“Quando abri a porta do quarto, um cheiro fedorento antigo me atingiu no rosto. O aquecedor / unidade CA está desconectado da parede. Achei que fosse o Hilton. Eu nem me sinto confortável tomando banho na banheira! Liguei para a recepção e rapidamente me disseram que todos os quartos eram assim. Então me lembrei, este era um hotel de 3 estrelas ... preste atenção às classificações ... os comentários são enganosos ......... aparentemente ok para alguns, mas não para mim!!!! Eu não voltarei.”

“O Pier 5 é um motel de 4 andares que se disfarça como um hotel de boa reputação. Nosso banheiro não tinha toalhas de mão, uma toalha esfarrapada para o chão do banheiro e ferrugem ao redor do ralo do chuveiro.O quarto não tinha geladeira ou microondas e o que parecia ser danos causados pela água a um teto notavelmente alto. Podíamos ouvir a conversa de todos abaixo e acima de nós, bem como cada porta batendo no complexo.O píer 5 fica no porto, mas os toldos do lado de fora da sala obstruem sua visão da água.”
