“I have been staying at this hotel since I was a child. Over the years, it has really lost its glam. The staff is usually pretty nice and accommodating. The room cleaning is the biggest problem. Mold on the shower curtain, stains on the furniture and just old outdated rooms. For the price, they need to do better. Or customers should look and stay elsewhere.”

“Not good - I would not stay here - First off, clearly stated on line that parking was free, but when I arrived they tried to charge me $10.00 parking fee, which they quickly waived when I mentioned what was listed on line - bait and switch - then they couldn't decide about the incidental charges - was it going to be $50 or $100. They kept saying it would be a $100 but then only $50 was applied - all very confusing. The hotel is old. Needs updating. Rooms are not great and mine had a funny smell, kind of like cat litter. They were clean but gross brown worn carpet and bathrooms are outdated. The breakfast buffet was very nice and I have to say I bet they are losing money because some guest were really stocking up. There was the cocktail hour. They had some chips and salsa out and one nice lady bartender making drinks. Not bad but seemed a little sad . Don't order wine - it was swill.”
