Una cadena de hoteles que cuentan con un excelente servicio, desgraciadamente no se si sea por protocolos de esta contingencia, pero siendo las 11:30pm te apagan las luces de las áreas comunes, entiendo la suspensión del servicio, pero el que te apaguen las luces en estancias comunes no es a mi parecer un buen punto.

Ah la llegada al hotel nuestra primera impresión no fue muy buena, para hacer el checking fue muy lento por el poco personal que había y por lo tanto no hubo quien nos ayudara con las maletas, Con el paso de los días pudimos percatarnos que la limpieza de los pasillos era deficiente. La habitación que nos tocó estaba limpia y cómoda pero el agua se salía del área de la regadera a la hora del baño. El Aqua bar Desafortunadamente también estaba muy mal atendido y la limpieza no era buena.Las áreas naturales tienen una vista muy bonita sobre todo junto a la playa que te hacen está realmente en contacto con la naturaleza, el jardín principal es grande y junto con su fuente hacen del lugar uno muy especial para tus recuerdos.Las albercas están bonitas amplias y limpias, los pasillos y corredores para llegar a ellas tienen una vista adornada con mucha naturaleza, los animadores saben hacer su trabajo y son muy atentos.El show nocturno que ofrece el hotel en su auditorio es de muy buena calidad y ofrecen un espectáculo con muy buen ambiente, hay un bar junto a este donde puedes seguir disfrutando de tus bebidas preferidas, recomendamos el mango tango con y sin alcohol.La razón principal por la que regresaríamos al riu es por la comida deliciosa y tan variada que nos ofrecen, cada platillo que tuvimos oportunidad de probar era realmente muy bueno, tanto que en ocasiones comíamos de más. Papas al horno gratinadas, albóndigas, pescado, chuleta de cerdo, y todos los guisados con carne sin duda son un manjar. Los postres también son deliciosos la nieve de vainilla sin duda un fue un hit para nosotros.Muy recomendable para ir en familia.

RIU Jalisco All Inclusive Hotel– Pleasant surprise Saw an add on my Instagram and though this was too good to be true. I have traveled many places in Mexico, and this was my first stay with RIU brands.Overall, we had a terrific experience.Airport transportation was ready and waiting for us. 25 minuets later we arrive to a friendly greeting. Front desk was friendly and helpful to all our questions. Our rooms were ready and we loved the accommodations. Full stock bar and fridge. Comfy big bed big bathroom and a view of the courtyard with the fountain. Daily housekeeping was excellent. We found the choice of Restaurants very good with plenty of choices for vegetarian eaters. The staff went beyond to accommodate us at every meal. Gabriel our Favorite Bartender was ready to greet us each evening with his best cocktails.Thank you RIU Jalisco for an enjoyable summer vacation. Yes we loved the August thunder showers and how lucky to see lighting strike a palm tree during our dinner.Future guest please show your appreciation to the staff. They all work hard so we don’t have to. Looking forward to my next stay.

Was there for a location wedding. Our room was not ready when we got there. Waited for three hours before a room "not ours" was ready. We spent one night in it and then moved to the one we paid for. We did however get a discount. The buffet room and the steak house (beachside) were excellent, the snack bar upstairs was lacking and the Asian restaurant needs an overhaul on their sodium addition in their recipes. Everything was too salty. The all inclusivity is great.,Rooms and premises were clean. Staff was friendly . Dr.makes room calls and one is on duty/on call 24/7.All in all a decent place.

As an individual who never writes reviews, my experience at this hotel was so poor I had to take a minute to write one. Do not waste your time here, the food and drinks are mediocre, the pool and entertainment were indeed entertaining but not necessarily family appropriate, the staff is rude for the most part, especially the staff at the reception area. The rooms are older and house cleaning is not careful, they took our clothes out of the room and where never returned. The overall of the hotel is very dirty. Would not recommend.

Its an experience, if you have little ones, these is the place, the people in the area is great, they are several reatautants, no reservation needed, beautiful pool, they have a daily show every night! You get what you paid for, only advise, bring a lot of 1's or get 20 pesos to tip personel, remember they don't live from your smile. Great place!

HONEST REVIEW... This was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room and towels smelled like mildew EVERY DAY, even after the housekeeper came. Between the beds smelled like pee and so does the elevators. The bathroom in the room was nasty and the TV clearly needs to be replaced being that I can see the light bulbs. The food in every restaurant was nasty. You don't get a comforter for the bed only a thin sheet and you can't adjust the ac so you freeze at night. NEVER AGAIN!

This was my first time staying at an all inclusive resort and I had an idea in my mind of what to expect. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, however the rooms needed updating. It was very difficult communicating with staff due to our inability to speak Spanish. I would not recommend this resort to non-Spanish speaking individuals. We went on this trip to celebrate my grandson’s birthday and our last night there we planned to go to the steakhouse at the resort. The waite staff didn’t check on us to see if we needed anything (possibly due to language barrier) but we never received his cake and ice cream to celebrate his 13th birthday. Very disappointed.

Muy bonito complejo hotelero, lastima que no tuve una buena atención, en primera llegando 20 minutos antes de las 12:00 nos negaron la entrada al hotel y si queríamos entrar había un costo extra de $800.00 pesos, es la primera vez que me dan una bienvenida de la peor manera. El año pasado fuí al Gran Kristal el Réflex llegamos me dieron la bienvenida con bebidas para toda la familia me dieron una toalla blanca para el sudor y en este hotel Riu todo lo contrario tuve que esperar afuera del hotel en el carro con mí familia a qué dieran las 12:00 con el calor que hacía, para poder entrar la srita me dijo que dejara el carro en el estacionamiento porque arriba en recepción estaba lleno al último tuve que subir las dos maletas sólo era un caos por un autobús que habían dejado pasar primero, bueno nos entregaron el cuarto ala 3:00 el servibar vacío sin agua para tomar en la habitación, tenías que bajar una aplicación para que supieras que restaurante habría, checabas el menú ala carta y al llegar al restaurante era otro menú diferente y todo era bufet, muy pocos los elevadores, solo un snack, solo un lugar para las toallas para piscina. No se creo tuve mala experiencia espero lo tomen como sugerencia todo los demás empleados excelente trato la comida a pesar que no era lo que decía el menú muy rico y las albercas muy limpias y las habitaciones muy bien el servicio de las camaristas excelente, creo tuve mala suerte.

