Was here for a two day conference and the food was excellent.”

“Normalmente, como este hotel, mas infelizmente acho que perderam um pouco. O quarto estava muito frio quando entramos depois de um dia frio de inverno do lado de fora. Demorou algumas horas antes que o calor aumentasse. Queria tomar um banho quente, mas encontrei restos de cabelo na banheira que me fizeram pular o banho. O café da manhã é terrivelmente bagunçado. Também tínhamos marcado consulta, eram pessoas muito doentes. Quase não havia mesas limpas em que não houvesse muitos pratos. E muito do café da manhã foi colhido. Deve haver um café da manhã adequado para seus hóspedes pagantes?”
