Preço muito razoável e excelente equipe de recepção, especialmente Julia e rubi é muito útil, as almofadas são agradáveis e confortáveis. As roupas de cama são muito limpas e a limpeza dos quartos é feita todos os dias. Não se pode queixar, é limpo. A localização é perfeita e segura perto de lojas e restaurantes. Eu estou muito satisfeito . Posso caminhar sem preocupações perto das estações de metrô. Claro que estarei de volta. 👌😘🇮🇹🥰

Very reasonable Price and excellent reception staff specially Julia and ruby is very helpful , The beds pillows are nice and comfortable.The linens are very clean the room cleaning is done everyday. Can’t complain , it is clean .the location is perfect safe close to shops and restaurants . I am very satisfied . I can walk around without worries near to the metro stations .sure I will be back . 👌😘🇮🇹🥰

Garoto na recepção, muito gentil e prestativo. Eu fiquei em um dormitório feminino de 6 camas, banheiro externo, apenas um por patamar (5 quartos, eu acho). Um pouco caótico e não é o lugar mais limpo que já estive, mas pelo preço que paguei (40 € por 2 noites) estava lá ...

O pior albergue que já visitei. Para 4 quartos com 6 pessoas havia apenas um banheiro disponível. Os banheiros estavam em péssimas condições, cheirava mal. O detector de incêndio não foi instalado em nosso quarto, as portas não podiam ser trancadas. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado, tivemos que abrir a janela para a rua, por isso estava muito alto para dormir bem. Também havia muitos mosquitos voando por lá! Pelo menos o pessoal era amigável.Nunca visite esse albergue!

Os quartos não são as maravilhas das maravilhas mas para dormir chega☺ aliás, a cama é bem confortável. O pequeno almoco é pobrezinho mas bom. O Hostel é bastante acolhedor e o staff simpático. É pertinho de uma estaçao de metro, o que dá fácil acesso a toda a cidade.

ESTAFA, me han timado en este hostal. Tenía una reserva desde hacía meses y unas horas antes de llegar me la cancelaron diciendo que no funcionaban mis tarjetas (mentira) y que podía coger otro habitación más cara por que la mía ya no estaba disponible. Se han reído de mi en mi cara, al pagar la nueva habitación con la misma tarjeta de la reserva si funcionaba, que casualidad. Intenté poner reclamación y me daban un papel en blanco, el jefe nunca estaba y los recepcionistas empatia 0. No vayáis a este lugar, además la habitación deja mucho q desear, sucio y dejado.

Worst hostel I've ever visited. For 4 rooms with 6 people was only one bathroom available. Bathrooms were in a horrible condition, it smelled ugly. Fire detector was not installed in our room, doors were not lockable. Room was not air conditioned, we had to open the window towards the street, so it was way too loud to sleep well. Also a lot of mosquitos were flying around there! At least the staff was friendly.Never visit that hostel!

This hostel was a good value for the area. While it is not the nicest hostel, it was good for a single night. Things to know: the area around the hostel is not close to where the main tourist attractions are. You can get there by public metro though. The atmosphere is non-existent. If you want a community feel, don’t come here. They will let you store your luggage before/after you check in even though it isn’t very secure. Also, bathroom situation. There is one bathroom for the entire floor. I didn’t have any problems and the bathroom was rather nice and clean- but, I can see where it could become a problem.

great hostel! the staff was very hospitable, gave us a map with some great recommendations! we had clean beds and clean bathrooms. the lockers were nice and spacious too! highly recommend! milan is great!!! there is a young man at the front desk and he is amazing.

Buen sitio para pasar unos días visitando Milán de forma barata. Las habitaciones y el servicio bastante correcto. A unos 20 minutos de la estación central de Milán y a unos 20 minutos del centro en metro. Si tienes pensado visitar la ciudad solo andando quizás no es la mejor opción, pero si piensas pasar más de una noche y usar el transporte público es un buen hostal.

El personal bastante agradable, sobre todo el chaval joven que había por las tardes, las habitaciones están bien, son chiquititas y tienen sus armarios con llaves dentro, pero no hay suficientes enchufes en la habitación, solo hay cuatro para 6, y los baños se pueden mejorar un poco, carecen de tapa y la cerradura no va bien. Por lo demás apenas si pase tiempo dentro del hostal por lo que puedo decir que si lo que buscas es para dormir a mi me fue genial, cercano al metro (1'5€ cada vez que montas), te dan un mapa y todo!
