“Room was a little smaller than expected, as was the bathroom - compact like on a cruise ship! Could hear banging of doors and people talking in the halls which was a shame.
Bed was lovely and firm and curtain/blind was great for black out.
Ordered a taxi through reception. However when we went down, there was no taxi and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the company to be called which meant we were late for our booking.
Checkout was relatively quick and easy.”

“We are a couple of hours in to our stay and we are IMPRESSED. We found our business room clean with an extremely comfortable king bed, compact bathroom with all the amenities needed to conduce comfort and convenience. The room has modern updates, a useful wireless phone charging clock radio, ten minute drive from Auckland city and the prompt check in by hospitable and helpful reception staff made it easy to relax. Particularly Leticia who went above and beyond to help us settle in - thank you Leticia.
Great vibe, great location, amazing staff would stay here again and we haven’t even checked out yet!”
