“We recently stayed here with my in-laws who needed a handicap wheelchair accessible room. We arrived extremely early for check-in and kindly asked if they had a room available for check in, willing to pay for an extra night to rest because we were THAT early. The front desk cast member was willing to check what they had and if he could check us in early. Lucky for us, they had a non-accessible room to check us into. The next morning, I kindly asked if we could switch to accessible and the cast member didn't hesitate to see what she could do to help us. I was so surprised at their willingness to help. The resort itself was clean, the grounds were tidy, and I found no trash in the hallways and stairwells. Our family has stayed deluxe, moderate, and value. All Star Movies is tied with Beach Club for our favorite resort. The cast members are amazing, the resort is clean and up-kept, and the overall guest vibe is great. A lot of people may worry about the buses. The Disney buses were on time and we only knowingly shared a bus with the other All Star resorts once. Even then, we never had to stand. We actually had terrible bus service at the deluxe resorts in the past AND on this trip. Buses were never a problem at All Star Movies. We will definitely be back again and again!”
