“We stayed for two nights. The staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and located near the metro. One exceptional staff member was the concierge. His name is Alexander and he was fabulous. However our room wasn’t cleaned and re-stocked. On our way back to the room the final night we asked for towels for the morning and we never got them.”

“The rooms and the furniture is old gloomy dirty chipped and has a bad smell. The staff are not bothered with the guest experience and just going by the day. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but as there are many other hotels in the area i dont think they earn any points for that. Very very expensive compared to the quality of rooms and service”
