“Easily the most gorgeous hotel we stayed at during our 10 days in Peru. We arrived very late with a group of 11 and they were willing to accommodate a later check out time for all of our rooms. The morning following, our server at breakfast, Wieder I think was his name, was incredibly friendly and so welcoming. Great location, very close to a plaza with great food options and lots to do.”

“I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, but there was a misunderstanding regarding my reservation, I made the reservation in the wrong month, when I realized the error, I contacted this hotel explaining what happened and requesting that I could enjoy my 3 on the correct date, in the month of my birthday, as the payment had already been made. This hotel has denied the request. I contacted the hotel reservations department directly, sent 3 e-mails, explaining what happened, kindly asked so that I could stay at the hotel on my birthday, we planned this trip for more than 6 months. There was no feedback from the hotel, no contact, they simply ignored it. This hotel cannot be qualified as 5 stars, to have that title you must also listen and try to help your customers it is unfortunate that a hotel that says 5 stars treats the customer with such negligence.”