Los primeros años que vine todo bien pero han bajado mucho en calidad atención al cliente, llevo dos años consecutivos que me han dejado las habitaciones de los pisos de arriba, siendo que al tiempo de hacer la reservación les pido que si me dejan las habitaciones cerca de las áreas comunes, yo casi no tomo mucho pero ahora les pedí que si podían dejar algunas bebidas en mi frigobar pero dicen que se rellenan cada tercer día. Es un hotel muy bonito pero en ocasiones les faltan esos pequeños detalles que hacen que uno en ocasiones busques otras opciones para vacaciones.gracias

Medio atractivo el hotel pero en lo personal yo tuve una muy mala experiencia mi hijo tomo de más y por estar un poco inconsciente vomito en un pasillo y "alguien" desconocido lo metio a una habitación ajena, el personal encargado no me apoyo en poder encontrarlo pero si estuvieron muy pendientes de cobrarme lo del vomito y si no pagaba mil pesos en por eso ya no podia igresar a mi habitación, cuando unos huespedes hasta en la alberca se vomitaron y faltaron el respeto a un empleado k servia en la barra de la piscina y nunca tomaron una medida. Total que para apoyarme von lode mi hijo mejor mis compañeros del aitubus y un empleado muy amable llamado don Alfonso fueron los únicos k anduvieron conmigo en eso recorriendo cada rincon del hotel porque ellos no quisieron moverle a nada por el prestigio del hotel me dijeron. Es cuando uno piensa k unas vacaciones pueden terminar en desgracia y todo por que el lugar en el k estas no te esta brindando laseguridad que deveria de tener por que les pediamos mirar las camaras y nunca accedieron a eso. Asi k por mi parte pues no lo recomiendo.

Es increíble que viajara para estar cerca de mi familia y por cuestiones de políticas no permitan visitas en áreas como lobby. No contaban con disponibilidad de un DAY PASS. La comida mala, las bebidas adulteradas (jaqueca), el servicio bueno a secas, las habitaciones con mobiliario viejo.No lo recomiendo nada

Es bonito el hotel más considero que no es del todo un cinco estrellas ya que heviajado a diferentes hoteles y este deja mucho que desear tanto en la comida, servicio y mantenimiento a sus instalaciones los eventos en la noche son buenos y las actividades también pero en realidad he viajado a otros Riu de esta cadena hotelera y este deja mucho que desear deberían de dar más seguido mantenimiento a los pasillos que están por las habitaciones ya que se ven muy deteriorados, las camas también son muy duras

Por el precio deberian dar un mejor servicio, por ejemplo,1- el hotel no cuenta con un señalamiento de la entrada 2- tienen 2 estacionamientos y si el 1ero. Se llena te envian al 2do. Que esta como a 5 minutos caminando. 3- el restaurant estaba a su maxima capacidad con 0 en las medidas precautorias de sanidad y los meseros aunque se esfuerzan no pueden atender a todos los clientes ya que son pocos por lo que deberian incrementar el numero si la ocupacion se incrementa.las instalaciones son excelentes pero como comente por el precio deberian mejorar y mucho.

Un Hotel que requiere actualización urgente.Diseño:Es un hotel que tiene acceso a playa el cuál es All Inclusive, PERO está tan mal diseñado que pone en duda pagar tanto por la estancia.La única zona de comida (snack) se encuentra en un punto muy extremo a las piscinas (en Pandemia la sana distancia vale basura por la gente y por la distribución de las cosas por parte del staff del hotel).Existe sólo 1 zona de toallas para alberca, lo cual lo hace muy tedioso si estás en la otra piscina o en la playa ir por ellas.Sólo 1 sitio de elevadores para todo el complejo ocasionando congestionamiento en ellos y posibles contagios, porque son pequeños y no se ven tan limpios.Las habitaciones, son malas , el aire acondicionado apenas enfría ,y la mala distribución impide la correcta ventilación del baño/inodoro; la regadera es pequeña y al ser All Inclusive yo esperaría que tuviera productos cómo al menos crema ,pero sólo te proveen con jabones en barra (nada higiénicos).Las almohadas, son 2 pequeñas para una king size, al precio deberían de ser más cómodas y grandes.Restaurantes:No hay control de distancia por Pandemia, un foco latente ya que ni toman temperatura correctamente y en especial a los extranjeros no les obligan a usar el cubrebocas.La comida es en general buena, pero en el único bar de snacks falta calidad, hamburguesas con exceso de pan, sólo una charola de ingredientes.Personal :Hay de todo , desde los amables con los clientes hasta los descuidados engreídos; me pasó que en uno de los restaurantes el mesero me dijo : "El menú está en inglés eh, si quieres sino usa tu celular para traducirlo", o una atención tardada.Seguridad :En la playa no hay personal del hotel de seguridad , existe el intercambio de bebidas hacia ambulantes por comida chatarra. Y falta de reglas y personal en la playa , hubo una familia que metió a su bebé de 4 meses al mar (muy picado) y al padre se le fue, afortunadamente la rescataron después de unas revolcadas !No hubo post atención médica porque creo que no contaba con ello el hotel. El comercio informal también hace de las sillas dando precios exagerados para sombrillas cuando el hotel pudiera brindarlas.Ecológico :Nada, no hay cuidado por la fauna , gente sacando tortugas de la playa metiendolas en vasos para llevárselas ,gente fumando tirando las colillas.No hay sistemas verdes como paneles solares ,regaderas ahorradoras, baños de doble descarga.

Todo muy bien, excelente servicio el personal muy amable, hubo solo una cosa que no me agrado y es la limpieza en la playa, hace falta poner más atención en recoger la basura que dejan en el área de playas o poner letreros de no dejar basura, ya que desgraciadamente algunas personas que se hospedan ahí no tienen cultura y siguen dejando basura y colillas de cigarro en la arena.

El hotel está bien, sin embargo hay detalles que deberían mejorar y considerar porque solo tienen un cajero para un hotel tan grande, solo es Bancomer y nunca tuvo dinero para retiro en nuestra estancia, las instalaciones deberían considerar colocar elevadoras en las alas laterales del edificio sobretodo por tener inhabilitadas escaleras bubbie, considerar zonas de sombra en la playa. Respecto a los alimentos el menú varía casi en nada día a día sobretodo en los desayunos y la comida del restaurante de cortes en cuestión de aspecto culinario se esperaba más. En el cuarto tenían pequeñas hormigas.

