“Beautiful resort, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and neat. The air condition unit was a bit noisy from time to time so had a bit if disturbance during our sleep and nap times. Breakfast was really good. Did not enjoy the buffet dinner much as most of the food had little taste plus the same buffet was setup for the second night as well which was disappointing. We had lots of fun at the waterpark, kayaking & volleyball. My husband and his friends hired the resort boat for an early morning fishing trip and they all had a fantastic time. Already looking forward to our next trip in November. Thank you team Shangrila Resort !”

“Thank you - I loved my recent stay. Staff were absolutely lovely and made everyone feel special. I have an allergy (recently discovered) and Chef Arnold made sure I wasn't left out... I found myself looking forward to his inventions... the food he made for me was delicious!
