Nao se deixe enganar pela entrada. A entrada é sofisticada e higienizada e os própriosfuncionários simpáticos convidam a ficar. No entanto o quarto que nos puseram foi o pior que já fiquei até hoje. Vidros sujos , ar condicionado sujo com pó acumulado , moedas dentro das grades, tinha de tudo. Quarto pequeno. Decoração pobre. Casa de banho igualmente pequena e velha. Felizmente a cama era confortável e a localização excelente.

4 days after 9/11, we traveled to help with the search and rescue of victims during the aftermath. This hotel went out of their way to accommodate myself and 3 colleagues from a southern California fire department. They opened their doors to us while we spent countless hours digging other pile. The staff and service was up and beyond anything we could ever ask for. We were able to stay here for a week and were treated with the utmost care.

Great location where I was able to walk to a majority of the place I wished to visit and close to Time Square if that's where you want to go. The room is small but for the price its perfect for a solo traveller who wants some privacy. It was also surprisingly quiet! I could hear people in the corridor easily but outside noise wasn't a problem. They do have a food area but the options are a little limited that if you want a proper meal it is likely worth going out for a walk.

La recepción es muy moderna y acogedora pero una vez que sales de ella te das cuenta de que el estado del hotel es un poco antiguo. El servicio es muy bueno pero el desayuno deja que desear. Lo recomiendo por la ubicación y por el precio.

Hotel muito bom! Claro que é importante saber que quanto mais barato menor o quarto. Nossa ideia era pagar barato no hotel, entao não nos incomodamos com quarto pequeno. Mas tem outras opcoes de quartos bem.maiores. É 2 minutos andando da Times Square, e 5 minutos andando dos shows da Broadway, localização incrivel! Compensa demais!!

Decepção total!!! Eles cobram uma taxa de US$40,00 por dia chamada de facility fee. Um ROUBO!! Passei frio no quarto, pois a janela não veda e o aquecimento central não conseguia aquecer o frio que vinha de fora. Cobraram até para guardar as malas! US$ 4,00 por mala.

A única coisa que achei absurdo e que não estava no site qd compramos as diárias e quê teríamos que pagar $40 dólares por dia para ter Wi-Fi. Quer dizer, não tivemos opção.

Péssimo. Infelizmente fiquei 14 dias neste lugar, para nunca mais! Fila enorme para pegar elevador, Quarto minúsculo, mal arrumado, mesmo com duas pessoas, colocavam apenas uma toalha. Nunca botavam mais sabonete. Tive que pedir o básico várias vezes. Cobram taxas e fees caríssimos por um serviço muito ruim. Sumiram com uma roupa minha e ficou por isso mesmo. Passem longe desta cabeça de porco. Só parece bonito no lounge, mais não tem mais nada disso.

Práctico, bonito y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, a media cuadra de Times Square. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero suficientes y cómodas para 4 adultos. Considera el pago de impuestos locales que te hacen al entregar la habitación

Muy buenas instalaciones. La verdad que el hotel además tiene una ubicación excelente, está a menos de 200 mts del Times Square. Tiene cerca de todo, restaurantes, bares, teatros, medios de transporte. lo recomiendo.

Mi opinión como usuaria del hotel es poco recomendable.Las instalaciones son muy antiguas. En la habitación apenas cabe la maleta, la cama ha de estar libre si pretendes abrirla y por si fuera poco la limpieza muy superficial. El viajes lo contratamos a traves de la Agencia de Viajes del Corte Inglés en septiembre del 2019

El hotel está bien pero me parece un robo que te cobren casi 300 euros de tasas por instalaciones que no usas, como el gimnasio, y luego tengas que pagar la consigna. Jamás en un hotel me habían cobrado por la consigna. Además, las dos veces que fui atendida por el personal del hotel en los mostradores no me gustó nada el trato. Ven que tienen una cola de 5 personas y están riéndose y haciendo bromas 15 minutos haciéndonos esperar a todos. Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación, fantástica.

Had a lovely stay. Close to times square which made our first visit so easy. Rooms were cleaned daily clean towels and beds were done too. Rooms are small as many people mention but you have all you need to make it a please t stay. Like many people you don't go to New York to sit in your room. Will not have a problem staying again enjoyed it very much.

Perfect location! All processes were efficient (valet, check in/out, luggage storage). Was worried due to small room reviews, but all was good. The room was small but not enough to complain about. 2 adults and 1 child fit comfortably in a double bed room with 2 suitcases & multiple backpacks. All parts of hotel experienced were clean. Staff was friendly (one greeter was a little off for my liking, made me slightly uncomfortable but was not unfriendly). I would stay again.

Pros: relatively cheap Near Times Square $50 hotel taxi to airport Cons: $30 fee for checking in before 4pm Our heating in the room would not respond to the thermostat and was blasting hot air the entire stay. Old building. Needs maintenance. Small rooms and beds. Beds are too soft. Very, very noisy. The windows are single paned! The hotel is right next to a fire station, so there are sirens non stop through the night. In a hotel across the road they had good windows and the noise was half as much. (But still loud.) Took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower at 6pm.

Las habitaciones muy chicas, pero al menos te lo advierten de entrada. Parte del personal habla español y la otra parte le pone buena voluntad. El desayuno es una infusión, una factura y una fruta. Cumple, pero no lo recomiendo ya que por la zona hay muchos lugares para desayunar mejor y más barato. La ubicación es excepcional

Situación inmejorable. Personal muy amable y algunos hablan español. Habitación de buen tamaño y bien decorada, cama grande y muy cómoda. Precio ajustado según fechas para lo habitual de Nueva York. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.