Por su "plandemia" no estaban todos los servicios al 100 en el cuarto no había servicio de mini barra , puro refresco y cerveza , los servicios de restaurant muy limitados en cuestion de horarios, la comida demaciado condimentada, muy repetitiva , y muy grasosa. Buen día, lamentablemente es un hotel muy comercial, el personal no es suficiente para darte un servicio cuando llegan autobuses con demasiada gente, el bufette de la mañana es el mismo, nunca surtieron el mini bar, la regadera tenía falla, el hotel es bueno pero no sorprendente como lo anuncian. Si deseas ir con familia es recomendable, lo destacado los restaurantes temáticos, las bebidas siempre en todo momento y de mediana marca.

Excelente hotel. Por el precio y la relación en la calidad de alimentos y habitaciones es excelente. Sin embargo hay algunos puntos en contra: habían animales muertos en los jardines y cerca de las albercas (un pájaro y un par de cucarachas). El baño de la habitación 2113 fallaba en la iluminación. El staff fue muy muy bueno a excepción del capitán de meseros Arturo Yañez, quién se comportó de manera muy grosera cuando se le pregunto de la dinámica en la cena en el restaurante mexicano. Rosario y Nuria en los desayunos, Navil y Jonathan en las cenas fueron los mejores en atención y sonrisas.

El hotel es genial, las instalaciones son muy amplias y el servicio en general es bueno. Mis sinceras felicitaciones para el personal de la recepción, sobre todo al momento de hacer check-in, la señorita fue bastante rápido, amable y eficiente....En otros temas, las medidas de contingencia pueden mejorar, se agradece que no se deba usar cubrebocas en todos lados, pero hay lugares donde es indispensable el uso correcto de cubrebocas, como en los elevadores y los buffetes, donde la gente muchas veces no guarda su distancia ni se pone el cubrebocas como debe o simplemente no se ponen y nadie del personal se atreve a decirles nada o ni siquiera están ahí para vigilar. En un par de ocasiones tuve que abstenerme de tomar algo del buffet porque hubo gente que sopló sobre la comida o se rió sin usar su cubrebocas, y tuvimos que pedirle a una persona que no subiera con nosotros al elevador porque no cabía y no traía cubrebocas, cuando nosotros sí.... se que hay cosas difíciles de controlar, sobre todo cuando hay gente inconsciente, pero tal vez un par de ojos más en lugares estratégicos ayuden a proteger un poco más a los clientes....En general no experiencia fue muy buena. La comodidad de las instalaciones es óptima, agradezco la amabilidad y la buena vibra del personal.

Es un buen hotel, quizás no de lujo pero con casi todos los servicios y esto lo comento porque a nosotros nos pasó un detalle que no teníamos previsto; resulta que uno de mis hijo tiene examen mañana lunes en su facultad y pies nos trajimos la laptop para eso perdidamente y resulta que se descompuso y ya no quiso encender entonces se recurrió a la a la administración del hotel para ver si tenían el servicio de internet en su ciber y sí, si lo tienen pero con muchas limitaciones pues sus computadoras están muy restringidas en sus programas porque mi hijo requiere que le permitan descargar unas imágenes para enviarlas a su maestro y pies no, esto no es posible realizarlo; cuando son agentes que al ser enviadas se pueden borrar por el administrador para mayor seguridad y que vea que no se está haciendo algo indebido; para mí es algo muy simple pero no nos pidieron ayudar; esto incluso no puede ser como parte del servicio contratado como huésped; que tenga un costo y no hay problema se paga y punto.Y no saben cómo ayudarían al cliente cuando lo requiera y ustedes quedarían muy bien.Esa es mi opinión muy personal

Las almohadas con mal olor,la caja fuerte no servía y el arreglo era solo por cita (ridículo), tiene cajero bancomer pero nunca funciona,el show súper aburrido y el DJ malo. La comida fría y no suficiente para las preferencias de los comensales. El baño sin estractor o ventilación. Las maletas tardan muchísimo para llegar a la habitación y toma en cuenta que te cuesta mucho más dinero trasladarte por la ubicación. El bar con buen servicio pero las bebidas insípidas. La tv sólo es local. Consideraría buscar otro lugar definitivamente por el precio ya que su servicio no es de 5 estrellas.

Hotel está muy viejo, descuidado, el aire no funcionaba, la partes del baño todas oxidadas, y con puerta de vidrio 🤦🏼‍♂️, y era una familia, super mal el.baño y solo 2 restaurantes abiertos!! No shampoo, no jabón y solo 1 toalla para 5 personas🤣🤣,no vale la pena, por el precio hay muchísimos mejores, el personal muy agradable y servicial,pero el hotel deja mucho que desear, la cocina naaaada buena!! NO recomiendo el hotel,para el costo y la fama que tiene está del asco!... Repiten la comida todos los días 🙄 , los cuartos están mega chiquitos , la alberca llena de bichos y camastros sucios y no te dejan entrar a restaurantes de especialidades si llegas después de las 7:00pm 😒 y se supone que es cena, el personal tampoco es agradable,si acaso solo dos de ellos fueron cordiales y en la llegada te hacen esperar en la calle más de 30 minutos. Habiendo sala de espera, muy mal lugar. Ni una estrella merece.

No le doy 5 estrellas por 3 razones, porque les urge una remodelación en sus instalaciones, ya tanto cuartos como áreas generales lucen un tanto antiguas. La comida aunque es buena, puede mejorar, es un tanto repetitiva, las bebidas muy buenas, amplia variedad, buenas marcas, premier y básicas; mi admiración y respeto a todos los meseros, intendentes, y demás personal que en tiempos de pandemia y medidas tan estrictas han hecho muy bien su trabajo, incluso teniendo grandes grupos de comensales que atender, no recibimos ni un mal trato, ni malas caras. Por último en el área de camastros en playa, deberían poner sombrillas igual que en la alberca, y no dejar sujeto a tener que rentarlas por fuera, a precios nada accesibles.

