“Quando entrei no quarto para não fumantes, havia um cheiro de cigarro. Pedi ao funcionário do hotel que borrifasse a água para que não cheirasse mal. Descobriu-se que, depois de sair para jantar, o cheiro de cigarro ainda estava lá. Chamei a recepcionista para trocar de quarto, mas a resposta foi tão lenta que tive que esperar quase uma hora. Assim que chegou, foi imediatamente atendido pelo gerente de plantão, o Sr. Hani, que o tratou bem e com simpatia. Como o hotel estava cheio, ele foi substituído por outro quarto que foi rebaixado, mas o café da manhã era um bônus para mais 2 pessoas. Bom serviço por Mercure Simatupang. Outra observação, por favor, hóspedes de hotel que têm cérebro e podem ficar de boca fechada, se for um quarto para não fumantes, não fume, vocês podem ler as regras certo? Você não é estúpido? A menos que vocês, convidados, não tenham cérebro e não consigam manter a boca fechada, vocês fumam aleatoriamente.”

“I was staying for 4 nights due to quarantine. Paid 8.9 million rupiah for those period. The whole experience was terrible. First day they give us a stinky, dry and old fried cake that my bf almost puke from the smell so i left the note for them to not serve that ever again. Everyday they served cold food tho i called them and ask to warm up the food or at least give warmer rice not a hard cold rice! But they never try to improve and kept serving dead cold food. Oh also the food is not just cold but also not very tasty, especially the breakfast, the egg is almost disgusting because it taste nothing, its smell, its wet and its cold. Just like one of those old food from the previous day 🤢.The internet is awful. I was using the open wifi "mercure" and when i had a zoom call, the internet kept cutting off. Its even buffering to watch Netflix or you tube. So i called and the receptionist give me the mercure office one. But it wasn't that good either so i kept switching wifi between the two.The room is tiny. Its 24sqm so yeah cant even lie 2 suitcase on the floor.The whole experience is bad because the service they gave is not match with their price. they dont listen, they don't care about the guest and they treat the quarantine guest like a prisoner almost. I dont think anyone deserve to eat what they serve Especially for paying over 2 million per day for 2 person. Seems like they make the food horrible in purpose so you buy their food from their restaurant with an extra charge of course. And btw they charge 70k for a freaking coffee.I had covid before in bali and quarantine from bakung resort kuta (paid by the government). That hotel serve better! They give warm food and snack twice a day. Unless mercure!My suggestion is. If you can't serve tasty food, at least serve it warm. If its too much work for you, then put microwave in the room.”
