Hotel bastante confortável, com preços de diária razoáveis, excelente breakfast, piscina agradável, embora feche às 18:00 horas. Aos fundos está a praia e, antes de chegar nela, tem uma longa calçada que ladeia a orla, e é ótima para caminhadas. Na praia tem guarda-sol e cadeiras.

Na recepção informaram um valor e acabamos fechando pelo site pois estava mais barato os quartos com vista para a praia, assim q fechamos a recepcionista informou q o preço estava errado, mostramos que era o preço do hotel no site, mas começaram a colocar restrições vieram informar por te ruma criança pequena teríamos q alugar mais um quarto pois estavamos em 5, informamos q manteria problema de a criança dormir junto e informaram q era política do hotel, pedimos para mostrar onde estava escrito piu nonsite nos dava direito a até 3 crianças no quarto sem custos. não souberam nos responder além de pedirem para cancelados nossa estadia, diretamente no site pois eles não podiam fazer nada. Tentamos conversar com a gerente que estava mais perdida que tudo e disse q não era possível alugar o quarto e que teríamos que pedir o cancelamento pelo site para o reembolso da estadia. Estacionamento pago a parte aproximadamente 33 dolares.

Excelente vista al mar y a la piscina, la zona de playamuy buena con sombrillas y te llevan las bebidas, el desayuno espectacular había de todo. El botones Carlos muy amable y bien informado. En general todo muy bueno.

Stayed here a few days with my husband and it was amazing. From the start i was already impressed that we arrived earlier than check in time and our room was ready. That was a big plus for me and the room was very clean. Food is amazing for breakfast, buffet and they won't disappoint at dinner time. Every night food is different and amazing. Workers and service are impeccable. All attentive and respectful. Any questions or concerns they are always there to help. Location is also very amazing. Right off the beach and very calm area.

Hotel acogedor y limpio, frente al mar y con acceso a la playa desde la zona de la piscina. El buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena estaba muy bueno, tienen gran variedad os lo recomiendo. Vista al mar muy bonita. El persona muy amable.

Estancia muy agradable Agosto 2019. Personal muy agradable. Una pena que tuvimos que cambiar el vuelo y marcharnos un par de días antes, corriendo por previsión de huracán. Eso si daba mucho respeto ver como todo el mundo se preparaba para prevenir daños mayores. Afortunadamente, Al final no toco directamente. Volveremos nos quedo mucho por visitar.

Mala experiencia en esta cadena hotelera. En mí estadía me alojaron en una habitación para gentecon carencias físicas. Cuando fui a recepción a avisar que mí baño se inundaba, me dijeron que me lo iban a solucionar. Luego cuando fui a consumir en el sector de piscina, me sale corriendo la srta diciendo que no estaba habilitado. Me dirijo a la recepción para solucionar el problema, pero al día siguiente ocurre nuevamente lo mismo. Ante la vergüenza delante de los otros huéspedes del hotel, me dirijo nuevamente a recepción. Una vez allí soy atendido por un Sr de nombre Cristopher, donde me expresa que fue un error en el sistema y que el problema del baño era porque era un baño para discapacitados ( cómo si la gente con carencias físicas no se asearan) todo ello dicho en forma soberbia y despreciativa. Ahora estoy disfrutando mí estadía en México, pero nunca más en esta cadena hotelera.

Las habitaciones renovadas son muy agradables a la vista, el único detalle es la puerta del baño que da muy poca privacidad. El desayuno está más que excelente en sabor, variedad y calidad y más considerando que venía incluído.En la playa tienen sombrillas y sillas limitadas pero sin costo. Segunda vez que vengo y espero volver pronto

Great hotel. Nice staff. Amazing food and breakfast. Beach chair’s included. Gave a birthday gift to me on my birthday very nice touch and did not expect it! Valet can be expensive as as hotel prices but what can you expect it’s south beach. So recommend!!

