“They have a great clean pool, and they were so helpful and friendly to the employees. For our stay here, they sent out a delicious cake and a card! We're going to come back and suggest this hotel to all our mates!”

“I want to give this hotel 5 stars but the pool situation with the kids is out of control. I picked this hotel because of the pool and it was over ran with children. They have an adults only time but it’s from like 9pm to 10pm. If I’m in downtown Chicago that’s the last place I’ll be at 9pm. The room had an amazing view and the staff was very friendly. Valet parking is expensive so be prepared. The complimentary coffee, got chocolate was outstanding and it’s connected to a shopping plaza so that’s nice. Great location as well.”
