O hotel era muito conveniente para onde estávamos indo, mas o serviço não era ótimo. Quando chegamos ao hotel, a recepcionista da recepção, Sarah Torres, não foi útil em nada. Meu namorado foi nos fazer o check-in e ela rapidamente falou com ele para fazer o check-in. Ela nunca perguntou se já estivemos lá antes, onde as coisas estavam localizadas, a que horas o café da manhã era servido, nada. Os corredores são extremamente quentes devido à falta de ar condicionado neles, o ar condicionado no quarto era estranho porque se você o configurasse para 70, ele não funcionaria, mas se você o configurasse para 67, ele não dispararia. arrumação foi great e bar no térreo foi excelentes. Trabalhei em muitos empregos em hotéis... supervisor, gerente, arrumadeira e recepção, então conheço o protocolo quando você entra em um hotel. Não voltarei a este estabelecimento, mas para referência futura, definitivamente me certificaria de que minha recepcionista da recepção cumprimenta o hóspede adequadamente.

The hotel was very convenient for where we were going but the service wasn't great. When we arrived at the hotel,the front desk receptionist, Sarah Torres,was not helpful at all. My boyfriend went to check us in and she fast talked him to get him checked in. She never asked if we'd been there before,where things were located,what time breakfast was served,nothing. The hallways are extremely warm due to no ac in them,the ac in the room was weird because if u set it to 70 it wouldn't run but if u set it to 67 it wouldn't go off. Housekeeping was great and the bar downstairs was fine as well. I've worked many hotel jobs...supervisor,manager,housekeeping and frontdesk,so I do know the protocol when you come in to a hotel. I won't be coming back to this establishment but for future reference, I'd definitely make sure my front desk receptionist greets the guest properly.

A equipe do hotel não conseguiu consertar o chuveiro quando solicitado. Chuveiro tinha cabelos nas paredes do chuveiro de hóspedes anteriores ou convidados. Servidor de café-da-manhã foi claramente infeliz de estar lá. Levou 15 minutos até mesmo para ser perguntado o que queríamos. A comida foi entregue na mesa fria. Ouvi os mesmos comentários das mesas ao nosso redor. Às vezes, o servidor desaparecia com comida preparada esperando para ser entregue nas mesas. Venha aqui muitas vezes devido a negócios. Excelente equipe, os quartos estão sempre limpos, assim como o resto do hotel. Os móveis dos quartos são um pouco datados, mas a cama e o banheiro estão sempre limpos e em bom estado. O serviço é o que me traz de volta.

Ven aquí a menudo debido a los negocios. Excelente personal, las habitaciones están siempre limpias, al igual que el resto del hotel. Los muebles de las habitaciones están un poco anticuados, pero la cama y el baño siempre están limpios y en buen estado. El servicio es lo que me trae de vuelta.

Hotel staff failed to fix the shower head when requested. Shower had hairs on shower walls from previous guest or guests. Breakfast server was plainly unhappy to be there. Took 15 minutes to even be asked what we wanted. Food was delivered to the table cold. I heard the same comments from tables around us. Sometimes server would disappear with prepared food waiting to be delivered to tables. One of the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed in. If you're coming to Columbia avoid this one

Come here often due to business. Great staff, rooms are always clean as is the rest of the hotel. Furniture in rooms is a bit dated, but bed and bathroom are always clean and in good repair. Service is what brings me back.

A localização foi convenientemente localizada ao lado de alguns bons restaurantes e lojas. A equipe foi muito agradável. A comida era excelente. A mini loja no lobby era muito caro. Os corredores estavam quentes e com esse cheiro de mofo. O quarto em si era decente. A banheira de hidromassagem era bom ser um cara alto, não é fácil encontrar uma banheira para tomar banho. O chuveiro poderia usar alguma ajuda a temperatura da água é incrível, mas o chuveiro não suga nenhuma pressão e pulveriza em todos os lugares, exceto para baixo. O banheiro fica quente muito rápido com a porta fechada devido à falta de aberturas de trabalho. WC tinha alguns problemas de descarga. A fechadura eletrônica da porta parou de funcionar corretamente. O quarto tinha alguma mancha marrom desagradável no chão que era pegajosa ao toque depois de pisar nele. Travesseiros eram muito bons. Cama era horrível senti cada primavera no colchão minha esposa tendo problemas nas costas esta cama definitivamente não ajudou. Acordei tão dolorido e inquieto. Encontrei recortes de charuto por todo o chão ao lado da cama.

Minha estadia foi ótima. Hotel estava limpo e atualizado. A seleção de café-da-manhã gratuito não foi tão grande, mas não é um disjuntor de negócio. Eu teria apreciado ser avisado que o aquecedor da piscina não estava funcionando no momento do check-in, em vez disso, havia uma nota escrita à mão na porta da piscina. Ótima localização, me senti seguro, muito limpo.

