“I want to write about how much I appreciate the staff at the Hyatt House Salt Lake City/ Downtown location.
The front desk staff last weekend 11/5-11/7 were all very helpful and attentive. They greeted us every time we came through.
And Tim in maintenance was very patient in helping us to figure out how to plug in our equipment into the outlets in our room.
But the star of the weekend was our room attendant Olga and the front desk attendant Max.
Long story short was that I accidentally left my wedding band in a ceramic mug in our room and we checked out and flew home. It wasn’t until I was on the drive home from our flight home that I noticed it missing. Moments of panic occurred until I called the front desk.
Many emotions washed over me as Max explained that the ring had been turned in to lost and found. I can’t tell you how grateful and appreciative I am to know that your staff have integrity and care about their customers. Luckily my son lives 20 minutes away and was able to pick it up for me.