El hotel muy bueno. Algún problema con los ascensores. Con plena ocupación nunca anduvieron los 3 en 5 días que estuve. El resto muy bien, con excepción del un problema puntual en el comedor. Pedías agua para tomar y te llegaba una cuenta de 12 dólares. Ante la queja se presentó una persona llamada Carmen con una soberbia inimaginable y mal trato. El staf de recepción no hizo nada por solucionar el malentendido. Más allá de eso todo bien. Buenas habitaciones con buen colchón y buenas almohadas. Bien el WiFi y el servicio de toallas en la pileta. Genial el servicio de reposeras en la playa. El auto solo con valet parking a 40$ el día.

This hotel was fabulous! I stayed here in early May with my boyfriend and we both had a great time. We booked a deluxe king bed with a city view but could still see the ocean from our room! The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, one day they even had unlimited champagne 🍾. The bar by the pool is nice but we spent most of the time by the ocean using the chairs and umbrellas they have set up. The hotel is far enough from South Beach that it's calm, but it's right in the boardwalk so it's easy to get down to the main action on bikes.

El hotel impecable y los empleados muy atentos a todo. Falla el servicio de playa ya que son muy pocas las reposteros para tantas habitaciones y lo mismo en la pileta. Otra cosa es la avivada de la gente que deja temprano la toalla y se va para ocupar el lugar...una pavada y eso se tendría que controlar más.

Rooms clean and tidy. Staff fairly friendly. Cold water in fridge on arrival. Beds and towels changed daily. Dinners are not good. Buffet style and like warm in main restaurant. Daytime food at poolside restaurant ok. The hotel is fairly quiet with no loud parties going on.

Só tenho elogios a fazer deste hotel MA-RA-VI-LHO-SO café da manhã top nível Resort, tudo o que precisamos eles estavam prontos a resolver, fomos com bebê de 2 anos, precisamos trocar de quarto devido ao um imprevisto do banheiro mas assim que falamos eles já disseram que iriam nos colocar em um novo quarto, teve funcionários prestativos, piscina sempre limpa, serviço de quarto, cadeiras, guarda sol na praia, toalhas, muito bommmm voltaria com certeza 😃😉

El Hotel está genial. Los empleados, te ofrecen facilidades para todo. Comimos genial y por si fuera poco tuvieron un detalle de cumpleaños🎂🎉 que nos llegó al alma. Nos facilitaron los trámites para hacer una excursión y ver Miami ciudad y por barco... Y para rematar,como estamos de Luna de miel, al llegar de la excursión nos encontramos una muy grata sorpresa en la habitación. En resumen... Un hotel de 10.

Stayed at the Riu Hotel this past weekend and enjoyed myself very much. Clean, breakfast buffet was the best I ever seen and food was good. Best cheesecake in the cafe down stairs and coffee also. Friendly service throughput the hotel and staff was pleasant. I definitely will be returning again. Thanks for a good time

Very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was every day new and various. You could sit inside or outside on the fresh air with a pool view. The location of the hotel also very central with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach which was clean but windy. The service in the hotel also very friendly and helpful.

Had a day pass. Location is great. Definitely a family place. Tons of kids running around. Pretty noisy. Guests can bring their own speakers to the beach to play music. Service was quick. Most staff were friendly.

Pros...Hotel is clean and service has been great and friendly. Quick access to a clean beach is a huge plus. Valet parking only and they will get it multiple times as needed but it's $40! I maybe too frugal for a place like this but everything is pricey. We apparently didn't count the kids when we booked our room so they charged us $28 for a teen and $14 for a kid for the breakfast buffet, even if they weren't going to eat breakfast the next day. I didn't bother to eat but my wife said she rates the food a 6 out of 10. So do the kids. So the price doesn't line up with that to me. But again, everything is else was good.