Estuvo un poco caro, no había gel antibacterial en mi habitacion pero en la de mis familiares si, en otra habitacion no habían refrescos ni cervezas en el mini bar... la bebidas fueron pesimas de lo que les siguen (solo en el sport bar estuvieron maso menos), comí en todos los restaurantes y dejo mucho que desear.. en el principal eran puros huevos para desayunar... en el mexicano no había mucha variedad, en el asiático estuvo masomenos y en el italiano estuvo pesimo...El trato de los que hacian las bebidas fue muy malo...Y no te permiten comer CERCA de las albercas pero si fumar DENTRO DE ELLAS (vaya logica)...

Total decepcion , por ser cadena RIU esperaba demasiado , los cuartos son una pena , todos huelen muy mal y bastante descuidados , debería estar con capacidad limitada por la pandemia y está más lleno que Acapulco en plena semana santa , el desayuno y la comida son iguales todos los díasy la bebidas igual ni hablar , si no das propina te dan lo que quieren y de mala gana . Al final esperaba por lo menos ver un partido de la liga inglesa en el Sports Bar y ni siquiera ese servicio de Sky lo tienen , muy caro para lo que es , con ese precio hay muchos hoteles de mejor calidad

Pésimo tenía tiempo queriendo venir a este hotel y me lleve la peor desilusión de mi vida la comida es simplemente asquerosa. Unas hamburguesas tiesas es lo único qué hay en el hotel la comida hoy lo único que me encontré más o menos es una carne durísima seca y muy mala la verdad dice que es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero el servicio de comida no llega ni a una sola estrella. De verdad si tienen otra opción háganlo pero al RIU JALISCO no se paren ni por error. Nada recomendado 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬

Hotel de buena calidad y precio tiene sus pro y contrasContras1.-Tienes que tener en cuenta que el check inapartir de las 16:00 hrs si deseas ingresar antes te cobran un costo extra por habitación, si llegas antes de las 7 AM no te permiten hacer el registro entonces si tú charter te deja a las 5am tienes que esperar 2 horasen la calle para que te permitan hacer el check in con costo extra.2.- En las habitaciones no están dejando botellas de vino ,tienes que ir al SPORT bar si quieres beber las 24 hrs.3.-Las cajas fuertes no funcionan y tienes que hacer una cita para que te la valla a checar el técnico.4.-En estos momentos por la pandemia está cerrado el gym, spa y disco. Para evitar aglomeraciónPuntos buenos1.- bebidas a llenar en los diferentes bares que tiene el hotel existe un bar que habré 24 hrs2.- cuentan con una aplicación en la que puedes ver los diferentes menús de los restaurantes, las actividades dentro del hotel, horarios de restaurante, puedes también hacer solicitudes por medio de esta3.- los restaurantes de especialidades están riquísimos tienen una carta exelente y la calidad de la comida es excepcional. Todo bien excepto, el servicio de la gente de don Porfirio eran muy apáticos.El restaurante de carnes que está al fondo, nunca pudimos entrar ya que tenías que ir desde temprano a formarte y si llegabas como eso es la 8:30 ya no había lugar la srita siempre decia que ya estaba apartado para 50 perdonas, que había mucha gente en espera.

La recepción está fatal, yo reservé en price travel y reserve una standar con cama king ellos me dieron 3 camas cuando fui para solicitar el cambio me atendió un hombre flaco moreno claro yse negó ayudarme me pidió q me quedara esa noche en el cierro y al día siguiente me daba mi habitación no se supone q trabajan al 40 por ciento de capacidad son unos mentirosos q no tenían cuarto para dármelo como lo pedí dormimos todos apretados y aunque discutí con ese empleado de 5 quinta los demás empleados no me ayudaron son unos mediocres.

Está última vez que fui en tiempos de pandemia me gustaron más los shows estuvieron increíbles, todos los días hubo grupos y bandas musicales hacen más ambiente, la gente se paraba a bailar. Lo que no sirve es el show de bingo y de niños duran mucho tiempo hasta nos dió sueño.En conclusión deberían dejar grupos musicales para que habrá ambiente en el hotel :)

El hotel el esta agradable, los cuartos están bien, solo que si es bastante desagradable que te den camas juntas cuando es para 3 personas, es incómodo, los meseros súper bien, muy amables y serviciales, la comida, buena, no excelente pero esta bien, en cuanto a la atención del personal del lobby, la encargada pésimo, pésimo servicio, altanera la mujer, te levanta la voz, en lugar de darte soluciones lógicas, te pone trabas y al final le baja a su carácter y todavía se molesta de que uno también le levante la voz, de ahí en más, sus compañeras si sin amables... pero es de los RIU más sencillos, no es el mejor

We received our room with dirty sheets. They were stained. Remote was broken and the curtains were falling down.Toilet wasn’t working. The food was low quality and they serve the same deserts in every restaurants. Alcoholic drinks were terrible. There’s no ocean view and no room service.However The riu activity team was great ! The bands played good music and the waiters and servers were really nice.Probably the worst RIU hotel I’ve been to and I’ve been to 4 hotels around Mexico. Recommend RIU PALACE which is next door instead.

The resort grounds gardens proximity to the beach was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent, the choice the freshness and service was superb. The bars had an amazing selection of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of storage but in need ofan overhaul. They looked tired and shabby and often smelt damp and musty. Having said that I would still give the overall hotel a 9.5 out of 10 and return again for another stay.

What a place - fantastic staff and fabulous choice of food.Steak restaurant is a must.Beach was a slice of heaven with turtles hatching in the sand, hump back whales and dolphin to be seen from the shore line.Lots of sun beds with free beach towels.Non stop drinks 24hrs a day.Room was very tired and needed a make over.Best holiday location ever...

Awesome Hotel, was plesently surprised of this really high end 4 star. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special and will ensure your every last whim has been resolved. The only gripe I have is we got the family room, we have 2 teenage girls that like their privacy. There is no door to the bathroom, yes there is one to the toilet but you would have to change in the shower or in the toilet closet. There was a great deal of broken equipment in fitness area.

The resort itself is lovely. The grounds are lavish and beautifully up kept. The staff is generally quite friendly and happy to help you. The pools are clean and so were the rooms.As many of the other reviews state, the food is lack-luster. Don't go there expecting out of this world food - it's very plain.My biggest complaint is that while I was changing, a male employee walked right into my room. He was obviously apologetic and it was clearly a mistake, however that's a big mistake to have happen. As a woman it's extremely uncomfortable to say the least, and as a covered Muslim woman, it's like a nightmare. The hotel had us fill out a report and they promised to look into it. About two days later we got a call from administration that said 'We are sorry, it won't happen again'. That's it.They offered for me to speak with their PR manager in the lobby, but my baby was about to sleep. They did not offer another time or any type of alternative arrangement. I was extremely disappointed in their response. I would return to another Riu resort, but not Jalisco simply based on their response to this issue.

