This is a absolutely no frills hotel with a much higher price tag. Check in staff is nice. Go to the room, it doesn’t appear to have been vacuumed and nuts on the floor of the toilet. Call downstairs and they tell me they only clean every 3 days. Okay. Get tissues and clean best I can. No coffee in room. No lotion or any toiletries. One towel per person for 4 days. Called down on day two at 7:45am for replacement, they didn’t arrive. Got back at 6:30 and had to wait for replacements when I had dinner reservations. Day 3 no cleaning and called down and was told no cleaning done for my entire stay. I have never experienced this at any stay for this price. Would not stay again. Definitely a gentlemans hotel, but I dug it...The lobby area was cool, had a Foosball table, chess, checkers, tic-tac-toe, bar and nice patio area with fountain.Rooms were modern, large, clean and beds were comfy.It is in a downtown area, so I had to park in a garage it was $29 a night.In walking distance of some cafes, coffee shops and several food spots.

Ótimo para uma ou duas pessoas hospedadas em um quarto. A equipe é simpática e sempre me cumprimentou quando cheguei no hotel. O lobby é lindo e é mantido. O pátio é definitivamente um bônus (tranquilo e sereno)! Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente. Bares e restraunts Old Pasadena estão a cerca de 20 minutos a pé. 20min Uber ou táxi para Universal Studios.

This hotel is terrible.While it has potential, it should not be open during remodeling.The bar was not open, the halls smell like mildew and the overall amenities are not comparable to other hotels with similar price points. When booking it doesn’t mention that only 2 floors were available and that the rooms are very tiny.We called and left a message to the manager and received no call back.No room service unless you ask.I highly recommend you stay elsewhere. The hotel is clearly under new management/ownership which affected our stay along with the remodeling. The staff is very green and unknowledgeable. The phones don't work. The rooms are smaller than other hotels in the area. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for the price point. Perhaps with time, they'll tighten up their services, amenities, and staff training but I would not consider staying here again. Even though the hotel just recently open i know it has full potential. the staff there are very welcoming and polite, the hotel overall looks nice, there are some things that are minor that needs to be fixed, linen is a little outdated but nothing that can’t be handled. I was told most rooms are in different sizes ( more then 2 versions of standard rooms or jr suites) pool is nice and fresh, great gym with new equipment, bar is opened and taking orders overall i would give it another chance once the hotel is officially up and running. I stayed here 2 nights. I loved it. Sure there’s some remodeling going on but that didn’t bother me or my partner. The bar and cafe just opened up that was a huge plus for us. The rooms vary in size from what we’ve heard and I feel like our room was just the right size. Amenities were available upon request. This hotel is just starting back up after being closed, don’t knock it just yet. The staff is doing a wonderful job of bringing it all together. I will definitely be back again. Fiquei aqui 2 noites. Eu amei. Claro que há alguma reforma em andamento, mas isso não incomodou a mim ou ao meu parceiro. O bar e o café acabaram de abrir, o que foi uma grande vantagem para nós. Os quartos variam em tamanho do que ouvimos e sinto que nosso quarto era do tamanho certo. As comodidades estavam disponíveis mediante solicitação. Este hotel está apenas começando de novo depois de ser fechado, não derrube ainda. A equipe está fazendo um trabalho maravilhoso de reunir tudo isso. Eu definitivamente voltarei novamente.

Excellent, great location, food is amazing! $19 with free in and outs. Free shuttle into Old Town Pasadena. Happy Hour 4p-7p daily. Rooms arent huge but bathroom shower is awesome! Service from bar to the dining room to the Front Desk is excellent. As a Chef & world traveler I truly will be back!

We traveled from Australia and had such an amazing stay! From the time we were greeted until the time we left we felt so welcomed. The staff were so incredible, they were so friendly and helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. We hope to return to Pasadena and we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again!

For where it is... Nice... Really nice... But a Holiday inn would give more space in the rooms. The walls are so thin I literally thought there was someone in my room talking... Freaky. Very cool... Fun and funky details and all but... Not a home run... But the runners on base for this one

This place is amazing, the whole environment was more then pleasant. The room as clean as can be and last by not least, the staff genuinely is there to make guests feel welcome and accessible, it’s costumer service is excellent. Pet friendly but you would never know because it’s so clean. I will recommend this place to every person that is looking for business and pleasure. No one can leave unsatisfied. Thank you for making my stay amazing especially to the manager and his staff.
