“Pésimo, las habitación en la que nos quedamos estaba llena de bed bugs (chinches), terrible trato en la recepción cuando nos fuimos a quejar, no nos querían cambiar de habitación hasta que les demostramos que si era cierto. Nos dieron nueva habitación e igualmente estaba lleno de chinches.”

Eu fiz uma reserva de grupo neste hotel para uma organização estudantil. Foi em uma ótima localização no centro, e foi um ótimo preço para estudantes universitários! Os quartos eram limpos, mas pequenos. Quando chegamos, as nossas chaves estavam à espera de nós na recepção e houve uma mão escrita obrigado esperando no quarto! (Eu estou assumindo porque era uma reserva de grupo.)

uma estrela é demais !!! Graças a Deus eu só dormi uma noite nesta tenda !! "Hotel" muito sujo! Com um cheiro de frito misturado com mofo! Mas as pessoas que escrevem salas limpas, etc ... Eu me pergunto que tipo de higiene você está acostumado em sua casa ... Mah! no elevador eu tive que cobrir meu nariz e quase quis fechar meus olhos também. Então, eu guardo os detalhes do que encontrei no carpete do quarto ... Também é preciso muita coragem para se despir em um quarto tão gorduroso! Eu consegui resistir só porque o banheiro, embora muito feio (velho), estava limpo! Claro, então, tem a vantagem da localização a poucos passos da Magnificent Mile, a 10 minutos a pé do Navy Pier, e não muito longe do Loop. Mas da próxima vez estou em Chicago, eu definitivamente não vou voltar aqui !!

Eu não sei o que eles estão cobrando, como eu estava visitando um amigo da cidade. A localização é excelente, à direita fora do caminho mais conhecido, com muitos restaurantes e lojas, muito conveniente para um turista. É um hotel antigo e é bom para a sua idade, mas os corredores são apertados e os quartos pequenos e utilitários. Estava limpo e silencioso. Eu ficaria lá ou recomendaria a outra pessoa? Isso realmente depende do preço. Eles têm muita concorrência por lá.

Teria sido bom ter a porta fechada corretamente, sem ter que forçá-lo a fechar também uma corrente na porta seria ótimo. Um fã de algum tipo no banheiro é sempre um ótimo recurso. Também um secador de cabelo que não pegou fogo teria sido super incrível também. Excelente localização e super confortáveis camas embora.

Localização para este hotel foi ótimo. Entendemos que este hotel será renovado no próximo ano. Precisa de renovação! Nenhuma desculpa entretanto para a falta de limpeza. Grandes latas de lixo ao ar livre abertas no corredor, ninguém se incomodou em guardá-las. Cantos sujos, poderia usar aspirar regularmente. Papéis e envolvimentos no chão do corredor e no elevador e ficamos lá para a duração de 3 dias da nossa visita. (nós assistimos para ver se e quanto tempo levaria para isto ser removido e então pegou a ninhada nós mesmos) Ninguém aborrece para apanhar lixo que é óbvio. Os quartos eram pequenos, mas melhorar a limpeza faria uma enorme diferença. O custo é muito alto para este local.

A localização é incrível! Apenas a poucos minutos a pé da comida incrível, cais da marinha, e excelentes vistas para ver. Pelo preço, é bom. Algumas coisas que eram um problema: o elevador é um pouco no lado pequeno e raspa como vai para cima e para baixo. Ele também quebrou em um ponto. Os quartos também são muito pequenos. No geral, um bom hotel e barato .. Apenas, obviamente, não premium.

The location is amazing! Just a few minutes walk from amazing food, navy pier, and great sights to see. For the price, it's good. Some things that were a problem: the elevator is a little on the small side and it scrapes as it goes up and down. It also broke down at one point. The rooms are also very small. Overall, a good hotel and cheap.. Just obviously not premium.

Situación inmejorable. Limpieza bastante bien, excepto los cristales que hacen empeorar las vistas. Camas cómodas. El precio era más elevado que el de la reserva con booking a pesar que ponía con todos los gastos (unos 50$ más). No nos supieron decir el motivo. Por lo demás bastante bien.

came in late that night, had an affordable room, front desk was very kind for our situation. Room was very clean though bathroom was a little dated. Very comfortable. Great location, downtown next to many attractions not far from everything else.

Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Many major attractions are only a short cab/Uber ride away. The room itself was of a decent size, but overall the hotel was somewhat rundown and not well kept. The staff was friendly though and housekeeping did a good job. Given what we paid a night, this is about what I expected for the convenience of being in downtown Chicago.

The place is in one of the best locations in the city. Staff is courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel itself is in major need of renovation. There are cracks in the elevators, bathrooms and the lobby looks like it hasn't been redone in 30 years. The place is perfect for 20 somethings or people on a very strict budget.

Location for this hotel was great. We understand that this hotel will be renovated next year. It needs renovation! No excuse however for the lack of cleanliness. Open, large outdoor garbage cans in the hallway, no one bothered to put them away. Corners dirty, could use vacuuming regularly. Papers and wrappings on the hallway floor and in the elevator and stayed there for the 3 day duration of our visit. (we watched to see if and how long it would take for it to be removed and then picked up the litter ourselves) No one bothers to pick up litter that is obvious. Rooms were small but improving the cleanliness would make a huge difference. Cost is very high for this location.

It would have been nice to have the door shut properly without having to force it shut also a chain on the door would be great. A fan of some sort in the bathroom is always a great feature. Also a hair dryer that did not catch on fire would have been super awesome as well. Great location and super comfy beds though.

I don't know what they're charging, as I was visiting an in town friend. The location is great, right off of the beaten path, with a lot of restaurants and shopping, very convenient for a tourist. It's an old hotel and is okay for its age but the hallways are cramped and the rooms small and utilitarian. It was clean and quiet. Would I stay there or recommend it to someone else? It really depends on the price. They have a lot of competition over there.

Muy mala experienciaME ROBARON $ abrieron la caja de seguridad de la habitación y tuve que llamar a la policía, el trato por parte de el manager fue muy malo y por lo que algunos empleados me comentaron esto pasa muy seguidoroban a los huéspedes ya que abren el equipaje y las cajas de seguridad con un aparato que solo la administración tiene bajo su resguardo,lo único bueno de este hotel es su ubicación NO LO RECOMIENDOademás está muy sucio.....las vacaciones son para disfrutarse y no para sufrir ....lastima podría ser mejor.

El hotel fue lo que esperaba. Tiene una calificación baja y la merece porque está viejo y no muy limpio pero en una ciudad donde la hotelería no es barata es una opción porque tiene una ubicación excelente, a media cuadra de lo mejor de la Av. Michigan. Yo volvería sólo por el precio pero la verdad es que la habitación no estaba limpia, el baño dejaba bastante que desear y un día no fueron a limpiar y tuvimos que reclamar. Necesita una renovación urgente.

Es un hotel bien ubicado cerca de la zona turistica, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, nosotros eramos 4 personas y nos tropezabamos con nuestras cosas. El lobby estaba muy sucio, los elevadores eran muy lentos. La atencion fue buena pero la verdad es que buscaria otra opcion en nuestras proximas vacaciones a Chicago

I did a group booking at this hotel for a student organization. It was in a great location downtown, and it was a great price for college students! Rooms were clean, but small. When we arrived, our keys were waiting for us at the front desk and there was a hand written thank you waiting in the room! (I'm assuming because it was a group booking.)