Very nice resort, rooms are a bit outdated but overall it's a beautiful property and it is very well maintained. Food was good, beach was amazing. Most of the staff was friendly one check out clerk by the name of tadeo was very rude and disrespectful for no reason. I would go given 5 stars but the experience with tadeo turned me off. People work hard and save money to come to your beautiful country you should give respect if you are greeted with respect from visitors.

Loved our stay. Great food ,fun entertainment. Long walk to the 6 th floor room . Would be nice to see an extra bank of elevators at the sides facing the pool. So we wouldn't have to walk as far. No coffee pot in rooms. So couldn't wake up to having a morning coffee on the balcony,to enjoy the view.We were treated very well. Rooms are very clean.We have to give sunwing Reps a 2thumbs up. Very accommodating.and informative. Had such a great stay.Love to stay again.

PROS- cheap- employees were very nice- Not touristy like Caribbean side- Lots of dolphins swim through the sand bar- beach is amazing, great sunsets and warm ocean water- fun pool activities during the day- Friday night white party was great- Lunch buffet by the beach was the best food of the week with great sushiCONS- Rooms were very VERY outdated, bed was extremely stiff (I have traveled Asia previously whom are well known for cardboard beds but this place took the cake), the rooms also had foul stenches of chemicals and probably mold from the humidity- They did not provide BEACH UMBRELLAS on the property and instead you were forced into renting for between 15-20 USD PER DAY... why!!!!- There is NO *edible FOOD on the resort after 10pm, no 24 hour room service. The only food available is in the sports bar and that includes burgers and hot dogs that had already been grilled during the day in the fridge that you reheat with a panini press... the buns were gummy and horrendous. Our flight got into the resort at 945 and we had not ate all day and were without a meal until the next day because the snacks were inedible and shockingly bad- The rest of food was mediocre at best, skip out on the steak house if you do not like grey steak and hit up the Italian or asian place

This resort has increadible food, increadible entertainment staff, and a spectacular beach.However, the hotel itself is in need of upgrading...2 out of 3 kids pool slides are taped off with causion signed and blocked completely...which imeadiately looks shabby and grubby. And the booking system is atrocious...We had a group of 12 family members coming and asked to be in a similar area...not nessesary to be beside...but on one floor or wing would've been great. I called 4x to get notes put on each account and to get through from booking to the actual hotel. I was told that everything is based on availability at the time of check-in...but that they would do their best and notes on acounts would help...as well as to call back 2 weeks before and confirm the notes were there and email the front desk as a back up. So I did exactly as told. Upon arrival we were spread all over the resort. ...we got a few moved around...over the next few days. But we were still wide spread. We managed to let that go pretty quickly once we were all settled. However after the first night, air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms and was stuck on 18 degrees in a third....it took from Saturday-Wednesday for them to keep comming, trying to fix it(unsuccessfully), before they agreed to move 2 of us, by telling us to come down and check if there were any rooms available the next morning, be ready at 11am to move our bags to storage and check out....and then be ready to recheck in at 4pm -for 3 days straight! Which is completely unreasonable on a 7 day vacation...and we were trying to book an off resort zipline excursion with the entire family on this once in a lifetime trip.... This was increadibly frustrating. Eventually they were able to move the eldest couple in the group to a new room on the Wednesday...and we gave up on the rest ... because honestly, it was ruining our trip. We went on our excursion on Thursday and came back to the same couples (new room) air conditioning had died again....!! Again they came and tried to fix it multiple times and then said that the 24degrees that it started cooling the room to was acceptable...(meanwhile ours was still stuck on 18...). They said they could go through the checkout process again the next morning if a new room was available....but that was just stressing them out more. So they left it for the last two nights, sweaty and sticky...and then they went home. They sent up a bottle of champagne for the 'trouble'. And that was that. Just awful service at the front desk...I actually cried for my parents because they were being far to gentle about the whole thing and I just felt like they were getting completely taken advantage of...So, all of that to say the rooms are desperately in need of new equipment...new air conditioning, new tiling, new elevators..(new front desk staff...ha!).Other than the nights/rooms....this resort is spectacular...honestly the food was super awesome...we came with milk allergies, celiac disease, diabetes and keto diets...lol...and didn't have one issue! So I can't say enough about the food service. Cleaning staff were also superb! Made my youngest a bunch of towel animals...and then made her a special towel teddy bear to play with their others and she slept with it for the remainder of the stay....it was really sweet... Entertainment staff were a blast, and really engaging with our 12 year old.I would like to give half of the staff and location 5 stars and some rooms/pools/staff 1 star...but alas...this is the trouble and it's median is 3. So 3 stars it is for the Rio Jalisco. If it gets renovated, we might think about returning, but not in the near future unfortunately.Would've really appreciated an apology from the desk staff after all of the trouble that we went through, I think we could still fight it...but that's what left the worst taste in our mouth... gladly we got to experience the great parts as well.

The food was always cold for every meal fly's in room that they never got rid of .at meal times you could never get any drinks on your table unless you were a heavy tipper .I got the feeling they thought of me as some kind of tip blocker .made you feel you were sitting in a place reserved for big tippers .You just grabbed you cold food and got out as quick as you could .Everybody got water and wine put on their table as soon as they say down .Often I got asked if I wanted a drink with my meal just as I was about to leave.so I'm not sure why riu have gone down in the world .but I thought if you had a riu bracelet on you could enter any riu but not here riu palace must some how be more up market than Jaliscobecause I was told to leave .oh the grounds are well kept .the showers in the rooms are wonderful.even when the light is off in shower which is most of the time only comes during the day strange

Spent a week here with family. Definitely a great resort for families. There was always something somewhere to keep the kids entertained, and the adults suitably hydrated.Rooms were clean, though the lack of a real door to the bathroom area meant zero privacy in the room (apart from the toilet, which had its own room.)Restaurants were almost all awesome; the “Unspecified Asian” restaurant was lacking.Staff were all incredible. Everyone was very kind and helpful, despite our struggling Spanish.Beach was lovely. Water wasn’t clear, but no seaweed.Only real issue was other guests, since apparently smoking in a swimming pool is okay to them..Overall, a great stay. Would definitely recommend for a family or large group, which we saw a few of.

