“No Toilet paper in room, filthy bathroom sink.Given keys to a new room that smelled thick of smoke.Wound up staying in existing room and taking toilet paper from the new room.Woke up at 1am to a room 78 degrees.Thermostat was set to 73.Front desk was friendly....but I expected more from a Hilton Property.”

“The hotel itself is lovely and the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean though relatively small, which is no surprise for any older city hotel. However, our thermostat would not go below 76, so the room was very uncomfortable. And the surrounding area was fairly rundown, with an Amtrak station across the street that attracts a fair number of homeless people. On a Saturday night in December there were a decent number of people lined up at the club across the street, and a strong smell of marijuana in the hotel lobby. There is a small patch of grass across the street for dogs to relieve themselves, but it doesn't necessarily feel safe at any time of day. We wound up leaving a day early and going to a different hotel that was more comfortable in many ways.”