La ubicación estaba convenientemente ubicada al lado de algunos buenos restaurantes y tiendas. El personal fue muy agradable. La comida fue excelente. La mini tienda en el vestíbulo era demasiado cara. Los pasillos estaban calientes y tenían este olor a moho. La habitación en sí era decente. La bañera de hidromasaje era agradable siendo un tipo alto, no es fácil encontrar una bañera para bañarse. La ducha podría usar algo de ayuda. La temperatura del agua es increíble, pero el cabezal de la ducha no absorbe presión y rocía por todas partes excepto hacia abajo. El baño se calienta muy rápido con la puerta cerrada debido a que no funcionan los conductos de ventilación. El inodoro tenía algunos problemas de descarga. La cerradura electrónica de la puerta dejó de funcionar correctamente. La habitación tenía una mancha marrón desagradable en el piso que estaba pegajosa al tocarla después de pisarla. Las almohadas eran muy agradables. La cama era horrible, se sentía cada primavera en el colchón, mi esposa tenía problemas de espalda, esta cama definitivamente no ayudó. Me desperté tan dolorido y sin descanso. Encontré recortes de cigarro por todo el piso al lado de la cama.

Mi estancia fue genial. El hotel estaba limpio y actualizado. La selección de desayuno gratis no fue tan buena, pero no es un factor decisivo. Me hubiera gustado que me informaran que el calentador de la piscina no funcionaba al hacer el registro de entrada, sino que había una nota escrita a mano en la puerta de la piscina. My stay was great. Hotel was clean and up-to-date. The free breakfast selection wasn't that great, but it's not a deal breaker. I would have appreciated being advised the pool heater was not working upon checking in, instead there was hand written note on the door to the pool. Great location, felt safe, very clean.

The location was conveniently located next to some nice restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice. The food was excellent. The mini store in lobby was way over priced. The hallways were hot and have this mildew smell. The room itself was decent. The whirlpool tub was nice being a tall guy it's not easy to find a tub to take a bath in. The shower could use some help water temp is awesome but that shower head sucks no pressure and it sprayed everywhere except down. The bathroom gets hot very quick with door shut due to no working vents. Toilet had some flushing issues. Electronic door lock stopped working properly. The room had some nasty stain brown stain on the floor that was sticky to touch after stepping on it. Pillows were very nice. Bed was horrible felt every spring in the mattress my wife having back problems this bed definitely didn't help. Woke up so sore and unrested. Found cigar clippings all over the floor next to the bed.

Experiência ruim desde o início. Dirigi 3 horas para ficar uma noite, pois meu filho tem um torneio de Taekwondo, e não conseguimos estacionar porque havia um evento no hotel, sem estacionamento para os hóspedes. A recepcionista me ignorou por pelo menos 2 minutos depois que cheguei à recepção. Não havia outros convidados na recepção, e ela parecia estar em seu telefone. Ela sabia que não havia estacionamento, mas era basicamente como "não tenho solução para você". Quartos menores do que o esperado, manchas por todo o chão e o lençol da cama tem buracos. Todo o dinheiro que pagamos, eles deveriam poder comprar lençóis novos! Eu deveria ter trazido meus próprios lençóis! Provavelmente não escolheria ficar aqui novamente. Muito caro para um mau serviço, sem estacionamento e quarto sujo. Decepcionado!

Localização conveniente, parecia seguro. A equipe da recepção foi amigável. Quarto parecia limpo, mas após uma inspeção mais aprofundada, era muito velho e degradado. A cama era confortável, o que foi ótimo. Não recebi lençóis ou travesseiros extras para o sofá-cama. As paredes eram muito finas e dava para ouvir conversas do quarto ao lado, mesmo com o som da TV. Ac era extremamente alto e cheirava a mofo.

Honestamente, eu fico estranho ficando em hotéis. Mas minha experiência aqui foi ótima! Quartos limpos! Banheiros limpos! Sentiu-se limpo por toda parte! Nadamos na piscina coberta e minha filha adorou. Esta é a minha segunda vez aqui e se eu estiver em Columbia novamente, ficarei aqui novamente. Funcionários simpáticos, da recepção, servidores de café-da-manhã e arrumação foram todos muito simpáticos. Eu não tenho uma coisa ruim a dizer. Obrigado por fazer minha família e eu confortável durante a nossa estadia. E o café da manhã era muito bom também.

Honestly I get weirded out staying at hotels. But my experience here was great! Clean rooms! Clean bathrooms! Felt clean all the way around! We swam in the indoor pool and my daughter loved it. This is my 2nd time staying here and if I am ever in Columbia again I’ll stay here again. Friendly staff, from front desk, breakfast servers, and housekeeping were all so friendly. I have not one bad thing to say. Thank you for making my family and I comfortable during our stay. And the breakfast was really good too.

Bad experience from the beginning. Drove 3 hours to stay one night, as my son has a tournament for Taekwondo, and we couldn't even park b/c there was an event at the hotel leaving NO parking for guests. The receptionist ignored me for at least 2 minutes after I arrived at the desk. There were NO other guests at the desk, and she appeared to be on her phone. She knew there was no parking, but was basically like "I have no solution for you". Rooms smaller than expected, stains all over the floor, and the bed's sheet have holes. All the money we pay, they should be able to afford new sheets! I should have brought my own sheets! Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. Too expensive for poor service, no parking, and dingy room. Disappointed!

Convenient location, seemed safe. Front desk staff was friendly. Room appeared clean , but upon further inspection it was very old and run down. Bed was comfortable, which was great . Didn't get extra sheets or pillows for sofa bed. Walls were very thin and could hear conversations from the next room even over the sound of the TV. Ac was EXTREMELY loud and smelled musty.
