“When I arrived for our stay unfortunately the AC for our room wasnt working. I was very tired after traveling and let the front desk know the situation. Thinking it was going to be the typical forget response, I was not a happy camper. Well to my surprise, within just a few minutes, George arrived and was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with. Not only did George have the AC working within a few minutes, he also gave us some great dining and entertainment suggestions for the area. My husband was very impressed and tried to tip George twice but he refused to accept any gratuities. The world needs more George’s in it. Thank you all for making our stay comfy. Sincerely, Anne”
