“Have loved the Grand Hyatt for many years. Bellmen are helpful and engaging. Perfect location. Generous bathroom with separate shower. Despite a generous tip, despite a written request, the maid allowed us to run out of toilet paper, more than once! Yikes. Regrettably, building maintenance (stained walls around air duct etc)is sadly behind.”

“The hotel location and convenience of a Starbucks located inside were the best features. The tub was broken. We asked for a rollaway and was given an air mattress to meet fire code. Mattress had a leak and deflated right away. Overall, we were underwhelmed by the experience and the staff's willingness to accommodate.”
