Cheguei bem antes do horário do check in e o hotel guardou minhas malas numa boa. O check in foi um pouco enrolado, pois demoraram pra entender que eu havia reservado dois quartos e efetuaram o pagamento no meu cartão sem perguntar, quando o programado era em cash. A questão dos quartos foi resolvida e tive um upgrade. Ficamos no king, que é confortável, cama boa, espaço suficiente para duas pessoas e malas, tem frigobar, tv, ar-condicionado, secador de cabelo, amenidades de banheiro. O chuveiro é bom, a água esquenta bem! A limpeza poderia ser mais caprichosa, pois haviam fios de cabelo no box e manchas no blindex. No geral o atendimento é muito bom, muitos falam português e são atenciosos. A localização é muito boa, bem perto da praia, um Starbucks bem próximo, alguns restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. Disponibilizam toalhas e cadeiras. E tem drinks grátis no final da tarde! rs

Um hotel bem diferente do normal, Começando pelas cores Hehe, equipe muito atenciosa, tanto da recepção quanto do bar/restaurante. Quarto limpo e bem arrumado.

Bom. Hotel bem localizado, alguns mercadinhos , Subway no entorno. Fácil de chegar com o transporte público. Tem o trolley que passa na frente. O ar condicionado era meio barulhento, mas de resto ok. O pessoal da recepção era prestativo e sempre ajudaram .. O hotel empresta cadeiras e guarda sol para levar para a praia, assim como toalhas para levar junto. Recomendo o lugar e ficaria novamente.

Ficamos em um quarto perto da avenida, além do quarto não ter acústica escutamos tudo o que passava na avenida, buzinação e apitação de carros e caminhões a noite toda e não conseguimos dormir, solicitamos troca do quarto que não conseguimos, pois osfuncionários atendem muito mal, infelizmente não recomendamos esse hotel a ninguém. Compramos pelo Booking, pois vimos comentários muitos bons, mas a realidade é outra. Tentamos cancelar os dias restantes, mas não conseguimos, entramos em contato com o Booking que disse que iria verificar.A região do hotel é muito ruim, fede esgoto, quando chove alaga tudo nas ruas, não escoa a água ficando parada, pode ser perto da praia, mas seria melhor ter pego fora dessa região, me arrependi muito de ter escolhido esse local, por isso, deixo como alerta a futuras pessoas.

Tinha tudo pra dar certo. Até que fizeram meu check in errado, e ao longo dos 7 dias que estive hospedada, 3 deles fui surpreendida na madrugada com novos hóspedes chegando para se hospedar no mesmo quarto que eu, ou seja, com invasão de privacidade e falta de respeito. Fora isso, nosso quarto foi limpo apenas 2 vezes em 7 dias, e só foi feito porque briguei e gritei na recepção, caso contrário estaria no amontoado de toalhas até hoje. Não recomendo. Desorganizado/Desatentos Ignoram o cliente.

While some of the staff wasn’t that friendly Benjamin was awesome! He changed my room and held my bags for me after I checked out. The hotel accomdations need a huge overall. The construction and paint was sloppy and dated, and while they’ve done upgrades to some rooms, the construction is shabby. The location and beach are convenient, especially if you don’t want to deal with a lot of foot traffic, and they have triton liquor and grocery, and Starbucks steps away from the hotel. The pool is clean, but the cleaning staff is not that efficient. And they vacuum the hallways early, which is terrible if you’re a lite sleeper. Overall, if you are looking for convenience at a reasonable rate and not focused on the aesthetics. The Red Hotel is for you.

La ubicación es excelente para ir a la playa, Ocean Drive y South Beach. Los cuartos son pequeños como se muestran en las fotos, tienen lo necesario básico. El AC no es regulable, la cama no era tan cómoda.

En general el hotel es malo, lo único bueno es la ubicación. En el check in te cobran un depósito y además un supuesto “resort fee” por el uso de las toallas, ridiculo. Limpian la habitación cada 3 o 4 días lo cual también es ridiculo. La habitación es relativamente buena, lástima ahorraron hasta para poner luz. El desayuno es masomenos bueno, el almuerzo no quise ni probar por la mala puntuación. El personal no es malo pero son poco profesionales y no brindan un trato como corresponde en un hotel. Conclusión el hotel es de regular a malo, no volvería.

