“Nice big territory, quitte a lot of things to do, staff is very nice and polite. Food is good in terms of choice, but no taste at all, meat is always super dry like an old tire even sauces does not help. An outdoor pool is missing. It is strange that every point at the hotel has own staff teams that cannot communicate with each other directly - they send guests from one to another. Overall, the place is too overpriced. One can find better options for better price in the region. Nevertheless, generally, I enjoyed the stay - thanks to our manager.”

“O hotel é maravilhoso para relaxamento, solidão (há muitas crianças no hotel, mas o território e a organização do hotel permitem que você encontre cantos isolados e tranquilos). Bons restaurantes. Alguns comentários apontam para preços altos, mas as porções são simplesmente enormes! E gostoso e lindo. SPA. E serviços gratuitos para os hóspedes - uma piscina com terraço e saunas, vapor - tudo está bem. Serviços pagos - massagem - também excelente. Destacaria Marina (relaxamento) e Gulbanur (as mãos profissionais dela imediatamente encontraram um lugar problemático nas minhas costas 🙂). A hospitalidade da equipe está em um bom nível - todas as minhas dúvidas foram rapidamente resolvidas. Limpeza - “tigres não relatam carne”😀, 2 limpezas - café / chá não foi reabastecido. Um ponto que precisa ser corrigido. Guarda-sóis. Existem muitos deles - tanto na praia quanto no terraço, mas eles não estão abertos, sabe por quê? Eles têm um design que, quando abertos, mesmo com um vento leve, correm o risco de virar, e isso é muito perigoso. Também noto o silêncio, com tantos convidados (com crianças) é valioso.”
