“Could be a lovely hotel but the service is abysmal. I try not to focus on the negatives especially whilst on holiday but the manager, Reed, is misogynistic and arguably the worst manager I have come across.
The hotel grounds and facilities (when they haven’t closed them for guests to accommodate weddings) are 5* but the service is -2*. Housekeeping wasn’t undertaken, when housekeeping was undertaken the towels were missing, employees working on the beach were rude, everything is expensive with service charge included on every drink ordered (even when you went to the bar to order). Guests smoked in the apartment foyers so the entire foyer was filtered with tobacco. It’s our 2nd time visiting Montenegro and we stayed at three different hotels during this visit, there are genuinely far, far better hotels to stay at that than this cowboy of a hotel. Avoid.”