I did have a great time here I meant a lot of awesome people. I especially loved the foam party at the pool and the glow party. Staff was very good, If you go here ask Natalie the bartender for a pretty woman she's the best at making it.Miguel at the sports bar is excellent as well. The food was good the entertainment was also good. However there was some glass that had broke in our room and we had to pay for it. Which is fine but it was the fact that they waited until we left our room and they deactivated our cards so we could not get into a room until the issue was resolved. It just kind of felt like we were treated like criminals and that we were not going to pay for the broken glass.

Everything about the resort and services are great, but the sheet of glass on a dresser in the room had a crack in it, we did not cause it but noticed it after our room was attended on the second day of our seven day stay. On the fifth day they requested we come to the lobby service desk. As soon as we left the room to do so, they deactivated our keys - locking us out. We had to pay to replace the entire sheet of glass even though we did not break anything. Be sure to check your room thoroughly as soon as you check in and report every little thing immediately. Better yet, perhaps avoid a resort that will lock you out of your room and belongings.

When I entered the hotel I felt comfortable. A glass of water was given to us by an employee to cool us off from the hot weather.After check in, I went to eat and the food was very good. Spent a week at this resort in mid November, everything about it was just an absolute treat. The amenities were great, the room was clean the services were on point and the resort as a whole is beautiful and well set up. The variety of food and quality of it was choice, I stuffed my face and drank like a fish for a week straight and was happy to do so. The servers in the restaurants and the bartenders are first class and extremely happy and friendly and they take good care of you.The pool and Beach area are all time and what you want when your on vacation. Massive palm trees everywhere for shade when your cookin in the sun. Loads of beach chairs to sit on and enough room for everyone to cut loose. On top of all that the entertainment during the day and at night was top notch . All in all I would 10/10 recommend this resort to anyone I know for an all inclusive holiday in Puerto Vallarta.

First time staying at this resort, the 5 stars go to the waiters they are very kind and attentive. The cleaning staff is also polite and efficient. My complaints are about the rooms, the pillows are of poor quality and the bedding smells musty and not clean. The water from the sink and shower is only available hot & warm. They DO NOT have COLD water, which sucks. Check-in is 3pm & check-out is @ 11am. This place is more for families with children.

This is my second time returning to riu jalisco and it just gets better!! Rooms are kept very clean and get restocked every other day with pop, big bottles of water, beers and liquor! The resort is kept very clean and the staff work so hard and cannot do enough for you! They are all so friendly! I love this place so much!! If you are a laid back gang and dont mind getting up to get your own drinks during the day by the pool or ocean then you will have nothing to complain about ! The food is awesome, such a big variety! You really cannot go hungry here! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! The ocean is right on the property and has plenty of shade if needed! Theres always something going on if you wish to get involved, if not, it's not hard to relax ! This place is gorgeous! Till next time !!!!!!

The RIU Jalisco is a great hotel in itself, the hotel possesses a bunch of good options for dinner such as Mexican dinner, a steak house, and an international buffet. This hotel has 3 complementary pools for all ages, theyAre close together and easy to go from one to the other with your kids. The RIU and its staff are very polite and they help you if you need anything. At night they host shows for the little ones to get on stage and have fun then after they host a show for the adults like acrobatics. I would highly recommend this resort.

They are going all day and night very impressive. The Michael Jackson show was really amazing to watch! The dancers were incredible and I really enjoyed the show. The food is really good but very westernized. Wished that there was more authentic Mexican food. Everything in this hotel is super clean. They have cleaners constantly cleaning the beach bathroom and the floors are always clean in the walkways and the outdoor areas. I think the rooms are a bit outdated and could use a small upgrade. Also my only real complaint was that there were way too many children in the main pool. There is a large children's area with water sports beside a big kids pool with 3 water slides. I think that the kids should be over there instead of the main pool. The pool was shut down twice on my trip because a kid pooped in the pool on two seperate occasions 😢 also kids were throwing cups and almost hit me in the head and footballs and lots of splashing and kicking me by accident. I was just trying to relax and the whole pool was children everywhere when I think they should have been in the children's pool. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here at the Riu Jalisco and would definitely choose Riu again for my next vacation.

Visited with a group of co-workers from Canada and the way the staff treats the residents here was above andbeyond amazing, the room cleaners made works of art every morning making the beds in creative ways, the serving staff was always happy to take plates away and even grab us beverages. The front desk would always happily help with any issues. We had to file a complaint against another guest for reasons and the staff took it incredibly seriously and did everything they could to solve it quickly and efficiently. Every night they would reorganize the whole resort perfectly and I should mention the food was amazing, the kitchen staff worked tirelessly and it showed! This resort is definitely going to be on my list to visit again 👌

This place has a great location on the beach, but if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this is NOT your resort. I booked understanding it was family friendly, but it was totally overcrowded with children. Bus loads of locals came in daily. Food was not good. Woken up by security banging on doors in the middle of the night. We ended up paying to get a day pass at a resort down the road to have one peaceful day on the beach. Most of Riviera Nayarit is under construction, which I think is why this resort is so overcrowded. Would not recommend.

Honestly one of the worst Riu experience's. Been to many Riu's and have to say one of the worst. Ordering any drinks turned into a mess with half the staff not sure about there own menu. The food was alright but didn't expect much from a all inclusive. The kids park was down for construction, the hot tubs were broken. The towel lady's wouldn't trade out wet dirty towels when we went from ocean to pool, saying only one per day. So sorry to who ever had sand around the pool from our towels. Service In general was slow, they seemed short staffed. There were cats running all over in the eating area with staff feeding them out of buffet bowls. The bars didn't have few drinks they have in there menu, and didn't Carry some big name drinks. Beach is not watched so sellers come up by the property lines to wake you up as you rest in the sun and try to push cigarettes or weed on you.

I spent the Christmas week here with my wife. The hotel was completely full but there was never a long wait for anything. No reservations were required for the restaurants and the selection of food was adequate. The friendliness of the staff was 5 star and one of the best things at the hotel. Our room was a little tired with a musty smell but not too bad. The beds and sheets were comfortable but rather than one king bed it is two double beds pushed together. This creates a area that we called the crack, it was a little uncomfortable and sometimes you get stuck in it. There are two pools but the kids seem to take over both pools. If you don't have kids you might want to choose an adult resort. Overall a good time, probably best to spend five nights maximum.

