“We came in for the Atlanta Braves game last weekend from Hickory NC. Stoked from the deceiving pictures we were excited about the stay. We pulled up late Friday night with my two children and upon arrival the parking attendant was extremely rude. The parking was such a mess because there was a ton of people smoking pot directly in front of the building and around the parking deck. Women with reviling clothes on and inappropriate attire lurking all over the front. It seriously looked like a night club right in front of the hotel. Getting in on a pinch late I immediately looked at my wife and thought oh my god we are going to have to cancel this booking and stay somewhere else at 11pm at night?! My wife and I both were honestly cautious about even walking in but we did. We were able to cancel and we did get our money back but that still doesn’t compensate for sitting in the middle of Atlanta on a Friday night at 11pm with two children on a 4 hour trip and now having to find somewhere else to stay because we knew this wasn’t the place we were staying at as soon as we were greeted by the parking attendant!! It was awful. I don’t leave reviews often but take my advice and find somewhere else to stay OUTSIDE of Atlanta before you end up stuck in a car looking for another place to stay at 11pm at night with children 4 hours away from home! Never Again!!!”

“After reading all these reviews, it's making me nervous to stay here. Can you assure that all these concerns have been dealt with from elevator not working (which i read is several reviews from several different dates) cleanliness of rooms, lighting in guest rooms, hotel restaurant closed. This is a big deal if there is no where close to eat and we are traveling in from out of town being concerned for our safety. i'm fine with the hotel being dated, that's not an issue but cleanliness, lighting and somewhere to eat is very important”
