and fro. The only downside was the housekeeping ,we felt that the rooms could have been cleaned and maintained better

Excellent Services, Excellent Cleaning and Housekeeping, Excellent Shuttle Services, No wait for shuttle available all time. Kind and helpful staff are always available. Breakfast is also excellent. Rooms are big Equipped with all Facilities.

Lovely hotel. Just the food serve isn't as good for a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the staff who manages the passangers on the shuttle. Should have more shuttle buses available

Exceptional service from the moment the family stepped in the hotel until departure. We always receive good service from Hilton hotels but this experience was exceptional and staff always ask for feedback for their service. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Newly built fantastic facility. The distance from Babe Fahd is incorrect. It is good over 500 meters walk to the central yard of the Mosque.

First of all the hotel is within 600meters of the grand mosque in Mecca thus making it possible to go for congregational prayers at a very good time. This is a gold standard accommodation in terms of finishing and facilities. The securities at the entrance are tourist friendly and willing to support you as you find your way into the building. There is a mall at the basement which is opened from 9.am to 12 midnight thus giving residents the privilege of shopping without any hassles. The building is wheelchair accessible at every point of entry. The toilets are equipped with sensors to automatically flush. There are automated air fresheners which dispenses as soon as you step out of the gents. There are escalators and elevators to move you within floors. The AC is too cold for a building that is supposedly in a desert 😀😀😀. The ambience is bespoke. The cleaning staff are always visible. I could give a blank cheque to spend a night in one of the suits.

Have stayed with family on three occasions and have found the hotel staff extremely courteous and polite. Rooms are of high standard, with clean bedding and all facilities provided. Breakfast has a vast variety of dishes and the waiting staff is so attentive. Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Makkah.

Great sized rooms, good value for money, good location with super shuttle service which is regular. Could do with greater variety of food selection during buffet times to include juices, fruit, more intercontinental food and not just catering for groups. Better cleaning could be beneficial. Better in room coffee selection to include coffee not just only decaf coffee. Otherwise, very good service.

The is beautiful, spacious & clean hotel. But the housekeeping service is very very poor and bad. Been told about water in the room be given once a day, but we haven't get our water for the next day. Called many times & the housekeeper promised to send it to our room but non showing. So sad having a very prestigious hotel but with VERY BAD HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. Room also not very clean after get a housekeeping. Expecting a great superb service from this hotel but disappointed instead. Improve your housekeeping service please. Thanks.

I had a relatively comfortable stay at the Hilton Suites during Hajj 2019. The hotel was pretty modern. The staff at the breakfast area were very kind and accommodating. However I found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable (they felt extremely firm and springy), and the food during breakfast and dinner to be pretty flavorless. I also didn’t feel much of a homey vibe from the hotel, instead it felt pretty commercialized, and that detracted from my overall experience at Hajj.
