“I stayed here to visit family. The room had a red stain on the comforter.The bed was so old it had body imprints on both sides. I do not advise anyone else should stay here. Nice check in staff, but did not accommodate my room request to be near my elderly Mom. I was on the 3rd floor. She was on the 1st floor, far from the lobby. Bad experience for a Hilton connected hotel.”

“My room had run out of hand and body soap - it only had shampoo and dish soap. The front desk was unsympathetic and said there was no extra soap they could provide until housekeeping solved the problem. I used shampoo instead but worried about the safety of touching elevator buttons, breakfast items etc since other guests were also missing soap. Shocking that a hotel would not be able to stock something so basic and essential.”