First, I'd like to state that we are not a family that often complains or sees the negative in a place.In fact, this is the first review I have ever done.We felt it was necessary, as we were SO disappointed and we felt our stay was definitely not worth the money.We did not have reservations.My husband went inside to check about availability, the cost, and to check out the hotel.He stated the front desk worker was rude, and made him feel like he didn't want us to stay because my husband was asking questions and "inconveniencing" him. My husband asked him if he was having a bad day, and then he was more friendly.My husband was quoted a price, which he thought was acceptable, but then we received a more expensive price when the room was officially booked.It appeared we had a room, but then that room was "gone" and we accepted a handicapped room, so we could finally begin our stay. When we got into our room,we immediately noted the room was very plain and cold.The queen beds were much smaller than normal.There were only 2 pillows on each bed.There was no comforter, and nothing about the beds/room was "plush", which is what we expected from the "plush" appearance of the lobby. For the temperature,we tried adjusting the thermostat, but it didn't seem to work.We ended up 'freezing' that night. Overall, the pool area was nice, butwe were disappointed when we walked to the beach, as there was not an area "exclusive" to the hotel. There was not service to get drinks.When we did get drinks at the bar by the pool, we were charged for an alcoholic drink, when it was actuallynon-alcoholic. Then, in the middle of the night, our neighbors/ hallway patrons were loud and woke us all up.In the morning, when I tried opening upthe curtains,had to pull the rod with all my might to make it slide.The TV remote power button was almost unfunctionable, as it was pushed in so much.When we took a shower, (handicapped) the water was difficult to keep in the shower area, and it ended up halfway to the toilet, despite our attempts to contain the water. There was a very little, relatively unfunctional shelf by the sink outside of the shower, (maybe because it was a handicapped room, but not helpful).Also, there was no coffee machine/coffee, and no ice bucket. Our room had dirt in the corners of the room, there were marks on the walls.The hallway carpets were dirty.One positive thing we can say is the "included breakfast" was excellent.It was nicely organized for covid regulations, the staff was very courteous and helpful.It was a nice location, outside and clean.When we left breakfast, my husband asked for our car from the valet worker. When we came back down with all of our luggage, we had to wait for a total of 45 minutes.The valet worker statedthat they lost the keys and the key was actually in another driver's pockets.As you have read, our stay was definitely not worth the money.We were sorely disappointed, and would not recommend this hotel or a chain of it, to anyone.

The room was super cold, I felt like it should have had more for $700. The room is nice but it didn't meet my expectations for the amount of money that was paid. Also be prepared to $30 a day for valet service no private parking. The breakfast is good

My boyfriend upgraded last minute to catch the sunset and sunrise in a Ocean suite. We had such an amazing time in the Keys, why not splurge. The only thing positive was the view from the balcony! The first thing that happened was I cut my thumb on the handle going from the balcony into the room (see pictures) When we called the front desk they lady was incredibly rude. She said I needed to come down and get a 1st aid kit. She didn't say a word to us, didn't ask how it happened or to even look at my thumb. Then we discovered that there is no room service during the week, even though we were told at check in that there is. We decided to order door dash, the delivery guy couldn't come into the hotel, even though there are random people in the hallways either making out, or partying. Only one ice machine works in the hotel (this is why we know about all the people hanging out in the hall ways. Also let's hope you don't need silverware, because it is nearly impossible to find in the hotel. And again the lady at the front desk was rude!! So let's talk about the room. It is dirty. Hair everywhere, fifthly hand prints on the door and the bed was very squeaky and felt 10 years old. The TV is horrible. It was so fuzzy that there was several channels that you couldn't even watch. We travel a lot and this by far was the worse hotel that we have ever stayed at. Do not waste your money, there are way better options for the money you spend here! Let me add that we did talk to the manager the next day and she said she was going to email us, we still haven't heard from her. Please look at other sites like Trip advisor for more bad reviews about this hotel. I wish I would have looked there instead of Google before booking!

