“It was a graceful holiday spent with my kids and my relatives. The place was nice and worth the money. A five-stars satisfaction rating all the way for this hotel. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. An accommodating staff liked Mark and Lee was a huge help as well. Great!”

“The room and hotel was clean and up to date.Unfortunately, the room was noisy.We could clearly hear street noise and noise from nearby rooms.Additionally, we found that there are fewer parking spaces that rooms.When there is any event nearby, the hotel sells parking spaces to people going to the event.These parking spaces are in a underground garage that only allows access with a room key.So, either they are selling copies of room keys or they have fewer parking spaces than rooms.Street parking is almost non-existent.I had to park in a pay to park lot a couple blocks away and the hotel still charged me the $25 per night parking fee.BTW Hilton Honors members do not get free water at this hotel. The front desk said that because of truck driver shortages there is no one to deliver water.However, they had all there other beverage available for sale.Customer service in the evening was poor.I like the Hilton brand and this is the first time I have encountered this many problems, but I would recommend staying at a different property.”
