“Hi there! We stayed with City Express over a month ago and ended up leaving early because we were not satisfied with our stay. We were assured a refund for the nights we didn't stay there. We have had an EXTREMELY frustrating time trying to contact them to get our refund back, they don't respond to emails, answer our calls, or answer Travelocity's attempts to reach out either.City Express has awful customer service and make false promises. I would highly recommend going with another hotel that cares about their customers.”

“Quiet hotel not far from la paz centre. Cleaning staff will knock on your doorand after 3 seconds will attempt to break in if you do not have "do not disturb"sign on the door and breakfast is removed 15mins prior to end-time for some reason. Everything else was fine.”