If your looking for a place to lay your head down their bed was super comfortable.I slept very well. The cleaning person whom ever it was did a horrible job. We asked for our bathroom floor to be cleaned.Needless to say it was a poorjob. Any trash you have you have to throw it away. There's no microwave.The parking is at another hotel and costs $35 cash per day or $45 per day with credit card.This place would not be good if you had kids. The walk to thebeach was relatively close by. A few of the front desk attendants were super sweet, the other well need their attitude checked.

There were cockroaches in this hotel. They come out at night but they’re in the rooms. The walls were so paper thin you could hear every little thing going on outside and in other rooms. All the furniture was beaten up. The thermostat didn’t work. We set it at 68 and it was really hot and in the mid 70s in there the whole time. When we tried to set the thermostat even colder to get it to cool down, it did nothing.

Worst hotel ever. Toilet does not flush. Sink was leaking. Door was broken. The staff did not help. Do not waste your money it is not worth it. There are hotels that for the same price that are more up to date. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Un hotel para regresar. Buena ubicación en cuanto a playa y medios de transportes. Super limpio, se respeta el horario de descanso. Permite comodidad el restaurante ubicado abajo del hotel, aunque debieran tener mayor información de ambos entre si.

BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!False advertisement. Rooms are nothing as pictured and rooms are filthy. I found blood that was not mine In the sheets. The man that works the front desk is rude and will argue and disrespect you. We made reservations for two Queen and they did not provide that.I would never recommend anyone to stay here especially with the very rude front desk people. They won’t accommodate anything and good luck with getting a refund.

The front desk person was delightful. She was great and went above and beyond to find our reservation which we had accidentally put under a different name. Thank you. The room was great too.

Não se hospedem nesse hotel ! Muito dinheiro pra pouca qualidade!

El pasado 3 de enero realicé una reserva en este hotel nada más y nada menos q a las 3 de la mañana para hacer uso del mismo a partir de ese día hasta el 6 de enero. Resulta que por la situación de contingencia actual que se vive en USA, otra vez y por cuenta del COVID, todo Estados Unidos se ha vistomuy afectado y durante los primeros días de enero, han venido cancelando masivamente muchos vuelos. Lastimosamente, yo no pude hacer uso de la reserva puesto que también me cancelaron el vuelo y dirigirme a Miami desde Greenville SC fue muy complicado. Por todos los medios traté de comunicarme con el hotel, las veces que pude contactarlos la atención fue pésima al punto que para no atender mi requerimiento me colgaban el teléfono a mitad de conversación o simplemente ya no volvían a contestar. Les escribí al correo del hotel y a través de Booking y nunca recibí respuesta. Inclusive Booking tampoco obtuvo respuesta por parte de ellos.Mi solicitud, fue cancelar la reserva sin ningún tipo de penalización, toda vez que la causa fue de fuerza mayor. No sirvió ningún argumento, ni el hecho de que la cancelación se solicitara un par de horas después de realizada la reserva. Me cobraron 103 dolares injustamente.A este hotel no le importa nada más que el dinero, no pensó que a futuro podría volver; su política monetizada le impide brindarle al huesped una buena experiencia de alojamiento.NO LOS RECOMIENDO BAJO NINGÚN MOTIVO. Me sentí robado. Si así fue antes de hacer efectiva la reserva, o imagino estando en el lugar.

HORRIBLE hotel. Muy mala limpieza. No hacen las habitaciones. Dicen que si los empleados deciden si deben hacerlas o no y que si tienen mucho trabajo no suelen hacer muchas.Dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero luego te dicen que tampoco hay. Le echan la culpa a booking.com de no tener la info bien actualizada.Hay mucho ruido. Las fotos son engañosas, el hotel es mucho más viejo de lo que parece.No recomiendo este hotel por muy barato que lo veais.

I even do not want to give 1-star. I want to give minus star. I had stayed for 2-days and experienced terrible experience.I think temperature controller is malfunctioning. I let them staff know, but they did not do any action. Even they told me they will send someone to fix them.I need to endure cold temperature and take a shower in cold water with low water pressure.Comforter had stains and tower that i received had lipstick mark.

