“Limpeza ruim. Quarto com vista ruim... de frente para um pátio interno com um motor enorme e barulhento na frente... difícil de descansar. Não levaram nossas malas para o nosso quarto. Não havia xampu e touca de banho em um 4 estrelas !! Pedimos, mas NÃO recebemos o recibo da última noite extra que tivemos que pagar pelo voo cancelado! ! Esperamos que eles a mandem embora, espero que sim!! Eles têm nossos dados”

“The decor in the lobby was very nice! Rooms were average and cozy. Snacks and drinks were placed inside and would be charged to the card. Only small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were provided. Staff were kind and helped us when needed. I was able to leave my bag there after check-out while I explored the city until my flight.”