The hotel is certainly not worthy of 4 stars, even 3 stars would be generous. The rooms are extremely plain and basic (as I'd expect of a Holiday Inn Express type of hotel). Room wasn't particularly clean as would be expected during covid and the reception staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. Extremely overpriced for what it is, and parking as with most hotels in Miami Beach is very expensive. Overall I would sooner recommend some of the lower star hotels in the area which are priced cheaper and of higher standard.

Me and my family stayed here for one night, the hotel location is amazing the beach is 2 minutes away. The rooms are clean and good sized, the main problem was the isolation within the rooms I would hear the next room alarm ringing or even someone talking down the street. Other than that it was pretty decent and breakfast was well designed.

Me gusto mucho el hotel. Estaba nerviosa porque había leído muchos comentarios malos. Pero todo estuvo bien. El agua de la ducha salía tanto fría como caliente. La habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado estaba manejable para las personas que no nos gusta tanto el frío. El desayuno estaba normal no estaba delicioso solo estaba ok! También leí que en recepción habían sido muy groseros con otros clientes pero afortunadamente las dos personas que me atendieron fueron muy amables. El área de la playa y la piscina estaba bonito pero comparado con los hoteles que tiene alrededor puede mejorar. La única razón por la que no doy las 5 estrellas es por el desayuno y las instalaciones de la playa y piscina. Si en algún momento regreso espero que esas áreas estén mejoradas.

Es muy lindo, limpio y buena atención. Solo tengo una queja, soy persona con discapacidad física y me hubiera gustado que tuvieran silla de ruedas de playa para poder disfrutar del mar, pero no la tenían, por tal razón solo pude estar en la piscina. Muy 😥 para mi

I stayed in an ocean view room. It was Very spacious, relaxing, and fresh room. Sinks out of the bathroom and a huge porch. Nice floors, not old carpet. There are many places to sit inside and outside of the hotel lobby. I would definitely recommend this place. I would just let them know to order more beach chairs since there weren't that many and I didn't get one if I didn't come early.

Hotel room was clean and nice with a beautiful ocean few. Breakfast was great but I would recommend going early to get a seat. Nice beach and pool. The “cocktail bar/ restaurant” (grab and go) was Terrible! The female manager was unbelievable unfriendly, the food tastes like frozen grocery store food (it most likely is frozen grocery store food). Make sure to bring a wine opener! They will charge you $10 to open your wine...Even if you bring it to your room. The hotel could also add a microwave to their rooms and coffee machine. Overall I liked it but I might look for a hotel with a nice hotel restaurant/ bar.

Right off the bat service was amazing. Lee at the front fest was super friendly and even upgraded us to a king room when I mentioned it was our anniversary. The room was cozy and comfortable. The pillows were eh but it is what it is. Breakfast was amazing! So many options and felt super safe with all being individually wrapped. Will definitely return!!

Ha sido horrible el servicio, nunca podia imaginarlo, pues, acostumbro a ir dos veces al año de vacaciones a las instalaciones de Cancun y Punta Cana y la excelencia del trato del perdonal es encomiable. Cuando hicimos el check in nos atendió un señor con ademanes bien tosco y sólo suavizo un poquito su actitud cuando le mostramos nuestra tarjeta. Cuando fuimos a pagar la tarjeta hizo un decline, le pedimos de davor que la volviera a pasar y se negó. La suerte nuestra quw llevábamos otra. A la nañana siguiente llamamos al banco y nos dijeron que la tarjeta no la habian pasado bien, que jamás era decline. Seguimos, pedimos hielo y nos dijeron despectivamente que no habia, que si queriamos hielo que fueramos a dos cuadras y lo compraramos. Me parecia aquello una novela, como si me hubieran regalado la estancia. Fuimos a la playa y no pudimos, sentarnos en las sillas, que decian dos sillas y una sombrilla por habitación. Cuando solicitamos las sillas y sombrillas, el que estaba a cargo con tremendo despotismo nos dijo que no había t que nos fueramos a quejar al lobby, porque ya él estaba cansado de decirle al gerente y con la misma nos dio la espalda y continuo mirando el teléfono. Que falta al respeto tan grande. Yo estoy segura que si el Sr Luis Riu se entera de éstas conductas, éstos empleados no la pasarán bien. Que aprendan a valorar y respetar a los huéspedes que en definitiva somos los que pagamos sus salarios.