I love the quirky and art deco architecture of South Miami Beach. I love the old hotels especially when they've been refurbished and done well. When staying in a hotel of this age one will find strange little things. However, I found this hotel particularly nice and well-kept. Walking into the lobby was like walking onto a Sean Connery James Bond set. The best way I can describe it would be '60s chic. The theme was also carry into the poolside room where I stayed. From the time I checked in and checked out, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Just beware that like in most small hotels on the beach, parking is usually not free, and in a different location. Luckily, for this particular hotel it was only a block away. Again, if you want the feeling of staying in a great Old South Beach hotel this is a great one. Personally, I will definitely book again when I'm down there.

Our expectations were low but wow. Had to change rooms twice because our first room had no curtain, the bathroom light didn’t work, and our bed squeaked so bad we couldn’t sleep. Our second room, although better, had lipstick stains on the bed frame from a past guest. Every room has a 14” TV on the wall which is unwatchable and looks absolutely ridiculous. They advertise free breakfast but inform you after the fact that you have to pay. They only have one front desk worker on the clock at all times, so even just asking a question could require a 20+ minute wait. The front desk workers were actually very helpful, and I feel bad that they are employed in such a mess. After staying a week, we received room service ONE time. To top everything off, although the hotel contains a literal restaurant (which also has poor reviews), when I asked for ketchup they told me they had none. How can a hotel not have ketchup? Unfortunately this place is not worth any price considering the limited hospitality and lackluster included amenities. The only reason this hotel gets above 1 star is because of the very kind and helpful front desk staff.

Cuando reservé por Despegar, estaba calificado como 4 estrellas, y esta lejos de eso, con suerte 3, hacen el aseo cada 3 días, cosa que no lo dicen en su publicación, no nos hicieron el aseo al 3er día, tuvimos que pedirlo y lo hicieron al día siguiente, el problema además es que no dejan shampoo y jabón para esos 3 días, y cuando solicite más shampoo no tenian disponible, la atención es regular, hay turnos que son muy amables y otros para nada, asensores muy lentos y con fallas. Lo bueno es que tiene una excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa, cercano a excelentes restoranes, paradas de autobuses, la decoración es agradable, la habitación que nos tocó era muy amplia, el piso en regular estado y la cama no era cómoda. Pienso que es ideal para cortas estadías.

This review is dedicated to Nelly, at the front desk. Nelly went above and beyond in the way that she provided for me as a guest at Red South Beach. Having a later flight in the day, Nelly allowed me to leave my bags there while I stayed on the beach until my flight, on top of providing me with a towel and changing facilities. I highly recommend anybody staying at this location just to be able to experience the service I was provided. Thank you so much Nelly!

Se gosta de um hotel sujo, vai adorar. Péssima higiene e funcionários não se importam, fique 6 dias sem limparem meu quarto mesmo eu pedindo 2 a 3 vezes por dia. Total descaso com os hóspedes.

PÉSIMO Hotel, la administración muy mala, no dan solución a los problemas que ocurren en el hotel, la gente de recepción con mala voluntad, se desentienden por completo, de todos los días que estuve no fueron ningún día a realizar aseo de la habitación pese a haberlo solicitado en varias ocasiones, el agua caliente sale bien dependiendo de la hora. además el hotel es antiguo y sucio con fea fachada, se nota la poca mantencion, los ascensores no funcionaron en varios días de los que estuve, piso alfombrado sucio y en mal estado, y un sin fin de problemas. definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Viemos passar 7 dias aqui em Miami e escolhemos esse hotel por ser perto da praia e o preço era bom . Localização boa , alguns restaurantes perto , tem o subway e o Starbucks que ajuda no breakfast, no hotel tambem tem restaurante , porém ele fecha a tarde e as 5 abre de novo , um dia fiquei muito chateada pq deixei de comprar algo na rua pra comer no hotel e estava fechado ,Tive que pedir no Uber eats pq estava com muita fome .... e um ponto muito negativo foi que tem que avisar para pedir o serviço de quarto , duas vezes que pedimos o serviço não fomos atendidos , chegamos da praia e nosso quarto estava do mesmo jeito . Fiquei muito chateada pq pagamos por algo que não é barato e não fomos atendidos mesmo fazendo o pedido na recepção . Tirando isso foi bom .