Positives- the staff was very friendly and with a $2 tip daily, we were treated to towel animals, extra water,towels and wine.There are plenty of chairs at the beach and at the pools so no reserving seats was necessary.The food was great and plentiful.The beach was clean and close to the hotel.There is a separate pool area for kids. We felt very safe and many would be out at the ocean after dark so relaxing to the waves at night was possible.The sports bar was open 24 hours for snacks and specialty coffees to go.Negatives: The room was nice and roomy but very musty and there was no door to the shower area which could be uncomfortable.Also. my phone registered a moisture warning after the first night and I struggled to get it dry and charged the rest of the trip so bring a waterproof bag for overnight.There were many activities daily but there wasn't a published schedule so we would stumble upon things.Someone would come out to the beach at times and let us know if an activity was going to start.There were a few cats around at breakfast outside which we loved but some may not.They just stayed on the ground and didn't bother anyoneOverall. We heard a great time and the value was excellent.

Not a big hotel in terms of where you can walk around. Staff are very kind and willing to help you out. Rooms are clean and has aircon. There are lots of mosquitos so stock up on deet spray!! They leave you alone after spraying this. Beach is clean, sandy and seaweed free. At first impressions its a nice hotel and the photos look good.The Bad Bits - lots of very drunken (cannot walk) Mexican people and overly load music playing all day. There is very little 'relax' time here. Would stick to the Riviera Maya if you want to visit Mexico the right way, been there 3 times and would not say a bad word about it. 7 days here is 6 and a half days too much. We have stayed in RIU hotels all over and this one is not a proper RIU. I am also confused that this is classed as a Platinum TUI holiday.

Booked this very last minute following the collapse of Thomas Cook and wasn't knowing what to expect.The warmth of Mexico does not end with the weather, the staff and Mexican guests here are so friendly and polite.The staff work tirelessly and always greet you with a smile, they go out of their way to make sure guests come first.The room is a good size with balcony looking out across the bay, there is a minibar that's kept well stocked as well as optics.The food options are plentiful from the main buffet restaurant to the individual, Mexican, Asian, Italian and steakhouse.The steakhouse is worth visiting to watch the sunset over the ocean.The pool area is very close to the beach so it's easy to have a dip in both and there are regular daytime activities.Beach towels are provided once a day.Just by the beach there is a watersports activity centre who also do trip bookings.They have the same trips as your holiday rep offers but at a lower price plus will offer 3 for 2 as well.The 2 guys running this are great and don't push the hard sell.Evening entertainment is of a good standard with a variety of shows through the week, the white party was awesome.It is very difficult to find fault with this hotel, if I had to be picky then I would say that I'd prefer they had Coke instead of Pepsi, but that's being really picky.The spirits are premium brands in the bars and who doesn't like a Tanqueray and tonic whilst watching the sunset?The town of Bucerias is about 45 mins leisurely walk away, good for souvenirs and without the harder sell of Puerto Vallarta, for which you will need a taxi.I am writing this halfway through a 14 day stay and I must say I am very impressed so far

Location is 5 starts. Beautiful property right by the water and plenty of lounge chairs.Formal dinners were better, had more taste, were enjoyable and had dress code. There is entertainment around the clock if you wish to join.Things to know in all inclusive: there is no room service. Breakfast is at a certain time and it is a rat race and you have to find a table- close to impossible after 9am with more than 2 people to sit. People dont know about lines and turns. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style and the food isn't that great.The mini bar in the room is included but only restocked every 2 days. The kid pool is small, but it did the job. There are 2 pools and rules are not consistently enforced. They give you cards to trade in for towels, we had one towel stolen.We got it replaced but it was a hassle. We started tying them (literally) or turning them in if we were going away for a while.Good things: very affordable and we enjoyed it in spite of the below average food (we didn't gain a pound lol) $2100 for 5 days at the resort, including airfare for 4 of us (yes!). We booked in late Feb for July.You really only need money to shop, beach activities, taxi to and from the airport, and tips you wish to give.Our family room came with a king bed and twin bunk beds. Knowing what I know, I would go back. My kids had lots of fun, we had fun and the diners are most enjoyable for us. It was the cheapest vacay we have done and the longest!

Had a great time at Riu Jalisco. Recommended for families. Great location, decent variety of food, lots of activities. We just spent a very nice family holiday at Riu Nuevo Vallarta. Ok, you know what to expect from all-inclusive resorts. But if you are looking for a good family time, Riu won’t disappoint you. Rooms are comfortable and always spotless clean. Two large swimming pools (one with a bar), and one pool for the little ones. The hotel isright in front of the beach. Every day there is a different party theme and a different kind of snack (more like a fool meal) by the pool or by the fountain side. Five restaurants, including one steakhouse, one Italian, and one Chinese, in case you dare to take a break from prime Mexican food. The staff is super-friendly and they accommodate anything. We were nine and always had a large enough table. Birthday cake included. The staff made sure we were never low on drinks! They really work hard to make you feel confortable and welcome so please, tip them accordingly. They deserve it.You have like five different bars so you can always get a drink no matter where you are. The bar tenders know what they are doing and can fix you anything! Here are my top tips:Tip No. 1. Although you don’t need a reservation for the steakhouse, get there by 20:00 and you are guaranteed the best view of the beach with beautiful sunset includedTip No. 2. Between 9:00 and 12:00 you can get kayaks and body boards for FREE! From the small kiosk by the beach.Tip No. 3. If you are traveling with kids, a small tip to the maid, and your kids are guaranteed a ZOO of animal towels, one every day.The downside: check-in could take a long time and you have to park your own car. Soft drinks in Mexico are super high on sugar, better be careful with that.

I spent a week here and loved it! They had lots of loungers on the beach and by the pool. Lots of pool space and separate pool for kids. The bartender at the beach bar made the best mojitos! They had special nights including Canadian night which was a lot of fun. Many activities throughout the day that you can choose to be a part of. The food was good and there were lots of options. Gluten free options available as well.

