We were here with our whole family. We enjoyed so much. animation team is very nice, kind and friendly. we enjoyed so much stretching in the morning and yoga in the afternoon. Special thanks for Liza, my little sister loved her. Also there are a lot of swimming pools and there are activities inside the pool like aqua gym and aqua zumba. Also we enjoyed yacht trip it was amazing. The service in the pool bar is nice we got everything in time and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will come back!

We are having a great time here. The service is great, the people are very friendly and helpful. The hotel can use a little maintenance update here and there. The rooms are nice and have enough space, we had an adapted one for wheelchairs. The animation is really nice and they keep you busy (when you want to) there are a lot of different activities throughout the day and evening. The team is friendly and enthusiastic. The quality of the food is really good, but when you stay almost three weeks, it could use some more variety. Overall we’re happy here and are enjoying our holiday in a nice resort.

I liked so much the food it was really good. The pool is so close to the beach. Personal of the hotel is really nice and always smiling. Animation is excellent! Especially Liza we joined her in aqua aerobics and it was great we had so much fun. We will come back in the next year.

In a word...perfect. This place is great in all aspects. It is super clean and super luxurious. We had the family room which was bigger than similar rooms in all the resorts I stayed in (and I stayed in so many). The room was so clean and had everything I needed. I loved the fact that it has a second floor, which was unusual. The terrace is spacious with a perfect view. I noticed that most of their rooms have great view. What was sooo noticeable was the service. You simply feel that you are their only guest. Everything you need gets done in less than 30 minutes! Staff were super nice as well. The restaurant was nice with tasty variety of food. You will deeply love this place. However, the only drawback is that you can't walk barefooted on the beach as it has many small hard rocks that will hurt you. I believe this is due to the nature of the place and nothing to be done. In general, my stay was flawless .

Enjoyed a great 10 night stay here in February. Hotel was clean and great to see continued maintenance and decorating happening. Room was lovely and well equipped and cleaned daily. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was quiet with guests which made a lovely atmosphere, not sure the experience would be as good if the hotel was full to capacity. One suggestion would be to maybe have an adult only area for those who wish to have some quiet sunbathing time. The lagoon pool area would lend itself to this as the majority of children appeared to be around the other pool area where most of the action was. Food choice was excellent and highly recommend the all inclusive option as great value. Would visit again but not during any peak times as we enjoyed the calmer atmosphere.
