“I visited this property for a conference and overall would give this an excellent stay review. There is a lot of accessibility within the hotel and the surrounding area. The biggest highlight is the front desk staff. They go above and beyond for guests. I was originally in a room right next to the elevator (just a wall between my room and the shaft) so I struggled the first two nights not sleeping. I went to ask for some ear plugs as with a conference it is very hard to move and adjust which I understand. I had no expectations but the manager I happened to speak to immediately suggested a move and was apologetic. I insisted moving was not necessary but he persisted and assured me it was no problem and my comfort was important. I did a poor job with names being in shock of their kindness, but I believe his started with a N or maybe was Nelson? He worked with Cassandra I believe as well. I do remember her name tag noted Port Au Prince, Haiti. Those two are exceptional and have nothing but my gratitude. Great hotel!”

“The staff was EXCELLENT! They were always readily available to assist with any and every issue. They were very accommodating to the needs of their guests. The view facing the river is lovely. There's a bar and restaurant on site. And the Riverwalk is a short walk from the hotel, which presents a lovely scenic route.”
