“I chose this hotel based on location and price. It is quite an old building, and the rooms are dated. It served its purpose. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Love the restaurants on each side. Within walking distance to Millennium Park, and Field Museum. Never felt unsafe in the area.”
— Alaina Carroll-Brazeau
“Tiny, old, dirty rooms. Pipes creak all night inside the room and i saw roaches in all corners. Stayed on the 7th floor and had a wonderful view of a dirty alleyway and some graffiti. The only positive things about my stay was the poor overworked receptionist who was doing her best to handle several customers and phone calls as the only staff member on a Friday night and the fact that the water was hot. Everything else about this hotel was the worst I've ever personally experienced even after staying in multiple motel chains.”
