“Nice hotel and atmosphere, the animation team is super lovely and the staff are extremely welcoming, esp Beshoy at the hotel’s buffet and Hamid at the pool restaurant. The downsides of the hotel is that it’s infrastructure is quite old, rooms and bathrooms feel so old and haven’t been renovated in a while. The general ambiance is quieter than my liking. All in all I think the value for money is a bit too pricey.”

“This was the best hotel experience of my life - coming from someone that’s been to over 10-15 countries and who’s stayed in countless hotels. Every person in the resort was excellent at customer service, special shout outs to Omar (concierge) and abdulrahaman (bartender) who went above and beyond at every opportunity. The sights are amazing - watched the sunrise a few times and that was beautiful (hit up the swing set at 4:30 am if you want your life changed), the pools and the rooms are very clean and are built in an elegant and exceptional way. Could not recommend this place any more. If you’re in Egypt (or even if you’re not), this place is a must!”
