“The staff were friendly and the bed and room were comfortable, with sockets in all the right places. The room (216) however, was jaded and tired looking, especially the bathroom. Edges were worn out and edging of sink cabinet was hanging off. There were large dispensers of shampoo and body wash supplied in the bath, but also strangely four small plastic bottles of shower gel as well, but no body lotion or conditioner. Seemed rather a pointless waste of plastic. As with their hotel in Rio, there were problems with the lifts again, fortunately this hotel had fewer floors and was not so busy and as I was on a lower floor I could easily use the stairs.The location was also good and very easy to get to from the airport.”
