“Nuestra estancia estuvo bien. Viajamos con 4 niños y también somos miembros Lifetime Diamond de Hilton. Cuando llegamos, el director de la recepción no era nada acogedor. Le pedimos a nuestro hotel que le reembolsaran nuestros puntos de canje de recompensas y ella dijo que no era posible que acabaran de recibir un correo electrónico hoy que no habría reembolsos si después de la fecha de cancelación. Súper irónico, fueron solo unas horas antes de que preguntamos. A continuación, cuando reserva, por lo general, a través de las aplicaciones de Hilton, hay varias habitaciones que generalmente se alojan una al lado de la otra. No este viaje. Mi esposo y yo tuvimos que quedarnos en habitaciones separadas y cuando digo que las habitaciones no podrían haber estado más lejos de El uno al otro… 413 y 454 🙄. Ni siquiera pudo proporcionarnos dos camas queen para una habitación. Una persona de cada habitación dormía en el piso, en lugar de 3 en una cama king. En este punto, le preguntamos nuevamente si puede movernos al lado o reembolsarlo y ella fue un duro no. Ojalá el hotel hubiera sido un poco más complaciente porque suceden cosas. La piscina del hotel no está climatizada, pero si puede colarse en su propiedad hermana, el Waldorf, sus hijos encontrarán una piscina climatizada. Buena ubicación y a pie de playa. Definitivamente reserve en Waldorf si sus amantes de Hilton.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff, at the Front Desk, by the Pool and Beach, and at the restaurant, especially during Breakfast! The Reach is a gem, as we were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The Reach is the place, as it is out of the busy part of town and it has a GREAT beach with excellent beach/pool; staff. We have stayed at many fine hotels around the world. The Reach is not the fanciest, but it is an excellent value for the money paid! Well worth the experience!!”
