Really good airport area hotel. The van service was prompt and frequent to/from the airport. Upon arrival the desk was fully staffed to get everyone checked in quickly. Coffee was available early in the morning plus full service breakfast options. I will definitely stay here again when I come through Boston.

One of the only hotels near Logan airport to offer a free airport shuttle 24 hours a day, the rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff are helpful when needed. The indoor heated pool and spa are a nice touch, but what floored me was this hotel had every amenity you could think of. They have it ALL. The restaurant serves delicious hot meals and room service is available, though you will pay premium prices. Um dos únicos hotéis perto do aeroporto Logan a oferecer transporte gratuito 24 horas por dia, os quartos são limpos e bem decorados. Os funcionários são prestativos quando necessário. A piscina coberta aquecida e o spa são um toque agradável, mas o que me surpreendeu foi que este hotel tinha todas as comodidades que você poderia imaginar. Eles têm tudo. O restaurante serve deliciosas refeições quentes e o serviço de quarto está disponível, embora você pague preços premium.

This is a followup after my recent stay at this property. Once I solved the airport shuttle location problem, I had a terrific experience with friendly shuttle driver, front desk staff, and restaurant staff. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Demasiada negligencia al no entrenar a sus empleados para mencionar que cobran hasta el parqueo en este hotel. No es pos el gasto del dinero del pago, pero molesta la sorpresa cuando a la hora que uno llega a checar la entrada le mencionan qué hay que pagar $15 diarios por parqueo. Nunca he visto esto en ningún hotel 😀

Nice place and the pool felt clean but not overly chlorinated. Location was next to a park/playground so it's great for families. Staff was generous and gave my son some breakfast even though it was past 10am. Would definitely stay again if I need a place near the airport. Lugar agradável e a piscina parecia limpa, mas não excessivamente clorada. Localização foi ao lado de um parque/playground por isso é ótimo para famílias. A equipe foi generosa e deu ao meu filho um café da manhã, embora já passasse das 10h. Com certeza ficaria novamente se eu precisar de um lugar perto do aeroporto.

The service from front desk to the dining area was fast, friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious. However, my room was not very clean. It overlooked the rusty roof. Guests next to me had their music blasting all night. Seems to me that people did not sleep because there was constant walking up and down the hallway. Very noisy and echoey. The hotel is not too far from the airport but closer to the highway. The shuttle is a big plus!
