Hotel is two minutes walk from airport departures, reception staff were fantastic, restaurant staff were pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was poor as the breads were not fresh and hot food was not of good quality. Dinner menu selection was huge and food was good. Take away breakfast was terrible. Stayed there three times and received room up grade twice. All rooms were functional, comfortable, good air conditioning, huge bathrooms. Beds were comfy, duvet and pillows were just right. Every room had stained carpets, clearly by guests spilling coffee. The cleaning of the rooms was very good other than the carpets. The coffee shop downstairs had decent cakes and staff were friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel again as the location convenience to the airport, friendly staff and quiet rooms are just what I need

As requested by receptionists I post the review- unfortunately it cannot be positive. We arrived on Thursday afternoon (SEP 8 2022). First of all we were disappointed by impolite service in the restaurant that we used twice- for the lunch and for the dinner. During the lunch we were served by the waitress (black pony-tailed hair) that was impolite, impatient and angry. She was confusing the price of house wine several times- once she was saying the price of 800 LEK, shortly after 8000 LEK, then 800 LEK again and suddenly she showed her disapproval that we dare to ask of the price of house wine as "it is so cheap as 80 EUR". Seriously? This is a price for house wine? During the evening we were lucky not to be served by her. Restaurant manager came, took the order and professionally delivered pastas and drinks we ordered. Then nightmare started and angry, stressed and tired (the same) waitress came and stated that "she does not know if / and what/ kind of dessert is left and we can go to the other bar and ask them". Seriously? You have desserts in the card and when I ordered panna cotta and tiramissu and I must go to different place to ask it it is still available? This is not a treatment I would expect in a cheap meat shop, not in aspiring 4 star hotel. This situation forced me to write the review. Hotel itself is pathetic with desperate need of maintanence- in our room nr 101 shower hand holder was falling apart whenever I was trying to move it, fridge did not produce any cold, water did not drain from the bidet and shower gel was so small that was not enogh to take even one shower, for one person. There is plenty cheaper hotels literally a few steps away where price- quality ratio will be much more honest. Probably the staff will not treat us and intruder who dare to ask for the price of "house wine that is that cheap as 80 EUR"

Good location: only one minute walk to the airport. The service is very good as well. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The king size room we stayed is very spacial but the carpet is a bit old. In general, a very good hotel!

Nice hotel right opposite the airport with decent rooms and a good restaurant. We stayed one night the rooms are spacious but the furniture is a bit worn needs a refurb Excellent breakfasts

Excellent hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts with very big variety of food and drinks. Clean rooms, however everyday cleaning needs to be requested. Unfortunately my room had a broken locking system. Not fixed during my stay. Available toilets accessories. Swimming pool area. Restaurant offers big choice of food (local food as well). Reasonable prices. Bar with great drinks. Good location, 5 mins from the airport.

Fantastic hotel only a few steps from the Airport terminal. Welcome was very friendly and genuine by Era and Kristo, they are so nice! Rooms are huge, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything you can imagine. Lots of international TV stations. Restaurant is DELICIOUS, great Italian specialties ! A fantastic hotel !!
