“Great location, but there were a handful of issues that were troublesome. The hotel could clearly use some TLC- the wallpaper in our room was peeling, holes in the sofa fabric, really worn furniture, a sensitive toilet. There was also an issue that included the hallway and elevator smelling STRONGLY of weed. Luckily the smell didn’t start to infiltrate our room until the last morning we were there but based on the strength of the scent, I’m surprised it took that long to pass through our door.”

“I Give them 5 start for accommodations, cleaning and comfort.Enjoy my time here,everyone was friendly. When we got there they had upgrade our room, and we enjoy of microwave and a mini fridge. I book this hotel using Expidia and I got some discounts for the parking, for every night. Also convenient location for some of the attractions walking distance 5 minutes from 360 Chicago Tower, and the Water TowerMall. Les doy 5 estrellas por acomodamiento, limpieza y confort.Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en este hotel, todo el personal fue muy amable, y atento a todas nuestras preguntas, cuando llegamos nos había dado un upgrade a la habitación dándonos una más grande con un microondas y un mini refrigerador, la reservación la saqué a través de Expidia, donde obtuve un descuento para el parque por cada noche en el hotel. Este hotel está a 5 minutos de camino algunas atracciones como el 360 Chicago Tower y el Mall (Water Tower)”