We were here for two weeks and just got back to the UK yesterday. We had the best holiday. The hotel is clean, never seen so many cleaners and they take great pride in thier job. The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. A big shout out to the evening waitress Ruth. She was so good and went the extra mile every night and put a smile on our faces. The only downside is we had to complain about Mexicans making a noise by the rooms at stupid hours of the morning which I know it isn't the hotels fault but it was disgusting from the Mexicans waking everybody up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really loved the hotel. Beautiful view, great food, and wonderful shows. My only complaint is I tried to get a beach side massage but the girl was gone after I got my hotel key and went up for the money. I asked Elizabeth at the front desk for help. She sent me back to the gazebo to wait. I waited for fifteen minutes and no one came! Finally one of the staff sent me to the in house spa. The prices were double what the other girl quoted me. I would be fine if I simply missed the opportunity, but the run around was ridiculous. The front desk didn't help me at all and that was my last day.

It was a great experience. It's everything the reviews online said it would be. It's definitely a 3.5 to 4 star. Food was good, lots of selection. The room was clean and cleaning staff were good. Loved the pools and the beach!!! Lots of lounge chairs and the drinks were good as well. We enjoyed the evening shows...especially the Michael Jackson show! The daytime entertainment staff were awesome...loads of fun! The only thing lacking was breakfast service staff. There was never enough staff so getting a coffee was very difficult (and it was good coffee). Suggestion...coffee stations so folks can get their own coffee. Overall we loved it and we will go back one day😊

I read many reviews prior to visiting and saw a wide range of opinions so was not sure what to expect. We went for five days with three children and have to say that everything was excellent. Rooms were great and able to accommodate everyone easily and were kept clean daily. The staff was very friendly everywhere we went.Food was also great. I didn't have huge expectations and was delighted to see a good selection and variety of cuisines.There was also nightly entertainment that was well thought out and was good to end the night with.I am giving five stars based on my experience. I would recommend to everyone and would not hesitate to go back myself.

Arrived at 3:30am, forgot to put our jewelry in the safe before leaving for the beach the next morning. When getting ready for the evening we realized that my husbands watches were stolen out of his travel bag on the bathroom counter.This was quite disappointing, we made a report and they questioned their employees, however we received no compensation for our stolen items. This hotel needs to improve a lot! We got there the check in line was really long no welcome drink. The room was not ready until 3:30 we had arrived at 10am. They could not give us upgrade forbeing on our honeymoon which they said they would. When room was received there was BLOOD on sheets and on the bathroom wall. Bathroom floor had puddles of water. When requested another room Miriam from reception gave us an attitude and gave us a room with two beds. She was not easy to talk to so we decide to talk to Luis who was amazing and understanding changed our rooms the following morning. Carlos from reception also helped with finding out what time we would be picked up for departure because Miriam and another receptionist could not figure it out. Carlos offered us a bottle of champagne to apologize for inconvenience. I have stayed at RIU resorts before but this one was terrible.

This is one of the best Hotel to stay In. It was my first time in Mexico. There were many options but had to choose one. Luckily I choose this. Starting with rooms.Not much modern but clean ventilated rooms. Towels are clean but very old. Washroom were nice with hot water facilities.Best thing. Mini Bar in room.Hotel itself is huge. With 5 different restaurants free food. Free drinks. Buffet system for each restaurant. Food is mostly western style but. Too many items to eat. Staff is very kind. They don’t earn much so don’t forget to tip them.Two swimming Pools. Club is little small and old but when you are drunk and dancing. You just need music. Because restaurant allow you to have food in outside area so You might encounter with birds eating from the plate. Some ants other bugs. Which is common anywhere.Every night they have event for entertainment. After 11 the club is open and after club the Late night bar and cafe with 3 pool tables and other small games is great place to spend time.View from the hotel is tremendous. Sunset is the best part. Overall great hotel to stay In. Hospitality was above standards.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel. The main buffet was great with a huge assortment of food for everyone to enjoy. The Chinese restaurant wasn't very good. The rooms were very clean and the fridge was stocked every other day with water, pops, and beer. Free of charge. The entertainers were amazing and kept a smile on their faces all day. The other staff were always smiling and very friendly. The chidrens pool is large with slides for the kids to enjoy. And the adult pool has a swim up bar and great entertainment. It was also very easy to find pool chairs as there was a lot to choose from.The ocean is very safe to swim for everyone as the waves are small and fun for children with no worry of being sucked under or out into the ocean.All in allI would return to this hotel hands down.

It's a great place and the beach is beautiful. There are different kind of restaurants and the food is delicious. The fitness center needs to improve, there are some dumbbells and machines if you want to lift free weights, however some cardio bikes are not useful anymore.

Just got back 2/25/20. Had a great time, property was nice, do not listen to bad reviews. Only down side was night club on property was closed. Food was good, steak restaurant was the best! Horrible experience and still have 4 nights to go. Cigarette bud filled beach, lackluster and rude service, sewage smell and loud generator sound have been troublesome. The RIU Vallarta is way nicer, cleaner and friendlier. Extremely disappointed and hope no one accidentally books the Jalisco instead like we did.

Muy bonito hotel,habitaciones y las instalaciones muy limpias,la comida muy bien,el espectáculo en las noches del teatro 👌, todos muy atentos a excepción de algunos meseros y meseras que se hacen que no te ven para no atenderte pero eso es mínimo en general todo el servicio es de 10,van 2 veces que voy y seguro que regresó

Conseguir una bebida en el área de alberca y playa implicaba hacer cola de al menos 25 minutos. Comida más o menos.Elevadores descompuestos. Jamás volveré a este hotel. Estuve del 15al 18 de octubre del 2020.

De mis favoritos aunque está vez la comida no estuvo tan rica como antes. Platillos repetitivos, un poco sin sabor. La atención del personal es extraordinaria y las instalaciones excelentes. Respetaron al 100% el protocolo de salud y los empleados siempre atentos de que cada huésped lo siguiera tal cual.

Excelentes vacaciones para el 40 cumpleaños de mi esposa. No daban ganas de irse, no daban. La comida variada y deliciosa. Todo el día a disposición. La bebida lo mismo. Ya había estado en este hotel anteriormente, conserva el buen servicio, calidad y atención en todo lo que ofrece un hotel todo incluido, solo que en el show noche Mexicana, se vieron muy mal al llevar un Mariachi integrado con 5 elementos, y muy desentonados, pésima imagen, para algo que nos representa a nivel mundial.