The entire set up is sensational especially if you are traveling with children or in a group and want space and privacy. The place itself is breathtaking and set in a wonderful location with a clean, tidy and very quiet beach. The pool is clean, the gardens are tidy and we couldn’t really find fault at all. I so love the place! Highly recommended!

I came as a solo traveler. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent service. The beach is beautiful, I recommend bringing goggles to see the other world under the waves here 🌊 It’s incredible what you can find! I do not recommend going too close to the rocks on the shore since there’s many unexpected sea creatures living there. The rooms were so simple and clean, it was perfect. Would recommend 👌🏻

El hotel SI vale la pena. Es muy bonito, elegante, limpio y tiene buen servicio. EL PARKING NO ESTÁ INCLUIDO. Es valet parking y sale como en $34 dólares por noche y te lo cargan a la habitación. Si van más personas que no están incluidas en la reservación de la habitación, el desayuno saldrá como en $26 dólares por persona. El desayuno es muy bueno y tienen buena variedad. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy modernas y limpias! Las camas son bastante cómodas y casi todas las habitaciones tienen balcón. Tiene piscina y bar afuera. El servicio a la habitación es bastante bueno y rápido, considerando que fuimos en fin de semana de Labor Day. También tiene muy buena ubicación.Fue una buena experiencia. El check in era a las 4pm y por culpa de que nos tardamos muchísimo esperando a que nos arreglaran el problema del parqueo porque no había espacio, terminamos entrando a la habitación como a las 6pm y me hubiera gustado tener esa información antes.

Had a great experience staff was helpful and kind it’s construction going on outside but the inside is warm and inviting they have a pool pool side bar it’s right on the beach rooms clean and beautiful they have a gym they offer breakfast a nice one at that my daughter and I had a good time there

Ok to start.. first time walking into our room we find hair in the bed sheets and bugs. There is absolutely no privacy from the balconies. Theyre all open to each other my neighbors just across the corner already saw me naked through the curtains that dont hide anything. I cant get a freaking cup of ice at the bar after purchasing 2 cokes and going out to the beach for it to melt while i cant find a seat to sit down on the “Private Beach” and the attendant tells me its first come first takes.

Overall nice room, 10th floor beach view was nice. But for a supposedly upscale hotel it had issues. The door never locked to the room. I reported it three times and they kept telling me it was fixed but every time i was able to push it open. Besides that nice hotel, fitness center, pool and other amenities. Ill give it a 3.5 for now.

BEST hotel experience and customer service with a hotel by far!!! I read a lot of the reviews about this hotel and how the staff was rude and it was dirty, but it was not at all like that! They welcomed me and had my room ready when I arrived even arriving after 9pm. Lisette at the front desk was so helpful and happy to greet us when we got there. The room smelled clean like a doctors office because it had been disinfected. I put my "please make up my room" card on the outside of the door before leaving two times during my week stay and when I got back the room was clean and our bed was made! We had a great view of the ocean and pool as Lisette gave us a free upgrade! We had clean towels everyday for the pool and the towel workers weren't rude at all! No bed bugs and no rude people! The hotel had about a 6 minute drive from ocean drive. The pool got a little packed during the weekend but we just went to the beach which was literally 6 feet from the hotel. We will definitely return and will be looking into staying in other RIU locations!

Local excelente junto a praia, piscina boa e tudo que a envolve desde bares relvado espreguiçadeiras e bastantes palmeiras. O staff do hotel muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Quartos muito bons e sem ruídos ou seja barulho. Recomendo para passar uns bons dias de diversão e aproveitar o hotela piscina ou a praia para relaxar.
