“I had a comfortable stay in transit and don't regret booking the Novotel. One knows what one is getting, and it is of an acceptable standard. The restaurant and bar is just fine, and the room service is efficient. It's lovely to have chips that are actually fully-cooked—a rarity in Great Britain. What's common in Britain, though, is the inherent hatred and distrust that materialises in a demand to hand over the credit card for everything upfront. The completely unpredictable hot water is also completely predictable.”

“When it comes to work in this place, I can comment briefly and succinctly. This Hotel as a place of work, tragic. My job lasted 3 days. And those were my worst days in my life. Constant pressure, checking, and daily allocation, 17 rooms.they pay as for a prisoner. it's a pity to talk. I hope that the guests sleep well in only the improved sheets….”
