“It’s not mentioned that we have to pay for hotel car park even though we have paid for the hotel , ok that’s fine.
**Update: took the money but didn’t tell how it work so we had to get out of the car for help 🙄🙄 NOT acceptable
Not even a little bottle of water in the room, ok that’s alright.
The water didn’t go down the drain then found a disgusting tissue in the drain🤮 that’s NOT acceptable!!!!!!
